"I think you're ready for the thermos," Danny said.
"Thermos?" Chelsea asked. What did a thermos have to do with practice?
Danny pulled out a green and white cylinder and showed her the label on the side. "This isn't just any thermos. It's the Fenton Thermos. This is what I use to trap other ghosts." He rotated it to point at the button. "Open the cap to suck them in, and this button spews them out."
"Are there any ghosts inside now?" Chelsea asked.
"No," Danny said, "this is a fresh one."
Chelsea reached out for the thermos, and Danny handed it to her.
He said, "Just be careful where you're aiming–"
"Like this?" Chelsea said, opening the cap.
The thermos was pointing right at Danny. His middle got sucked in and the rest of him soon followed. He didn't even have time to make a noise. One minute he was there, and the next he was just gone.
"Oops," Chelsea said, and quickly pressed the eject button. Danny reappeared, frowning with his arms crossed.
"Give me that," Danny said, yanking the thermos from her. He opened the cap, this time trapping Chelsea.
"Hey!" Chelsea managed, before she was sucked in.
"Consider this a lesson," Danny said to the thermos, grinning.
