Scene: Deep within the trembling Temple of Time
The ground shudders, and from the massive rift, darkness pulses like a living heartbeat.
Kazuki stands tall — his body half-consumed by the corrupted aura, veins of black-red energy crawling across his skin.
Behind him, the rift births monstrosities — shadow fragments twisted into beasts with jagged forms and glowing crimson eyes.
[Kazuki] (grinning, voice like a venomous blade)
"You healed a god... how noble."
"Let's see if your nobility can stop this."
(He snaps his fingers — a sharp, hollow sound that echoes through the temple.)
The shadow fragments surge forward — a tidal wave of shrieking horror. Reality around them bends and distorts.
[Haruto] (activating the Watch, voice low and steady)
"Airi, NOW!"
(Time freezes — but only for an instant. The shadows ripple through the stopped time like it's water, barely slowed.)
[Airi] (eyes wide in disbelief)
"They're… resisting the time stop?!"
[Time God] (straining, voice raw)
"They are fractures of the Dark God... not bound by time or order!"
"Only your awakened light can destroy them!"
(Reality slams back into motion. Haruto charges, fist blazing —
— but when he strikes a beast, his blow passes through it like smoke.)
[Haruto] (gritting his teeth)
"This is insane..."
(Airi lifts her trembling hand. Her Ring pulses wildly — then suddenly stabilizes, forming a radiant arrow.)
(Without thinking, she releases it — the arrow pierces a shadow beast cleanly, shattering it into shimmering dust.)
[Haruto] (staring in awe)
"Airi…! That power...!"
[Airi] (breathless, heart pounding)
"I... I don't know how. It just... answered me."
[Kazuki] (clicking his tongue, annoyed)
"Tch. Looks like you're starting to REMEMBER."
"No matter."
(He lifts his arm. Two of the surviving fragments merge into him, mutating his form —
a massive, demonic wing unfurls from his back, and a single glowing red eye opens on his forehead, distorting the very air around him.)
[Kazuki] (voice now deep, distorted)
"I'll erase your bond from this timeline!"
(The battle erupts — furious, chaotic.)
Haruto and Airi move in perfect sync — back-to-back, their light weaving together like a dance of destiny.
Haruto pulses the Watch again — this time, five full seconds of frozen time. Enough to lunge forward, driving his fist straight into Kazuki's temple.
Kazuki staggers — blood flickering like embers from the wound —
but his twisted grin never fades.
[Kazuki] (wiping his mouth, voice mocking)
"Hitting me won't be enough."
"You'll have to kill me..."
[Airi] (eyes blazing)
"Then we will."
(They charge — power surging between them —
but just as they're about to strike together, Kazuki laughs sharply —
—and vanishes into a rift.)
[Haruto] (shouting after him)
"Coward!"
[Time Maiden] (stepping forward, solemn)
"No... He's not running."
"He's preparing. The Dark God is coming."
[Time God] (standing tall, eyes dark)
"You must awaken fully — or next time... even your light won't save you."
(Silence falls.)
Haruto and Airi exchange a look —
a connection deeper than memory, older than stars.
[Airi] (softly, a tremor in her voice)
"When we fight together… it's like we're whole."
[Haruto] (smiling gently, fiercely)
"I feel it too. Like we were always meant to be..."
(But before the moment can settle—)
The air ripples violently overhead.
A massive golden eye opens in the fabric of the sky — just for a second —
watching.
[Time God] (voice sharp with alarm)
"The Seal of the True World is weakening..."
[Airi] (whispering, turning pale)
"Then the real battle... hasn't even begun."
(Their lights flicker in the growing darkness.)
