"Chat how is this boss not dying?!" the constant click of the mouse had become rhythmic, for 21 hours he had been constantly playing Eon and had not slept properly for the last week.
[Defeat...] the screen shows.
"FUCCCKK!"
Cup noodles lined in his desk, some not finished, some looked ancient and some even was just opened and not eaten.
Rowan had been playing this game for the past 2 years, he had unlocked 34 different endings. He wanted to find the 61st ending which was still not found. The game had 74 different endings and only 60 were unlocked, the game hasn't been updated since it's release—since the contents that the game had was so much that an update wasn't necessary.

"come on chat just a small push and we can defeat this boss.." although Rowan looked like a zombie his voice was full of energy, the needed positivity for this fight.

"John Of Crow? man... after this playthrough I'll do it." he said in an annoyed tone, it was summer so of course he'll do it.

"woah! a hundred?! thank you so much!!!" Rowan then stood up from his chair and did a handstand, it was a tradition if he ever received a donation that is more than 50$. "okay, okay. Time to lock in !"
THE VIVILLION GIANT [ HP: 30000 ]
The ground cracked as The Vivillion Giant took its first step. Each movement of the colossal boss sent a ripple through the world of Eon, shaking Rowan's screen violently. The camera zoomed out slightly, struggling to frame the sheer scale of the towering, insectoid beast. Its wings fluttered with corrupted energy, and its dozens of legs moved like a storm of spears.
Rowan's fingers danced on his keyboard.
"Alright, lock in, chat! This is it! No sleep till 61!"

Rowan parried the first strike—a brutal straight punch from the boss—and slid underneath its legs, triggering his Phase Blink. His avatar, clad in mythic armor and dual-wielding the corrupted blades Fangs of Ul'Shara, zipped behind the boss.
Slash—Slash—Critical Hit!
"YES! Those are the crits I need!" Rowan yelled.
[Frostie: HE'S GOT THE FANGS OMG]
[Dandan: Yoooo he's cookin']
The Vivillion Giant turned, shrieking a discordant sound. A wave of corrupted energy erupted from its wings—Soul Drain! Rowan anticipated it. He activated Refraction Shell just in time, reflecting a portion of the damage back to the boss.

[Trinn: ALMOST 2K DAMAGE? Bruh]
[Pokemain: I haven't seen Refraction Shell in YEARS]
Rowan's eyes were bloodshot but focused. He had memorized this boss's every move, or so he thought.
The Giant's carapace cracked open slightly.
[Render: Wait what is that????]
"That... that didn't happen in my last 3 playthroughs," Rowan whispered.
EMERGENCY PATTERN INITIATED: CYCLE OF TORMENT
The screen turned crimson. The boss entered a new, hidden phase—one even hardcore players hadn't seen.

[Frostie: BRO FOUND SECRET PHASE]
The Giant began floating. Black strings descended from the sky, attaching to its limbs. It moved like a possessed puppet now, faster and erratic.
Rowan was silent. Chat flooded with emotes and theories.
"Alright... bring it."
The Giant's attacks now blended ranged and melee. Energy scythes slashed from its wings, while it summoned Cursed Echoes—ghastly duplicates of Rowan's avatar to confuse him.
"Chat, I need to time this right. Only 5 seconds to ID the real one!"

He dashed, parried, sliced, flipped, and repositioned. His health bar dipped dangerously.
[HP: 1237/4900]
He downed a Phoenix Sap, instantly healing to full. But he only had one more left.
[Trinn: DON'T WASTE THE LAST ONE ON PHASE TWO]

Rowan made a narrow dodge and activated Judgment Spiral, unleashing a 12-hit combo. The final hit cleaved through the Giant's torso.

The boss shrieked.
Suddenly, the battlefield transformed. The trees around them melted into shadows. Giant stone crosses emerged from the ground, and the air turned heavy.
"Oh no. Not this field... this is the Crucifix Zone."
[Gerald001: HE TRIGGERED THE CRUCIFIED ENDING ZONE]
[Render: I THOUGHT YOU SAID NEXT RUN??!?!]
"I didn't do it intentionally!!" Rowan panicked. His hands moved faster.
Now, every hit the boss landed marked Rowan with a bleeding debuff called Divine Pain. He couldn't heal while marked.
"Damn it! Okay... then don't get hit."

Rowan unleashed Spirit Chains—purple ropes that lashed out and wrapped the boss in place. He charged up Last Light, the strongest single-hit move in the game.

BOOM
A flash of white light consumed the screen.

[Trinn: THAT DAMAGE!!!]
[Dandan: This is Bonkers. Chat, we are witnessing it.]
The Giant roared, snapping its chains, then charged with its full body. Rowan's avatar was launched across the screen.

He grunted, downed his final Phoenix Sap, and got back up.
"No healing from now on... okay... fine."
He activated Vow of the Sleepless—a secret buff that gave him +30% damage, but disabled healing for the rest of the fight.
[Pokemain: HE LOCKED HIMSELF IN. NO ESCAPE NOW.]
Rowan grinned. "Come on, Vivillion... just you and me now."

He began the Dance of Blades, using dodges and perfect parries. Sparks flew. Each hit now chipped 500-800 health.
Ten minutes passed. The boss glitched momentarily—it's body twitching as if bugged.
[Render: Is it gonna crash???]
[Gerald001: NO—WAIT—IT'S EVOLVING?!]
The boss suddenly grew wings of light. True Form: Saint Vivillion activated.
[HP: 15300]
"You cheeky bastard. Reset HP and everything huh?!" Rowan laughed.
[Frostie: THIS IS BEYOND ANYTHING EVER SEEN IN EON]
He dodged new radiant laser attacks and continued to fight.
15 minutes more.

[Trinn: ONE THIRD LEFT!!!!]
[Frostie: CLUTCH IT ROWAN!!!!]
[Dandan: YOU ARE THE CHOSEN ONE]

The music swelled, now combining choir, glitch noises, and reversed strings.
Rowan went in for a final combo—Shatterstep, Echo Fang, Moonlight Finale. All back-to-back.

He took a hit—Divine Pain—but kept going. Red warning lights blinked. His avatar limped but didn't stop.
[HP: 900]
He activated Last Rites—a one-time resurrection skill only usable once every 300 hours of gameplay.
"CHAT, THIS IS IT!!!"

One final strike. The screen froze.

Rowan didn't speak. His mouth was open.

"...I... I actually did it," Rowan whispered, and leaned back.
Then he passed out, live on stream.
