Chaos reigns in the penthouse.
Lilith yells from the bathroom, her voice muffled by a mouthful of hairpins. "Why are there sequins in my bra?!"
Vaela, standing on one leg trying to shimmy into a pencil skirt, huffs. "Because you thought playing strip royal flush was a great way to 'decompress' last night!"
"Excuse me, it was a spiritually enriching bonding ritual!"
"It was a mess!" Vaela snaps, but then she catches Lilith's sheepish face in the mirror and they both dissolve into laughter.
Lilith groans, nursing her temple. "I seriously need to learn moderation."
They stare at each other in the mirror for a beat.
Both burst into another fit of uncontrollable giggles.
Meanwhile, in the living room, Thalos and Elsuana huddle around a glowing holoscreen, finalizing Vaela's speech. They exchange a triumphant high five after finessing the final paragraph.
"We are dangerously good at this," Thalos says with mock arrogance.
