Ren was currently leaving the store after after buying the latest issues of his two favorite manga: Re:Zero and Jujutsu Kaisen.
Despite being caught up in both series he still felt the need to buy the manga.
"Damn I should've gotten more sleep last night. I would've if my idiot brother hadn't thrown that damn party." REN saying as he rubs his eyes.
"Whatever, soon I'll be 18 and finally be able to leave the damn place." He thought to himself.
Ren noticed a bright light coming from his left.
As soon as he turned his head BAM. He was hit by a truck.
1st he could feel the pain and shock from getting hit. He felt his bones breaking.
Next, he could feel the blood exiting his body.
Third, he could feel himself losing consciousness, if he could he would panic and scream for help. But as he tried he coughed up more blood.
He thought one thing: "I don't wanna die." As Ren loses consciousness he wakes up an all white room with a bright light.
As REN's eyes adjust to the light he notices a mysterious figure standing in front of him grinning ear to ear

"Alas you must be wondering who's the devilishly handsome guy you see infront you, well I am Kawaru and I'm in charge of who goes to the afterlife and who gets reborn."
"Luckily for you my friend you seem to be a special case, see this girl name Satella keeps begging me to 'bring you back' or whatever."
"Which means you'll be reincarnated in the re:zero world!" He says in a cheerful tone.
"I could die!" Ren shouts in protest.
"Damn you're right. Which is why I'll be helping you!"
"You're gonna spin a wheel to get different abilities, power system, ect. Now, roll the wheel!" Kawaru says as he snaps his fingers and summons a colorful wheel with different power systems labels.
Ren hesitantly spins the wheel praying he'd get something easy to learn.
"And you geeeet, Cursed Enery!" Kawaru snaps his fingers making titles change to numbers 1 through ten
Ren spins the wheel hoping he'd get multiple techniques.
"You geeeet three techniques. Wow let's hope you get something useful" He says teasingly.
Kawaru snaps his fingers causing the wheel to change yet again showing different characters in jujutsu kaisen with one being labeled as "custom"
"Spin the wheel to get their technique, good luck!" Kawaru enthusiastically says.
Ren spins the wheel praying that he gets something useful. The wheel lands on Mai Zen'in's cursed technique: Construction
"Ooh you got construction, let's hope you get the cursed energy to back that up. Now, spin it again."
Ren spins the wheel hoping to get another useful technique. And to his luck it lands on megumi."
"Ooh you got potential man, let's hope you can tame big raga and not waste your potential. And now for your final technique, SPIN THE WHEEL!"
Ren spins the wheel one last time praying he'd get shrine. And took his luck it lands on sukuna.
"Fuck yeah, I got shrine!" Ren screams enthusiastically.
"I knew you could do it. Now, let's see how much cursed energy you get." Kawaru snaps his changing the words from cursed techniques to cursed energy.
"Spin the wheel my friend."
Ren spins the wheel praying he'd get a decent amount of cursed energy. As the wheel eventually slows down it lands on Yuta's cursed energy.
"Hell yeah I got Yuta's!" Ren cheered
"Great job, now enough with the jujutsu kaisen stuff and let's get on with the re:zero stuff."
Kawaru snaps his fingers changing the wheel to the 6 different elements: Fire, water, earth, wind, yin, and yang.
"My friend, you have the opportunity to get all the magic affinities or just get one. "
Ren spins the wheel hoping and praying he gets all the affinities. To his luck he gets all of them.
"As a gift from me I'll pick out two divine protections." Kawaru picks out "Divine protection of gathering spirits" and "Divine protection of copying" (I made that one up)
"What's the divine protection of copying?" Ren asked confused.
"I'm glad you asked my friend! I made it on a whim, it lets you copy someone's skills, authorities, and divine protections and no you can't copy Reinhard he has too many."
"Now let's pick out some skills, since re:zero includes sins a lot let's give you a sin based skill."
As Kawaru spun the wheel Ren watched with anticipation. After the stopped it landed on lust.
"Oh my, how lewd~. I didn't k is you were that type of guy Ren." Kawaru teases

"After making it to level 2 you can spend points on divine protections and cursed techniques."
