After a lot of time spent tracking, observing and laying out his plans, Kael finally infiltrated the tunnel.
Two other soldiers dropped dead by the lethality of Kael's Phantom Edge giving him complete access into the resource center.
Kael saw the computers, he also saw his drone projections.
Before Kael would take another move, his drone projections released a spike, striking directly on the security cameras and the systems around them warped, becoming dysfunctional in an instant.
The red alarm went off and the technicians seated in front of the computers went wide eyed.
"Something's happened to the security cameras."
"Call the boss…"
None of them moved for a moment, suspecting that something was behind them, however a cold breeze blew past them, accompanied by an emergency lockdown.
The Resource Center had been locked down from either exit or entry.
Kael's system had hacked into the database of the tunnel, using that privilege to lockdown every means of exit and entry and now, it is left with — the boss in the control room and Kael, who actually headed towards the direction leading there.
He approached the door and met the man — Elias Vorn.
Elias stared at Kael, his old eyes narrowing.
Somehow, words had been sent to him that his soldiers were dying mysteriously without knowing whàt killed them, and then — the security system was hacked.
Only a sworn enemy would do that…
"Who are you?" Elias asked, his hands shaking out of fear… those hands fumbling with defensive gadgets.
Kael smirked. "Remember 12 years ago? You and your men killed him all because he tried to release the system? I don't know what that means but, I'm that child."
Elias Vorn was shocked
"You're that kid?… The boss never finished the job."
Kael's eyes flashed… "Wait, you're not the boss? I thought you were the one."
Elias sneered. "I wasn't. I was only under strict command of the high lord. But still, they left you son-of-a-bitch to live. You should have died that day."
Kael smiled. "Well I didn't. I knew you all had a bit of regrets, didn't you?"
The man whispered softly, smartly setting up his defenses.
"After those two were eliminated, they came back to me with a report that they had skillfully hidden their four year old. They could not find him and did not make an effort to find the child…"
The man chuckled softly while Kael listened carefully, despite his limited time.
"I had to send them back…" Elias gritted his teeth. I had to ask them to find you — anywhere, anyhow! Somehow, they'd find you and definitely kill you. But they've failed countlessly and woefully. When they returned to your home, you were gone."
Kael chuckled. "Maybe you all did not know something but — before my parents had been heartlessly killed by your men, and you — I had been asked to survive. I knew what surviving means and how to go about it. I had been chased by a madman just because I snatched his lunch from the garbage."
Kael's eyes grew cold and icy.
"I had to follow the rules of a certain underground organization — I had to sneak into houses for that organization, steal for that organization and kill just to be accepted by them. But strangely, they've built me up into who I am today — savage, brutal, ruthless!"
The Phantom Edge glimmered in his grasp.
Elias Vorn could see the seriousness in the tone, the raw and chilling bloodlust that Kael exuded. It was for a fact, that Kael is definitely here to kill him — a shocking realization.
"Well child, I still don't understand why you are here when you should be attacking the high boss. Why me?"
"I don't care who the boss is, I don't care whether he lives or dies, but as long as you're involved in the cause of my parents death, you're already fated to meet a gruesome end…."
"heads will definitely roll."
Kael smiled darkly and his Phantom Edge turned into a blur.
[Ultra High Sword Strike]
The moment his sword turned into a blur, the control room turned into a chilling dread…
There was a screeching sound— it was so deafening.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Two forces connected, the sharp edge of a blade and the smooth surface of an electronic shield.
Elias smiled.
"I may not possess unwavering strength like you do, but do not forget that I am a master crafter — the one who forged an electric-system. I invented the gadget armory, gable shields and interlocking blades which work with interfaces."
"Can you really defeat me?"
Kael sighed…
He did not know. He is about facing the system master. Who knows how strong his other system programmes are. He had experienced the shield and even the Phantom Edge was unable to cut it open.
'Hey system, what components is the shield made of?'
[Basically, powerful currents which consist of lower and higher cathodes and sinister volts were used for infusion. Upon explosion, unnatural electricity is unveiled and the result could be disastrous]
'High and low cathodes. Sinister voltage? Isn't that one of those scientific flaming thunder?'
[Precisely]
'Help me take on this kill.'
Kael's pupils moved and Elias Vorn noticed the slight change.
His fingers, swiftly swiping through invisible interfaces.
"I never imagined that you'd overwhelm six soldiers all by yourself. How did you do it?"
Kael scoffed.
"Stalling for time? Not gonna work."
[Monotonous kick]
[Shifting right leg's momentum]
[Target acquired]
Kael's legs connected to a disc-like shield.
Just before his legs met the shield a terrifying surge of raw power flooded into his feet.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM.
The computers were blasted away, system structures crumbled to dust and tables were grinded to paper…
Kael felt the terrifying power leave his feet. At that moment, Kael had felt like a god— it was the feeling of immense power, the one that could twist the world on a whim.
Elias' face was pale.
"Do you know what that coin could do? A single coin would make one a bastard billionaire… the one your father had stolen from us!"
He spat out blood, staring directly at Kael's scary face.
"Billionaire? That's what I want to become! But not because you've asked to do it." Kael said with a smile…
"Critical Execution!"
[Activating Critical Execution…]
[Critical Execution, Activated]
The room shattered and time suddenly slowed down.
Elias felt as if he was witnessing the rebirth of a legendary god. He could see particles of dust in the air — shards of the destroyed computers…
They remained on air, drifting slowly — paused by time itself.
No one moved.
Only Kael did.
