Chapter 4: Samaritan but fierce.
"Leader, I think they are around already". Fire arm ran inside and reported in panic.
"Loose the woman, now!!". He commanded them immediately....
Three different men rushed in, as they raise their guns to shoot, a cold voice stopped them behind. "Stop".
"Yes boss". They obeyed the cold man. Frances was held by Slaughter and Fire arm, their leader Kay, pointed a gun to her head. Kay knew they couldn't overpower Stafford Raymon's men, because of the kind of weapon they had with them. He is the only one with a gun, while the remaining two were with cutlasses, compared to Stafford's men, all his men including him are armed with guns and knives.
The idea one of his men gave him is what he planned to use against Stafford Raymon. He also believes Raymon has sympathies for women even though he doesn't near them. "You all thought you could run away from the lion's den?" he smirks...with a wicked laugh, "Is that your woman you are using as a bait or a way to escape from me?"
"You should know I don't talk much, your boss is the one who I want. Shoot".
As he said this, the smell of tobacco grew stronger than before, entering into Frances nostrils, it alarmed her and brought her into realities of the vow she had made to herself, she can't just die just like that, no, she had to think of something to escape.
Kay and his men are from the Baton cave gang, the gang knew about Stafford and they all feared him. As they heard his last statement, they froze.
The shoot went...kpaa, kpaa, kpaa, all the three Baton cave guys were shot at their legs, only Frances was left out. She freezed immediately she saw what had happened, all her body began to shake.
"Please don't kill me, Please pl...please". Raymon's men didn't have it in mind to shoot her, the one they were after isn't her, but their boss had given them an order. They were confused on what to do with the lady, morever, they knew their boss don't harm women, what should they do?
"I thought I had asked you to shoot, what made you think I'll spare her?".
"Emmm, boss, we are sorry". Leo answered with panic. "Take those men to the game (underground), inform Spike to torture them till I am back.
Frances had lost so much energy due to how she was tied and held, what she saw had shocked her and made her passed out.
She had been an innocent girl, who lived with her parents all her days. She had never witness a gunshot scene or a terrible scene in her life.
Raymon neared where she had fallen, the scent he perceived from her made him drew nearer to her. He had always keep distance with women, the death of his mum had shattered his dream of even getting married.
His step mum has always been a wicked and cunning woman, she had married his father with different schemes and he hates her to the core.
Still staring at Frances, he thought of leaving her, but another mind told him not to.
He picked her up and strode out of the building, his driver seeing him approaching quickly opened the car door for him. He carried her inside his car and commanded him to drive.
"Where to Boss?" Sky asked his boss.
"Home, tell everyone to gather tonight. Also, nobody should disturb me, until I reach you".
"Yes Boss". Sky responded firmly. In his head were a lot of questions about who the lady his boss had brought inside the car. He was surprised his boss touched a woman. He drove fast seeing the lady had bruises on her, he knew she needs to be taken care of immediately.
Raymon brought her inside the house, he removed his jacket he had placed on her in the car. He didn't know how to take care of a woman, he thought of who to call.
"Hello, please come to my house now". He phoned his elder sister and dropped the call.
His elder sister, Paris, has always been his first priority in his world. Since their mother had died, the only human who had being taking care of him was his elder sister.
Paris house isn't far from Raymon's place, they both build their mansions in the same estate, Latte key estate.
"Butler French, where is my brother?"
"Upstairs ma'am, good evening big ma'am ".
"Good evening Butler French, thanks for the French fries you made the last time, I really want more of it, my friend loves it". She smiled as she was talking and going upstairs.
Butler French laughed and replied, "thanks ma'am, it my pleasure".
Upstairs, Raymon just kept on walking up and down in the room, he had at least clean her up with a clean cloth and warm water, he did it gently so he won't hurt her where she had been bruised.
"Okay, okay, where is that small brother of mine".
"Sis, don't wake her up", he informed her before she continue talking.
"Wake who up?" She asked quietly, moving close to him, after then she sighted a lady on the bed. She was so surprised and gazed at her brother.
"What do you need my help for? she questioned him.
"Sis, I'll explain to you later, I just want you to help me take care of her, she's hurt in some part of her body, please be careful ".
Paris was surprised how caring her brother was with this lady she knew nothing about.
Raymond was known for his cold personality right from his childhood, but with his sister, he was always calm.
