[Staff Room]
Jae Taejin sits across from three teachers, arms crossed. His eyes wandering around the room
The Principal announced Taejin's punishment clearly "You're suspended. Two Weeks. Violent behaviour like this cannot be tolerated in my school"
"Bullshit, none of you interfered when Leo was disrupting others education and when he beat students for just existing" Taejin snapped
The principals face twitched "Watch your language. You are already on thin ice"
Jae leaned forward, eyes sharp "Thin Ice? I'm the one who stood up to that fat tyrant"
One of the teachers ,Mr. Han adjusted his glasses "This is no place to argue"
Taejin lips curled into a bitter smile "Leo beats kids half to death and you all simply look away and pretend nothings happened"
The Principal slammed a palm on the table. The sound reverberated around the tense room "Enough! This is not about Leo this is about you. You are at fault here. You're lucky all your getting is a suspension. Use the two weeks to reflect on your action."
Taejin rose up from his chair. His glare pinned on them "Cowards. All of you"
The principal pointed to the door "Get Out! before i rethink your punishment and make it longer"
Taejin didn't need to be told twice. He turned and walked out the room, leaving the tense atmosphere behind"
He glanced at the school crest and scoffed, the symbol of the system that failed him and many others while letting unchecked power run free.
[Hallways]
The whispers were already spreading like wildfire.
"Have you heard Taejin got suspended."
"Yeah its a bit crazy that the school didn't punish Leo"
Dong Seok walked around like a weight has been lifted from his shoulders. A crowd formed and surrounded him.
"I heard if you look at Dong Seok wrong. Taejin will come for you"
"Shit .After seeing what happened to Leo I will never touch or look at Dong Seok without permission"
Jae Taejin appeared and the crowd split evenly in half for him. He walked nonchalantly with his hands in his pockets. He walked towards the exit of the school.The crowd dispersed after he left.
Leo emerged from the nurses office, bandaged up with a busted up face. He spotted Soojin and wasted no time in rushing to her.
Leo forced a grin acting like his injuries did not hurt "Hey Soojin, do you wanna hang out"
As usual she didn't meet his gaze but for the first time she responded to him
"Pathetic"
Leo was shocked ,his grin stiffened "Huh?"
Soojin sighed finally meeting his eyes " I only like guys who have something going for them in Life. Ambition. Power. You? Don't make me laugh. What made you think I would go for a washed up scumbag. You got what was coming to you. Its embarrassing for a guy like you to even consider liking me let alone believing you have a chance with me"
Leo's face darkened. His fists clenched until his nails dug into his skin "You think I'm gonna let this slide"
Soojin shrugged, looking away "you got beat up by the transfer. No one treats you like a king anymore. I don't like bullies. You are the polar opposite of my type"
Leo's face contorted into disbelief and anger ,he thought to himself "So her type is that Jae Taejin guy, I'll ruin his life for messing with me and my love"
[later-School bathroom]
Leo looked at the mirror at his bandaged, swollen face "That fucking bastard will pay"
he heard people coming and decided to hide in a cubicle.
"That fatass got folded"
"He got fucked up good"
Those weren't any voices, those were his gang the people Leo trusted and considered close friends.
In a fit of rage, he burst from the cubicle. Fists swinging and they did indeed connect but not his. The gang beat him violently.
Pow! a liver punch
Crack! a kick straight to the ribs
and finally with a loud bang they finished him by a monstrous jaw-breaking uppercut.
One of them spoke "Your aspect don't matter when you cant land a hit"
Another of them opened their mouth "How did we even look up to this guy"
"Taejin really exposed him as a weakling"
They dragged him inside the cubicle and dunked his head into t he toilet bowl .They flushed.
They left him soaking and gasping for air.
5 minutes later
Leo got up and looked at himself in the mirror, his face more bloodied and bruised than before. His mind reeling with thoughts of what happened.There was only one person to blame for this.
His eyes narrowed into slits, burning with hate
"Jae Taejin"
"I'll ruin that orphan bastards life"
