The middle-aged man was again taken aback: How does he know this too? It seems like he hasn't even taken my blood pressure?

But how would the middle-aged man know that Lin Fei had already used his X-ray Vision to see the abnormal blood flow and diagnosed his high blood pressure, deducing the onset time and symptoms.
