Sheila's father had already been taken to sleep. He was woken up by a loud wail from her spouse, who was still in the guest room. He wondered what might have happened. Sheila resisted, struggling to hide from being featured or being recorded by the news reporters. She found a slight chance and ran into the house. She went to the washroom and locked herself inside. The mother was determined to have her face the embarrassment so that she could learn it the hard way. Sheila's mother's efforts turned fruitless as she could not access her anymore.
The news reporter arrived at that place eager to cover a very fascinating story. Sheila's father slapped John occasionally as the crowd cheered and incited. The news report had to add some flavor to the story. They first started by taking people's views from the crowd. They then covered the victim, who was now pleading for mercy. Efforts to have the side story of the victim hit a hard rock. He was not willing to talk at all.
The worst thing was when he learned that there was live coverage. That meant that people all over the country were watching. This made him more worried. He was psychologically tortured. Police were notified, and they had to come for him. When a police officer in a Land Cruiser arrived, they realized the victim was a senior officer in the military department. They had no power to arrest him. What they did was only to facilitate his freedom. He was untied from the bondage of ropes.
Soon, the intelligence services arrived and rescued one of their own. It was a breach of the country's security intelligence, seeming a very sensitive matter. The military conducted an operation, beating up the people at the scene to disperse them. Sheila's parents were arrested, and they left the scene. John was dropped at his home before they proceeded with arresting people, holding them in custody.
