Kumoko's abilities had improved dramatically across the board, especially her Magic Power, which had actually reached over ten thousand!
This was because she had mastered [Magic Supremacy] and leveled it up to LV 10.
Magic Supremacy significantly boosted both max MP and Magic Power. Combined with the effect of [Ruler of Perseverance], which allowed her to use MP as HP, her massive mana pool of over ten thousand effectively gave her an extra ten thousand health points.
Well, theoretically. In actual combat, constantly casting spells and skills drained mana rapidly.
Plus, some skills consumed mana based on a percentage, meaning her MP couldn't simply be treated as a direct HP equivalent.
At the same time, her Defense and HP remained her weak points. Normally, after three or four evolutions, a monster at her level would have at least 3000 HP and 2000 Defense.
Yet, she only had 1400 HP and less than 1000 Defense. Although Kumoko possessed terrifying magical power, she still wasn't sure if she could break through the Earth Dragon's tough magic defenses.
Against a normal Level 30 monster, Kumoko's superior stats might give her the edge. But Earth Dragons had the [Reverse Scale] racial ability, resisting 99% of magic damage.
Dragons were practically the natural enemy of mages. Think about those Western fantasy stories the heroes who slayed dragons were always warriors, never mages. So, it wouldn't be wrong to call Earth Dragons Kumoko's nemesis.
However, with Kumoko's incredibly high Magic Power, combined with the resistance reduction effect from Abyss Magic, even an Earth Dragon couldn't escape completely unscathed.
As for her trump card? Among her four Ruler abilities, Pride and Wisdom were mainly support skills, and Perseverance was defensive.
The only skill that could potentially pierce the Earth Dragon's defenses was [Sloth]. That was her last resort.
Kumoko focused her gaze on the Earth Dragon. Boosted by [Wisdom], she finally saw Araba's full stats.

Looking at Earth Dragon Araba's stats, Kumoko felt a flicker of despair. He was just too strong, much stronger than her. Kumoko had always admired Elliot, envying his strength immensely.
If she could defeat Araba, who was just as strong as Elliot, maybe she wouldn't always feel like she was looking up at her partner.
Besides, this Earth Dragon was incredibly arrogant, looking down on everything. Hey, I'm the holder of the Ruler of Pride title! I should be the most arrogant one here!

Kumoko frantically unleashed her skills. As a basic Dark Magic spell, Dark Spear had an extremely short cooldown, allowing her to fire off a terrifying number of projectiles in a short time, similar in concept to Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon.
Hundreds of dark spears rained down fiercely on the Earth Dragon, kicking up clouds of dust and smoke upon impact.
It was an incredible sight a single spider creating such a chaotic scene. In reality, casting so many Dark Spears only cost Kumoko about 400 MP, and thanks to her high base mana regeneration, the lost mana was quickly recovering.
The benefits of [Magic Supremacy] meant Kumoko didn't have to worry about the cost of basic skills.
Although it was just ordinary dark magic, Earth Dragon Araba had no intention of tanking the hits.
Even if getting hit wouldn't cost him much health,
Earth Dragons were noble creatures. They maintained their elegance at all times.
Dying to an opponent's ultimate attack might be considered honorable, but getting hit by basic skills? That was a disgrace.
Therefore, as hundreds of dark spears rained down, the Earth Dragon gracefully dodged every single one. Not a single hit landed. It made sense; Earth Dragons weren't slow.
After avoiding the barrage, the Earth Dragon retaliated with his own breath attack. Relying on her superior speed, Kumoko easily dodged it.

The current terrain wasn't advantageous for Kumoko. Using Space Magic, she rapidly ascended.
The ground below had been ravaged by Araba's earlier attacks, destroying most cover, which was bad for someone like her who relied on dodging.
Plus, Araba also possessed Dark Magic and Space Magic. If he hit her with Dark Magic and lowered her resistances, she'd be helpless.
Araba, also using Space Magic to propel himself, pursued her into the air.
While maneuvering in the air, Kumoko unleashed a continuous stream of Dark Bullets at Araba, firing like a machine gun, completely disregarding MP consumption.
Even Araba seemed surprised that this little spider could shoot so much. But despite the barrage, Araba moved like a skilled player in a bullet hell game, effortlessly weaving through all the dark projectiles.
"Tch!" Kumoko clicked her mandibles in annoyance. Earth Dragon Araba possessed the [Heavenly Scale] talent, an upgraded version of [Reverse Scale].
Normally, [Reverse Scale] granted 99% magic damage immunity, making mages feel utterly useless against dragons possessing it.
[Heavenly Scale], however, was even better. It granted 99.9% magic damage immunityand halved the duration and effect of any negative statuses caused by magic. It was an absurdly powerful ability.
Essentially, any mage facing Araba would likely just throw their hands up and surrender. How could you even fight that?
Actually, 99.9% magic immunity didn't mean zero damage.
Kumoko, specializing in Dark Magic, could potentially deal damage by lowering his resistance with her spells and leveraging her massive Magic Power stat.
But [Heavenly Scale] also halved the effect of resistance reduction!
And yet, despite having such an overwhelmingly powerful defensive talent, Araba still chose to dodge all her attacks, purely for the sake of maintaining his elegance.
Just then, another dragon breath attack shot towards Kumoko. She used Space Magic for a short-range teleport, dodging the blast.
Her teleport destination? Directly above the Earth Dragon's head, where he was momentarily defenseless.
Kumoko immediately unleashed a barrage of Dark Bullets down onto Araba's head, managing to deal over three hundred points of damage.
