Coming into the room, I was completely exhausted and tired after everything that happened. It was in that moment that I laid eyes on Mammon. He was fast asleep on the couch.
Deep down I knew that it wasn't easy helping Astria and Alaric in the battle field, which is why I always respect the things he did.
Frustration nfilled my mind because whenever I thought we could have the opportunity to talk to each other, a Lilianwould be lurking around making it impossible to establish to make intimacy.
Another factor was the arrival of Lucian. I was surprised that Astria and Alaric would let him back, after all the betrayal they faced.
I took a deep breath and walked across to the bed and moved close to him. Mammon wrapped his large arms around me and I closed my eyes smiling happily.
It is only a matter of time before everything ends and we sail into the oblivion.
I closed my eyes and welcomed the darkness.
