Chapter 1 - I Am “Huo Yuhao”!?

A soft glow, like a mother's hand, gently stroked the delicate skin of the mist. This ethereal space possessed an unusually captivating sense of substance.

Amid the fog, Xiao Wu leaned against Tang San, comforting her Third Brother.

"Don't be too sad, Third Brother. The decline of the Tang Sect actually shows that the Douluo plane is evolving. Technology is progressing, isn't it?"

Xiao Wu playfully reached out her finger to smooth the furrow between Tang San's brows, fulfilling her role as his sword sheath—helping her Third Brother overcome the sadness he felt over the Tang Sect's hidden weapons being replaced by soul tools.

Tang San held her finger gently and sighed.

"You're right. But I built the Tang Sect with my own hands. I can't bear to see it vanish. As a Divine Realm enforcer, I can't interfere in a plane's evolution. However, recently, a new star seems to be rising in the Douluo Continent—someone deeply connected to the Tang Sect. I tried to peer into his fate, but it's shrouded in mist. I hope it all develops for the better."

Xiao Wu's eyes sparkled.

"If even you say he's a rising star, then he must be something special! If he takes over your god position in the future, won't we finally have time to travel around and have fun?"

Tang San affectionately flicked her nose.

"You! Always thinking about fun."

After Xiao Wu left to find Ning Rongrong, the smile on Tang San's face slowly vanished. His expression darkened as he turned toward the direction of Douluo Star and said coldly:

"Hmph! The decline of the Tang Sect is justified? Typical woman's perspective! Women should just stick to being submissive. Since when did it become your place to decide for me? That's the Sect I founded—I won't allow it to be cast aside! If it weren't for that bastard Destruction keeping such a tight watch on me, I could've directly interfered in Douluo Star's affairs. The Tang Sect wouldn't have ended up like this!"

"But Destruction would never have guessed—I split off a portion of Xiao Qi's soul and embedded it into Douluo Star! With this brilliant move, the Tang Sect will rise again! And this so-called 'Child of Destiny,' born from Douluo Star's attempt to resist control—he won't escape my grasp!"

"Trying to break free from my control with a Child of Destiny? How naive, Plane Will! In this world, anything the Tang family sets its eyes on… eventually becomes ours! Douluo Star is destined to be my backyard!"

"And Destruction! Always obstructing me—you've signed your own death warrant! Once the Child of Destiny becomes my pawn, your destruction will be literal! No one that powerful is allowed to exist in the Divine Realm but me!"

Just as Tang San was fantasizing about his one-man rule over the Divine Realm, he suddenly realized he had lost all connection with Douluo Star. It was as if the entire star had been suddenly... shielded.

Whether it was the Child of Destiny, the two soul fragments he had split from his daughter, or the Hao Tian Sect and the Tang Sect—everything had disappeared without a trace.

His plan to show divine power through the soul restrictions placed on his daughter—to descend like a god and fix things once they went off track—was now completely unworkable!

Faced with this sudden unknown, Tang San's face twisted into a feral snarl, and he let out a guttural growl.

"Who?! Who's messing with me!? Who dares ruin my ten-thousand-year plan?! Whoever you are—you're already dead!"

Douluo Continent – Hao Tian Fortress.

As the current second head of the Hao Tian Sect, Titan knocked on the door in front of him with a sheepish grin.

"Dong'er, are you ready? If so, let's get going. Shrek Academy's freshman orientation is about to begin. Our Hao Tian Sect members don't need entrance exams like others, but we should still give those Shrek folks some respect. Best not be late."

There was no reply for a long while. Just as Titan scratched his head, trying to say more, a frustrated and confused voice rang out from inside:

"Second Dad! Why do you and First Dad insist I disguise myself as a boy?! And you want me to live in the boys' dorms!? What if my roommate is a total slob? What if he's not a good guy? Even if he's decent, why should a girl like me live with a boy?! Aren't you afraid something might happen to me?"

Wang Dong'er stared at the mirror, her youthful but beautiful face pouting. Her large pink-blue eyes were full of dissatisfaction toward her First and Second Dads.

She truly didn't get it. Her doting dads, always so kind, suddenly made this decision that sounded absolutely brain-damaged.

A girl, pretending to be a boy, living in a dorm with a stranger—what kind of aneurysm-inducing logic was this?

Outside, Titan's face showed a flash of awkwardness, quickly replaced with frustration—not at Wang Dong'er, but at Tang San, the God King, who gave the "divine decree" that Wang Dong'er must crossdress.

'I really don't get what's going through that guy Tang San's head! What does he take Dong'er for? A tool to recruit the Child of Destiny? Has he spent so long in the Divine Realm that his brain's fried?'

Even as an outsider, Titan thought Tang San had gone too far.

Treating Sister Xiao Wu's daughter like this? And worse—making him and Niu Tian the bad guys? Didn't Tang San know how much they adored Dong'er, the daughter of their beloved Sister Xiao Wu?

With no way to see Sister Xiao Wu in the Divine Realm, all they could do was pour their love and longing into Wang Dong'er.

But no matter how upset he felt about Tang San, he didn't dare say a word. With Tang San's petty, vindictive personality, both he and Niu Tian would be doomed.

Titan sighed helplessly, forced a smile, and chuckled toward the tightly closed door.

"Don't be mad, Dong'er. One day you'll understand—we're doing this for your own good. Hurry and finish packing. I'll take you to Shrek personally."

Without waiting for a reply, Titan bolted, afraid that if he stayed and saw Dong'er's pitiful eyes, he'd soften because of his longing for Sister Xiao Wu.

As his footsteps faded, Wang Dong'er stood in silence before the mirror, sighing deeply. She reached for the disguise props her dads had prepared.

But then, out of the corner of her eye, she spotted a silver-gilded book on the table—one that definitely hadn't been there before.

On the cover, a bold title read:

[Huo Yuhao's Diary Copy – Wang Dong'er Exclusive]

"Huo Yuhao? Diary copy? My exclusive?"

Wang Dong'er's face was full of confusion. She had no idea what this was.

As far as she knew, no one named Huo Yuhao existed in the Hao Tian Sect. She hadn't even heard of the name.

As for outsiders—forget sneaking into her private room. Just getting into the secluded Hao Tian Fortress was beyond most people. Did they think the Title Douluos of the Sect were pushovers?

"Hmph! I want to see exactly what's written in here!"

Already sulky over the crossdressing debacle, this mysterious appearance of a diary in her room triggered Wang Dong'er's fury. She angrily flipped it open.

But the very first sentence left her frozen on the spot:

[I transmigrated. Into the novel world of Douluo Dalu. As for who I am—if I had to describe it in one line: I sat up in my deathbed and realized... the legendary 'Ho Guà' is ME!]

[That's right—I am Huo Yuhao! The true Child of Destiny of the Douluo Continent!]

(End of Chapter)

NOTE: Ho Guà' = Huo Yuhao (In future if there is mistake so...)
