Chapter 1 - The Ruined Star

In a ruined world—

Once a shining beacon of technology, culture, and ambition, the planet had stood tall as a symbol of progress. Towering spires scraped the clouds, and cities glowed like constellations across the surface. But all of that became history.

It began with a meteor.

A brilliant blaze tore through the sky before crashing into the planet's crust. People thought it was a natural disaster. Tragic, but explainable. Predictable.

They were wrong.

Something broke out from the meteorite. Not a creature—an invasion.A swarm of aliens spilled out, writhing and screeching, with limbs and forms that defied biology and logic.

"What the fuck was that!?"

"Run! Fucking run! Oh shit, those are aliens! That can't be real!"

"MEDIC! MEDIC!!!! My son's down! Fuck—he's not breathing!"

Panic erupted like wildfire. Screams, sirens, gunfire—chaos engulfed the cities.

But the world fought back.

Security forces arrived armed with molecular disintegration rifles and solar laser guns that burned hotter than the sun. They struck the first wave of monsters down, disintegrating flesh and bone in bursts of searing light.

Citizens armed themselves. Every household had emergency weapons. People fought alongside soldiers. The rich deployed personal warships, sleek and brutal—lasers cutting through the sky like blades.

The tide was pushed back. The swarm lessened.

But that was just the beginning.

Night fell.

And the aliens returned.Worse. Stronger. They had begun to adapt.

Disintegration? No longer effective.Heat? Slower. Less fatal. The nightmare evolved.

They devoured entire districts, then entire cities. And from the ruins rose something worse—a colossal creature, its wings spanning kilometers, its movements so fast they blurred past light. It tore through battleships like paper. It ripped apart the sky.

Escape was impossible.

One by one, ships were shattered in orbit.Screams echoed into silence.

The planet died screaming. And no one survived.

Year 12,970 – The Ruined Star.

They were never the same.Every alien that emerged from the meteorite was grotesquely unique—different anatomy, instincts, and evolutionary routes. Some slithered, some crawled, some flew, and others simply consumed.

They were never meant to be organized. But time… changes even chaos.

Now, in the shattered wastelands of the fallen world, there were no more humans. No resistance. No prey.

Only them.And hunger.

"Qceek!"

"Qikkk!"

Shrieking in languages not meant for vocal cords, the aliens turned on each other.Flesh tore.Limbs snapped. The strong devoured the weak in a primal frenzy, instinct overwhelming any semblance of structure.

And then—

Blink!

A pulse. A distortion. Something appeared—no, it *manifested*.

The creature twitched.Eyes that once reflected nothing but instinct—blinked. Its breathing slowed. Its gaze shifted—not to prey, but upward, toward the sky it had never understood until now.

And for the first time… it thought.

"Food....Must..Eat"

[System Analysis: In Progress...]

Species: Space BugSize: Approximately 12 cmAppearance:A very small alien creature, roughly the size of a cockroach. Its body is entirely jet-black, covered in dense, reflective chitin that absorbs light like a void. Beneath its small, sealed mouth lies a set of razor-sharp fangs, hidden and folded—waiting. Its many legs end in tiny hooked claws, perfect for clinging, crawling, and piercing soft matter. Despite its size, every movement it makes feels precise, almost calculated.

Alignment: Neutral Evil — Driven by instinct, now guided by something more.

As silence returned to the ruined planet, a single spacecraft descended from the dark skies above. Its thrusters hissed as it landed gently on the scorched terrain, kicking up clouds of ash and dust.

The ramp lowered with a metallic clang. From within emerged a group of humanoid figures—tall, armored, and moving with precision. They weren't soldiers. Not exactly. They were scavengers.

Scanning the dead landscape, one of them barked something in a sharp, static-laced tongue:

"@(#+_-#+(@/$@/!"!/)!@"

[System Auto-Translation:]

"Go collect all these alien eggs! When we sell them on the black market, we're gonna be Fucking richhh! Haha!"

The group laughed and spread out, dragging containment crates and automated drones behind them. They moved quickly, expertly scooping up clusters of grotesque, pulsing eggs left behind in the aftermath of extinction.

They never noticed the small, black insect clinging silently to the underside of one of their boots. They never felt its limbs digging into the fibers of their suit, anchoring itself with microscopic claws. They didn't even look down...Before the ship's hatch sealed shut. Before the thrusters reignited. Before they ascended—carrying with them something far worse than cargo.
