Haruto did not know how long he spent surrounded by nothing. Seconds? Minutes? Hours? Not a clue. But he knew that his body had been numb since entering this unconscious state.
He didn't hear, smell, see, or feel anything. Nothing...

"Lord Nexus is waking up!!" Haruto felt his senses finally returning.
Slowly, his body and mind became one. He opened his eyes and found himself in a luxurious room.
The room had walls built up of white marble, pillars, and a roof made up of the finest wood he had ever seen. And the bed he was on was the softest thing he has ever felt except for his mother's embrace.
He slowly straightened his back, but he found himself experiencing pain in his head. Specifically on his right hand side of his head.
He reached his hand to touch his head and felt a tough layer of cloth.
'A bandage?' Haruto thought in confusion.
While Haruto was thinking about what was happening, he had not seen the countless older people surrounding him. He shifted his gaze from his hand to the people around him.
The men wore a neat black coat over a white shirt and had a tie near the collar. The women wore a black dress with a white apron ties in front of their chests.
'Maids and butlers...' Haruto examined the people. His gaze then focused on their expressions.
While the older, more experienced workers showed no reaction, the younger and inexperienced workers were nervous and filled with fear and doubt.
"May I ask who you all are?" Haruto questioned.
His voice was stern, but his own voice was in a higher tone than he anticipated. The butler's and maids flinched at his voice, but soon enough, an older butler spoke up.
"W-we are the attendees your father appointed to look after you, sir Nexus." His voice was filled with anxiety.
Haruto looked at his hand, and sure enough, his hand was smaller than that of a teenager.
'I'm a kid?' Haruto, or rather, Nexus told himself in dismay. 'I thought I'd be an adult or something...'
Suddenly, memories rushed through Nexus' mind. He recalled the life Nexus Von Ashworth, the third son of the Duke Arthur Von Ashworth. He clenched his fists in frustration.
'Seriously?! I'm Nexus Von Ashworth?!!' Nexus exclaimed in pure anger.

The Ashworth house was home to one of the five great dukes of the Tragon kingdom. Arthur Von Ashworth was definitely one of the best villains of the game.
'But Nexus...' Nexus' thoughts entangled around his current form's history. 'He was never shown in the storyline.'
He looked at his hand and then, at his own portrait, hung up on the wall, opposing the bed. The portrait revealed that Nexus had royal purple coloured hair and had eyes that were bright pink.
Nexus recalled every single post by the developers and all the hidden Easter eggs in the games itself before the answer he needed finally came to daylight.
'On his 16th birthday, his fiancé from the house of Rosewood, which was also the house of a Duke, came to visit him. Mary Rosewood, during a conversation, lashed out at Nexus due to a misunderstanding.
Nexus, who was the weakest member of the family, suffered from the attack for four months before passing away. The separation from his son made Arthur Von Ashworth go insane. He sweared that he would destroy the house of Rosewood with his own hands.
Mary Rosewood, who later became a heroine in the story, found her house thrown out of power. If you didn't choose Mary as one of your three partners, the girl would find her death by the hands of Nexus' older sister.'
Chills ran down Nexus' back.
'The entire family is insane!!' Nexus told himself.
"Master Nexus," a voice Nexus was unfamiliar with, spoke up. "Your parents have arrived."
Nexus' eyes widened. He looked up to see two people dressed in formal clothes.
The female wore a long pastel coloured dress. Both her eyes and hair were a bright pink in colour. The male wore a dark violet coat over a white shirt and black jeans. The man had royal purple coloured hair, similar to Nexus, and Magenta coloured eyes.
The man rose his hand and snapped his fingers, letting out a sharp sound.
"Leave this room at once," he said, his voice dominant and stern.
The butlers and maids nodded and quickly made their way outside of the room.
After every servant had left, the female burst into tears and rushed towards Nexus before embracing him, saying.
"Be careful next time, my darling..." Nexus felt the warmth and love of his new mother.
"Not letting me hug my own son, Bertha?" The man said in a kind voice. He wrapped his hands around both Nexus and his mother.
'This is feels nice.' A smile crept up on Naxus' face as he felt a rush of happiness.
