Note: in this chapter both the levels of existence as well as the power levels are explained and there will be potential spoilers so you can skip as it will be talked about in the book but for more detailed explanation you can find here.
(Note, there are different names in different regions for the rank, that is, as long as a method of naming is accepted by a group of at least 20 people that naming will be recognized by the world's system)
Levels of existence: there are four known levels/realms of existence but the main focus will be on the mortal level.
The mortal level
Celestial(true immortals)
Demigod
God realm
The mortal level is divided into two,the lower existence and higher existence. The lower existence is divided into the ordinary mortals(normal humans) and evolved mortals-(unranked existence and ranked existence)
(Note, the other common names for each level are either written beside it or in a bracket)
Unranked existence(foundation building/establishment realm) has 1-10 levels, with each level grouped up in 3's with lvl 10 standing alone
Lvl 1-3(body strengthening realm)
Lvl 4-6(bone tempering realm)
Lvl 7-9(blood purification and meridians opening)
lvl 1-9 prepares the body to be able to take in and absorb energy to strengthen the body temporarily which occurs at lvl 10.
Lvl 10 (qi refinement)
(Note, the humans of earth only went through body norishment and not strengthening, it will be explained in more details in the chapters to come)
(Note, it is difficult to cross levels in the mortal realm because it involves a qualitative increase. Will be explained in more details in the coming chapters)
Ranked existence,
Rank 1/E rank(Qi condensation): at this rank a being is able to condense energy around its body not only can it strengthen the body like lvl 10 but it can also make constructs using energy such as energy barrier, weapons and even wings but all that depends on its mastery of the skills.
Rank 2/D rank(core formation): at the rank a core that is the physical representation of the beings existence is formed and can be placed in any part of the body by the said being. It also acts as a permanent energy storage but the amount of energy stored depends on the user capacity. When the core is formed, it is connected to the meridians and act as a new circulatory system for energy.
(Note, energy can be stored in mostly gaseous and liquid form but more talented beings are able to store it in solid form)
Rank 3/C rank (Nascent soul): at this rank one unlock their soul world and are able to store non sentient objects that are connected to their soul they are also able to store their familiars within the soul world and a representation of their soul is formed, through it one can observe the changes made in the soul. Beings awaken what is known as spiritual sense but the distance depends on the mental fortitude.
They are also able to send out mental attacks as well as comprehend intent.
Note, rank 3 existence cannot touch upon the concept of souls (manipulation and attack)
Rank 4/B rank(Earth realm): at this rank, a being can make a protective covering around its soul and can also release what is known as a territory (a nerfed version of a domain) and imbue it with intents.
Rank 5/A rank(sky realm): it is known as the bridge between lower existence and higher existence. As the name implies, they are able to soar through the sky but cannot go beyond the exosphere but the more powerful ones can survive beyond the exosphere for a small amount of time, the maximum ever recorded to be five minutes.
Higher existence
Rank 6/S rank (heaven realm): also known as the void manipulation realm, at this level of existence the being can survive in outer space without being affected by cosmic rays or solar flares/ultraviolet radiation also in this realm all beings come in contact with a higher level of intent known as mandate and the more talented ones are able to form a true domain. They can also easily destroy tier2 worlds and with a lot of effort tier 3 though they will be left vulnerable after.
Rank 7/SSS rank(immortal ascension): they will not be vulnerable after destroying a tier 3 world.
Rank 8/calamity rank (immortal king): they can destroy three tier 3 worlds and still have a bit of energy stored and they can withstand the explosion of a tier 2 world without a scratch and can survive the explosion of a tier 3 world but will be vulnerable.
Rank 9/ peak calamity(immortal emperor): can destroy tens of tier 3 worlds and can withstand an explosion that has the force of five tier 3 worlds with minor injuries.
Rank 10/chaos lord(world dominator): can destroy multiple tier 3 worlds with ease and can destroy a tier 4 world if they go all out. They can also withstand multiple explosions of tier 3 worlds with their physical body but will be at deaths door if they manage to survive the explosion of a tier 4 world.
Saint rank (half step celestial): they are mortals that are able to harness a higher level of energy such as celestial energy/immortal energy. They're able to destroy multiple tier 4 worlds easily and can destroy a tier 5 world if they use all their energy but being able to withstand the destruction of a tier 5 world depends on the saint.
SYSTEM CLASSIFICATION
Your system is a representation of your soul(it shows you the record of your existence) and its color and grade is related to the uniqueness of the soul/existence but it does not show potential.
Normal type - green
Special type - a brighter green glow
Unique type - the color of ones soul(unique soul)
Ultimate type - just like the unique type but this time with golden tones
Note, the system does not give you missions or tasks as it does not control you. It only shows you your progress. By killing other beings you gain a part of their existence that's why the saying goes "blood on your hands"(more detailed explanation in the coming chapters) also despite being on the same level they are not equal.
AFFINITY RANKING
Normal type - example, fire(a normal type of flame
Special type - example, fire(sun flames, star flames)
Unique type - example, fire(a flame that devours, a flame that burns everlastingly)
Ultimate type - example, fire(divine flames)
Unknown - example, fire(origin flames)
Note, every affinity has its level with some stopping at the lower ranking of normal type while some having varieties that exceed the ultimate type example fire.
WORLD TIERS
Tier 0 worlds - planets without lifeor that cannot support life, artificial planets made without energy, dead planets, planets not recognized as part of existence, incomplete planets
Tier 1 worlds (beginner worlds) - small planets that have energy like earth after awakening
Tier 2 worlds - true worlds, they have completely awakened and are on the path of evolution
Tier 3 worlds - mid level worlds
Tier 4 world - higher level worlds (can withstand the aftershock of a peak rank 10 as long as it is not directed at it)
Tier 5 world - peak level world (can withstand the attacks of multiple peak rank 10 and can withstand the attacks of the average saint rank)
Note, all the worlds listed above are mortal level worlds.
