**Derrick drop off lilian at her home, she didn't say anything to him**
Derrick: Really? No thank you or any sort of?
Lilian: Thank you? You've already cause a feud between I and my sister, I don't want anymore troubles. You should go back already.
Derrick: I wanna see you go inside safety.
**She was speechless and just proceeded with knocking on the gate, the guards were hesitant at first before they open the gate, they were shocked to see lilian knocking on the gate, they thought she came back home with rachel, if her parents get to find out their daughter came back home without security, no car at all they might lose their jobs or even get arrested, immediately they let her in**
Lilian: Now I'm safe inside, go home derrick.
Derrick: Okay then, see you tomorrow.
**He drove his bike and left. Lillian went straight to rachel's room and was knocking on the door she could hear her sobbing, she knocked even harder which made rachel more upset to scream at her without opening the door**
Rachel: Just go away Lilian! Get out! You're wicked and heartless!
**Lillian had no choice but to retire to her room. She'll talk to her in the morning by then she must have calm down a little because if she proceed further tonight everyone might hear her voice which of course she wants the issue to be private. The next morning on the dining annabel notice something odd between lilian and rachel they normally chat with each other on the dinning, but in this case they seem distinct from each other. She would have loved to know what's wrong but is afraid being a sacrificial lamb to the both of them however, that did not stop her from getting worried maybe joshua might know why she'll ask him later. Through out the ride to school the only voices heard was that of joshua and annabel making jokes and laughing but lilian and rachel didn't interact with each other as the car arrived at the destination rachel just stepped out immediately as if she was sitting on a hot plate with lilian going after her. Annabel on the other hand questioned joshua if he knows anything about their recent attitude**
Annabel: Do you know the issue concerning rachel's and lillian's attitude this morning?
Joshua: I don't know, but don't involve yourself whenever rachel or lilian is having an issue they might use you to settle their differences and I don't want that so just avoid them. Okay?
Annabel: Okay, fine.
Joshua: I'm going to class.
Annabel: what? You? Joshua you're going to class? Oh God
**she started laughing**
Joshua: What, why are you laughing?
Annabel:I'm sorry it sounds so unreal that you're going to class is always the basketball court.
Joshua: Well, it's maths class and if I miss it, is a failure for sure. I'm going.
**Annabel just smiled is a good thing he attended class today, If not joshua the recent days that she has been coming to school with cars would have been impossible, lilian and rachel most especially rachel never allows her to enter the car and because of that she treks to school or If she has a little cash with her she pays for her transportation bills, her dad is hardly at home as he spends time in the office and even if she report to him her step mother will wash it off to be nothing and give her a sound warning behind the scenes. Rachel was walking as fast as she could so lillian can't meet up with her pace, Lilian noticing this just ran to her and held her hand**
Rachel: Let go of me right now, I don't want to cause a big scene.
Lilian: Okay. Rachel what you saw yesterday was an accident, a mistake it will never happen again.
Rachel: Oh God Lilian you're such a liar. What happened to men are scum? Men are like this and like that. You've always have eyes on derrick and that's why you you disgrace me in the basketball court to make me look like a fool that is not confident enough to express her feelings, why you take the glory as the confidence one.

**Rachel shut her up**
Rachel: Oh please enough with the lies, you're a cheater and a betrayal. You always want to get attention and you would go as far as dirty just to get attention.
Lilian: Okay that's enough. I've tolerate enough of your rubbish accusations and insults. Have you even think of a second the reason why derrick distance himself from you? is because of your stupid and entitlement mentality.
Rachel: Instead of you to apologize, you just busy throwing unnecessary tantrums.
Lilian: Really? Rachel I did not expect this from you. I've been trying to apologize to you, since yesterday night up until morning and you refused listening to me for something that is your fault. If you have maintain yourself and not pour a bowl of soup on david, just maybe derrick would considered you to be his girlfriend.
Rachel: I just trying to protect you, when I poured the bowl of soup on him. I wanted him to stay away from you.
Lilian: Protect me? I'm I a kid or something? Rachel they where lot of security guards no one can do us any harm. ** Rachel angrily walked out on Lilian and went to the garden, she was pained even if derrick doesn't want her why Lillian? She has always gotten attention everywhere she goes even from the guys. She remembered in 10th grade she had a crush on a guy called ryan. She told lillian about it but she kicked against the idea of her dating that's she's too young, The worst was when ryan tell her that he's in love with her sister lillian and would like she to introduce him to her, Lillian rejected him by calling him a weirdo trying to destroy their sister bond. Rachel was jealous at first, It felt like her heart was being stabbed to pieces, it was so painful but she was happy that lillian didn't accept him. Derrick was walking to class from the hostel but he was feeling quite uncomfortable with the stares on him, even in class the girls stare at him and giggle, he was sitting alone when Vera walked to him she's a popular girl too and also their class president**
Derrick: Hi ** He nervously reply**

Vera: I saw you on the court last night, you're good in the game.
Derrick: Thanks **He's face was stern, he can't wait for her to leave already**
Vera: would you like to hang out sometime?

**She was silent for about 5 seconds**
Vera: Do you have a girlfriend?

** Vera angrily went back to her sit, she couldn't believe she was rejected. Through out the class derrick has not been able to focus, one reason is Lilian and the other are the girls staring and blushing at him. He was so uncomfortable in class he took excuse from the teacher and went outside he really wish Lillian will accept him but he's not sure if is possible, as he was walking by he saw rachel in the school garden and he decide to talk to her**
Derrick: Hey Rachel.
Rachel: Oh derrick.
Derrick: I want to talk to you. Look I appreciate the fact you've been a good friend since day one, I'm sorry if what I said the other day hurt your feelings I'm deeply sorry but the truth is I don't feel the same way for you rachel. I don't want you to misunderstand me we can be friends but not lovers.
Rachel: Is it because of what I did to David? **with an almost teary voice**
Derrick: I don't know that guy personally, but what you did was bad and uncalled for.
Rachel: I'm sorry derrick ** She was reaching out her hands to touch him but he refused by putting down her hands**
Derrick: I'm not the one that needs the apology.
**Rachel was crying. Derrick feel bad for her but that is the truth he couldn't be with her**
Rachel: why did you kiss my sister?
Derrick: Cause I like her.
**It sounded like blow to rachel**
Rachel: May I ask why?
Derrick: I think I might take my leave now.
**He left Rachel in the garden and went to the basketball court to throw some shots a lot is on his mind now, he just needed to do something to shift his attention from thinking. Lillian was in class but her mind was far away, she was thinking about derrick. She couldn't get him of her mind it seems she has fallen for him, it was her first kiss and it was with someone so dreamy and handsome, when she could no longer cope with the class she quietly took permission from the teacher and left to the hostel to look for derrick, she was told he went for class but he wasn't in the classroom when she peeped through the window. She was frustrated and immediately remembered the basketball court and went there, derrick was busy throwing shots when he noticed Lillian was there he was shocked.
Derrick: Lillian, what are you doing here?
Lilian: I came to see you. Is it bad? **She said walking towards him**
Derrick: No, Is just that I'm surprised. I thought you wouldn't want anything to do... **She pecked him on the lips and derrick couldn't hold back his emotions and kissed her, He was happy Lillian feel the same way for him**
Derrick: What about your sister?
Lilian: Don't worry about her.
**They continued kissing, unknowingly to them someone took pictures of them and post it on the school platform anonymously and tag them as the newest couples in queens island high school. The pictures quickly spread like fire**
Joshua was through with his lectures and was chatting with his friends**
Marshal: That derrick guy is something else. I heard he played for the national australian junior basketball team.
Joshua: I don't blame him, I blame bennett who made him think he was that good.

Andre: Can you take on that guy one on one?
Joshua: I run the canadian basketball team here, he should maintain he's past glory in Australia.
Andre: You sound jealous.

**They where talking when nicole ran up to joshua with quick speed**
Nicole: Your sister is crying in the garden.
Joshua: My sister cry? Why? Which of them?
Nicole: It's rachel, and I don't know she's crying.
Joshua: Later guys **He went out with Nicole, he saw rachel in a lonely corner of the garden crying he asked nicole to leave which she did, she only went to the garden to get some fresh air and peace of mind only to find rachel cry there**
Joshua: Rachel what is it? Why are you crying? What going on between you and Lillian?
Rachel: Lilian deceive me.
Joshua: I don't understand, how can lillian deceive you?
Rachel: She stole my crush from me, she deceived me and snatched him behind my back.
Joshua: Wait? So all this is because of a man? Are you guys serious right now? Where's lilian? because I want to talk to her.
Rachel: I don't know where she is.
Joshua: You and Lillian are going crazy, and I'm going to knock senses into you both.

**Joshua received a text message from marshal telling him to check on the schools platform, he was hesitant at first but decide to do it and was shocked by what he saw it was Lillian kissing a guy not just any guy the same guy who defeated his team in a basketball match. He was so angry, rachel wandering what her brother was looking at took the phone from him and was speechless at what she saw for the second time Lilian and Derrick kissing each other. The news spread like wild fire all over queens high, the girls where angry and throwing mean comments against Lilian how come she always get the good ones? What's so special about this Lillian girl? Must she get all the good things just for attention? The boys are also throwing theirs against derrick So the australian dick got lillian? I can't stand that dude, from basketball to Lillian wow. Dean Lincoln was upset with Lilian but he did not punished her, but ask her to keep her life more private next time and ordered for the post to be taken down but that did not stop the hateful comments against the young lovers. Joshua was upset he wished his parents are around he would have report to them concerning Lilian and Rachel beef over a man. He tried to step in but was shutdown by Lillian, Lillian was his elder sister same with annabel, he respected her but got insulted on how he lost his basketball match against derrick that arrive newly in Queens Island high school compared to him that had been schooling there for years. Lilian accept dating derrick not minding how rachel will feel, she goes out with him, they attend basketball matches together and even kissed in the basketball court after derrick shoot a ball from afar and it got into the net. Rachel was heartbroken and jealous towards Lillian, she thought lilian would obviously let go because of their sister bond but she was happily dating derrick and don't care about her feelings at all, it pained her so much that she vowed to make her regret ever dating derrick, soon she comes up with a plan. She walked over to the lunch table where lillian and derrick were eating and apologize**
Rachel: Derrick, Lillian, I'm so sorry. I over reacted and cause lots of unnecessary drama. Would you please forgive me?
Lilian: See babe, I told you not to worry she'll change.
Derrick: I'm not surprised my girl is very smart. **He loving feed her chips **
