Chapter 33 - Going Home

"Oh, sorry Tony... but that tight suit of yours is really cool."

In the desolate desert, Raiden and the other two embraced, but Tony Iron Man suit had already turned into a pile of scattered parts on the ground.

Who would have thought that in the original version, the Iron Man suit couldn't be freely disassembled or reassembled—it had to be taken off or put on using a specialized device.

To prevent the suit from becoming irremovable due to malfunctions, Tony had specifically installed a button on the inner thigh of the suit. Once pressed... the suit would immediately disassemble.

"Uh, it's fine, but could you find something to hold these parts for me?" Tony forced a smile as he looked at Raiden.

"Oh, that's easy!" Raiden said cheerfully, waving his hand toward the ground. The scattered parts vanished without a trace. All that remained was Tony, staring at Raiden in utter astonishment.

"What just happened?" Tony racked his brain, searching through all the known technologies, but he couldn't think of a single one that could explain what had just occurred.

"Tony, uh, actually, I'm a magician..." Raiden explained, looking at Tony. Well, Raiden had once again shattered the worldview of a staunch scientist.

Magic? To Tony, it was something utterly childish and laughable!

In the eyes of Tony—and all scientists—magic was nothing more than a primitive explanation for things beyond their understanding. But when it actually happened right in front of them, they could only react in two ways: fear and dread... or curiosity and fascination.

And Tony Stark... he was clearly the latter. Tony was immensely curious about magic, but his goal wasn't to learn it—it was to dissect and understand it.

Tony had been deeply curious about Raiden ever since they were in the cave, but out of trust, he hadn't pressed further. After returning home, Tony had tried multiple times to use science to explain everything he had seen in Raiden, but without a doubt, he had failed.

He simply couldn't make sense of it. But now, the moment Raiden told Tony that what he used was magic, all the questions that had been haunting Tony were instantly resolved. At the same time, however, even more questions began to arise in Tony mind.

But now was clearly not the best time to ask questions. Tony top priority was to get Raiden and Yinsen home! So, Tony chose to give Raiden a firm pat on the shoulder, once again suppressing the questions in his heart.

"Oh, alright, a magician huh? Let's go home!" Tony said with a smile, looking at Raiden and Yinsen.

Raiden and Yinsen also laughed as they looked at Tony. They had initially worried that Tony might struggle to accept this in such a short time, but now it seemed that for the great Tony Stark, this wasn't much of a challenge at all.

"By the way, Raiden, can you bring back those parts? I need something to contact people," Tony said, looking at Raiden.

"Oh, of course," Raiden waved his hand, and the previously vanished parts reappeared on the ground, perfectly intact, as if they had never moved.

"Oh!" Tony exclaimed softly, this was truly amazing! But Tony quickly calmed himself down, picking up the helmet and a data cable from the pile of parts.

Then Tony connected the helmet to the reactor on his chest using the data cable, and instantly, the helmet began to operate.

Tony picked up the helmet and spoke into it

"Hey, JARVIS, locate my current position. I need a plane right now."

"Certainly, Mr. Stark," JARVIS's voice responded from the helmet.

"Uh, Tony, I have a question," Raiden suddenly interjected.

"Hmm? Go ahead," Tony said, looking at Raiden.

Raiden thought for a moment and said, "Is there any way you can help Yinsen and me enter the U.S. without being noticed by the government... and the military?"

"Oh, sorry, I can't help with that. The protection the U.S. has on me... is very strict. Anyone who appears around me will undoubtedly become a key surveillance target for the U.S.," Tony said without hesitation, his tone filled with helplessness. But this was indeed the truth.

For someone like Tony Stark, not to mention that he is the largest arms supplier in the U.S, just his identity as the son of a founder of S.H.I.E.L.D. means that his surroundings are always filled with S.H.I.E.L.D. agents. For Raiden to avoid the eyes of those people is undoubtedly a pipe dream.

"But Raiden, why do you and Yinsen want to enter the U.S. without being noticed? Are you in some kind of trouble in the U.S.?" Tony asked with concern.

Tony knew everything about Yinsen, but Raiden was a complete mystery, with no clues at all. Raiden had never even been caught on any camera. This led Tony to guess that Raiden might have some trouble in the U.S.

He never even think of the possibility that Raiden wasn't from this world. After all, that would be even more fantastical than magic.

"Oh," Raiden looked at Tony, then turned his head and nodded at Yinsen. Tony also followed Raiden gaze, looking puzzled at Yinsen.

"Alright..." Yinsen took a deep breath and said.

Just as Tony was feeling bewildered, suddenly, Yinsen body began to expand, his clothes burst apart in an instant, and smooth fur emerged on Yinsen robust body.

"OhhMaaaiGod!" Tony eyes almost pop out from its sockets, and when Yinsen had completely transformed, Tony felt that his understanding of the world over the past thirty years had been completely overturned.

While Raiden was explaining to Tony, Yinsen gradually transformed back into human form. Seeing Yinsen naked, Raiden picked up a piece of clothing and threw it over to him.

Tony watched all this happen, feeling both confused and excited. He was eager to explore the truth, to uncover the secret behind Yinsen. But in the end, Tony just stared at Yinsen for a long time, his lips trembling, and stammered out a sentence,

"This really wastes clothes!"

Tony once again suppressed his curiosity. All he could know was the answer from Raiden mouth—Yinsen had turned into a werewolf.

"Alright, Raiden, I think I now understand what you and Yinsen are worried about. I... will ensure yours and Yinsen safety," Tony said seriously.

"Oh, thank you, Tony. Yinsen and I, we're not afraid of trouble, we just want to avoid unnecessary trouble," Raiden explained.

"Of course, of course," Tony murmured, but then his tone suddenly brightened as he addressed Yinsen and Raiden.

"But when we get back to New York, could I collect a bit of your blood for research in my lab? I'm not a biologist, but this… it's really amazing!" Tony finger wagged back and forth between Yinsen and Raiden.

"Of course," Yinsen replied with a smile.

"Great, thank you," Tony said happily.

Raiden lightly punched Tony with his fist and said, "Alright, you two, we'll have plenty of time for this when we get back to New York. But for now, let's just go home!"

"Alright, home!" Tony exclaimed excitedly.

Five minutes later, a helicopter marked with the U.S. military insignia landed beside the three of them.
