Chapter 285 - Chapter 316-320

Chapter 316: Transforming the Island

Not long after, Bai Feng and the others arrived at their former Residence, but unfortunately, time had ravaged it, turning it into a pile of debris.

There was a small Lake in the center of this Island, which was the only freshwater source on the Island and where the Pokémon on the Island relied for survival.

Bai Feng and Bai Ye used to live by this Lake, in a pointed hut built by Bai Ye using wood and leaves.

Now, they could only see a pile of rotting logs where the hut once stood.

At the same time, here, Bai Feng and Bai Ye also saw the three Arboliva that the Mandibuzz had coveted.

They were standing at the edge of the Lake, their feet rooted in The Earth, spreading their arms and bathing in the sunlight.

When they saw Bai Feng and Bai Ye, they greeted the Mother and Son very kindly and even wanted to share some of the oil they produced as a welcome gift.

Bai Feng certainly didn't take it. The Pokémon on the Island didn't have enough food themselves; if they shared it with others, there would be even less.

Looking at the large group of Pokémon before them, some knew Bai Feng and Bai Ye, some didn't; some Bai Feng and Bai Ye knew, some they didn't.

Just then, Bai Feng suddenly said, "I'll treat everyone to something to eat!"

Everyone looked at Bai Feng in confusion. You're empty-handed, how can you treat us to food?

Bai Feng chuckled lightly, then used Psychic to activate the Summoning Ring. The Ring flew into Mid-air, suddenly expanded, and then Berries poured out from it one by one.

Seeing this scene, the Pokémon were all shocked.

Before long, a large amount of Berries was piled up on the Grassland. The Pokémon on the Island had never seen so many Berries before.

Seeing that it was almost enough, Bai Feng recalled the Ring, then smiled and said to everyone, "Alright, everyone can eat now!"

Hearing Bai Feng's voice, everyone snapped back from their shock.

"Babup? Babup?" Are these really all for us to eat?

Leavanny asked with a look of disbelief.

"Of course, they're all for you! Everyone eat to your heart's content, if it's not enough, I have more!" Bai Feng said heartily.

Hearing Bai Feng's words, everyone cheered and immediately pounced on the Berry pile, grabbing Berries and eating heartily.

Being able to eat food freely, to eat until they were full, until they were stuffed, was an experience the Pokémon on the Island had never had before.

Soon, the pile of Berries was completely wiped out by the Pokémon. They were all hiccuping from eating, lying on the Grassland, constantly rubbing their bellies. Even the usually active Passimian were too lazy to move.

Just as everyone was quietly enjoying the leisurely time after their meal, a Pidgeot's hiss suddenly sounded in the Sky. Everyone looked up at the Sky in unison, only to see Pidgeot descending from the Sky and crying out to everyone with agitated emotions.

"Pi~ Pi~ Pipi~"

It turned out the Mandibuzz were back!

"Let's go take a look!"

Bai Feng said to Bai Ye.

"Shana~"

Bai Ye nodded.

The Mother and Son flew into the air and soon saw the Mandibuzz in the distance. They had already started fighting with the Unfezant.

The Mother and Son quickly flew towards there. Seeing this, Pidgeot quickly followed, and the other Pokémon followed closely behind.

Upon arriving at the Field, Bai Feng found that there were over a dozen Mandibuzz causing trouble. The Leader was very majestic and fierce.

Unfezant fought against the multitude, weaving back and forth through the Mandibuzz group with extreme speed. A metallic sheen constantly flashed on its wings, and from time to time, a wail would erupt from the Mandibuzz group.

Although the Mandibuzz were fierce, they still couldn't do anything to Unfezant.

They surrounded Unfezant, trying to besiege it, but Unfezant had given itself a Tailwind, making its speed extremely fast. Coupled with its flexible movements, it could even fly past the Mandibuzz's bodies without being harmed by them, so the Mandibuzz couldn't do anything against Unfezant at all.

By the time the other Pokémon on the Island arrived, over a dozen Mandibuzz had all fallen, scattered on the Ground.

Unfezant's power refreshed the understanding of the Pokémon on the Island. Pidgeot also looked at Unfezant with admiration. The Mandibuzz that had troubled them for so long were actually dealt with by Unfezant in just a few moves.

Noticing everyone's admiring gazes, Unfezant landed from the Sky, proudly raising its head and walking back and forth on the Ground, looking smug. It completely forgot that its scorched backside was wiggling with its swagger, looking as comical as could be.

Just then, a small Passimian pointed at Unfezant and shouted, "La ge~ La ge~" Mother, why doesn't its butt have any fur?

Hearing this sentence, Unfezant, who was standing tall and proud, stiffened all over. It mechanically turned its head to look at its backside, only then remembering that the fur on its butt had been burned off by Bai Ye.

It... was completely bare-bottomed!

"Gugugu~~~"

How could Unfezant still care about showing off? It flew into the Sky with a look of grief and indignation, disappearing from everyone's sight in the blink of an eye. Everyone was amused and burst into laughter.

After they finished laughing, Bai Feng pointed at the Mandibuzz on the Ground and asked, "How should we deal with them?"

The Pokémon looked at each other, unsure what to do for a moment.

To say there was a great hatred between them was certainly not the case. In the end, it was all caused by "poverty"!

Just then, Bai Feng suddenly said, "I have a method that can resolve the conflict between your two Islands!"

Hearing this, the Pokémon all looked at Bai Feng with confused expressions. What method?

"Didn't the conflict arise because you lacked food? If you never lack food in the future, won't you stop fighting over Arboliva?" Bai Feng said with a smile.

That was indeed the logic, but how could they never lack food?

Then Bai Feng told the Pokémon his plan. He was going to plant fruit trees on both Islands.

When he used to live on the Island, he had received a lot of care from the Pokémon there. Now that he had the ability to help everyone, he naturally wanted to contribute.

Plant the entire Island with fruit trees?

The Pokémon were even more confused. Where would so many fruit trees come from?

"Everyone wait, we'll be back soon!"

Leaving this sentence behind, Bai Feng opened the Summoning Ring and disappeared from the Island with Bai Ye.

When Unfezant returned and found that Bai Feng and Bai Ye were gone, it looked bewildered.

Did you guys forget about me?

Bai Feng and Bai Ye returned to the Island two days later, bringing back a large number of fruit tree saplings.

During these two days, the Pokémon on the Island waited very anxiously, almost thinking that Bai Feng wouldn't come back.

The Mandibuzz were tied up by the Grass-type Pokémon using Vine Whip. Because of their disappearance, another group of Mandibuzz was sent from the other Island to check on the situation, but they were again defeated by Unfezant alone, and the new group of Mandibuzz was also imprisoned.

After Bai Feng returned to the Island, he began arranging for the Pokémon on the Island to start afforestation.

The environment of this Island was harsh, constantly subjected to attacks from sea storms. Directly planting fruit trees, in Bai Feng's opinion, was not advisable. Even if they were successfully planted, everything would probably be gone after a storm.

So he dug up many tall trees from the undeveloped Mountains at his Home, planning to plant a circle around the Island's Coastline to achieve the effect of windbreak and sand fixation.

Anyway, these trees left on the Mountain at his Home would only turn into timber in the future, so it was better to use them to benefit the Island.

The trees used for windbreak and sand fixation were species carefully selected by Bai Feng. They not only had to be tall but also had to withstand the ravages of the sea wind. The basic requirements were an extensive root system, soft branches that wouldn't break easily, similar to willow trees, and the ability to adapt to a humid environment.

Fortunately, Biyi City was also a coastal city, and this type of tree was relatively easy to find on the Mountain.

After listening to Bai Feng's explanation, the Pokémon on the Island began to work enthusiastically.

There were many Diglett and Dugtrio on the Island, so the task of digging holes was given to them. They were experts at this; even the efficiency of digging holes by Bai Feng's Trevenant was not as good as theirs.

Diglett and Dugtrio dug the holes, Passimian were responsible for moving the tall trees into the pits, and other Pokémon were responsible for filling in the soil. Water-type Pokémon were responsible for watering.

Finally, Meganium used Grassy Terrain to accelerate the growth of the newly planted trees.

Meganium had now completely adapted to the ability inherited from the elderly Meganium, and coupled with the Green Orb it absorbed, gifted by Celebi and the Sacred Tree, its ability was further strengthened.

After using Grassy Terrain, Meganium only needed to gently blow a breath towards the newly planted trees, and immediately, a dark green Breath of Life surged out from its mouth.

Bathed in the Breath of Life, the newly planted trees began to madly sprout branches and leaves. The Underground root system also began to madly root deep into The Earth, firmly grasping The Earth with its developed root hairs.

Now, no matter how big the wind and rain, they wouldn't be able to pull them out of the Ground!

The Pokémon on the Island, seeing such a powerful Meganium, actually called it a Deity.

If it wasn't a Deity, how could it make trees grow from a single thought?

Meganium really liked being called that by the Pokémon on the Island, so it worked even harder.

Bai Feng, along with the Pokémon on the Island, spent a whole week planting a circle of large trees along the entire Coastline of the Island.

Because of these lush trees, the entire Island had completely changed its appearance, finally no longer looking so barren.

The Passimian loved the large trees the most. They liked to jump around on the newly planted trees and play catch and throw games in the tree clusters.

The imprisoned Mandibuzz had witnessed the changes on the Island during this time. They were all shocked by Bai Feng's power and were also very curious about who Bai Feng was!

With the windbreak and sand fixation trees planted, Bai Feng began arranging for the Pokémon to formally start planting fruit trees.

These fruit trees were originally cultivated by Bai Feng to be planted on the undeveloped Mountains, but now they could only be used for emergency. Anyway, there was no rush to plant trees on the Mountain, they could take their time later.

This busy work lasted for a month.

During this month, Bai Feng traveled between the Island and Fangxing Mountain every day. In addition to helping the Pokémon on the Island plant fruit trees, he also had to guide them on how to manage and protect the fruit trees.

After a month, the entire Island had completely transformed. Along the edge, a circle of Windbreak Forest grew, capable of blocking sea storms, and inside were Orchard after Orchard. Some fruit trees had even begun to flower and bear fruit under Meganium's acceleration.

This Island was no longer the barren Plot of Land where the Pokémon couldn't even eat their fill in the past! Looking at the continuous Orchards, the Pokémon's hearts were filled with a sense of accomplishment.

These were all planted by them little by little!

The Pokémon wandered around the Orchards every day, looking as if they couldn't get enough of looking. Sometimes they would stand under the trees, staring blankly or giggling foolishly.

The young Pokémon would often couldn't help but drool at the unripe fruit, but at this time, the older Pokémon would scold them, firmly forbidding them from picking the unripe fruit.

Because they had experienced hunger, everyone cherished food and fruit trees very much.

Equally shocked were the Mandibuzz imprisoned by the Pokémon on the Island. They had witnessed the changes on this Island firsthand.

In their eyes, Meganium, who could make the Island so bountiful, was truly no different from a Deity, so every time they saw Meganium, they felt awe from the bottom of their hearts.

After the trees on the Island were all planted, Bai Feng began to deal with the Mandibuzz. They had been imprisoned for over a month. Although they hadn't starved or frozen, they did look a bit disheveled.

"Do you want to talk with us?" Bai Feng walked up to the Mandibuzz and asked.

"Talk about what?" The Mandibuzz Leader asked, confused, while also feeling very worried. Were they going to execute us?

"Do you want the Island where you live to become like this too?" Bai Feng asked.

"You are willing to help us?" The Mandibuzz Leader asked, surprised. They had repeatedly come to harass and attempted to seize Arboliva. In its opinion, since Bai Feng was a friend of the Pokémon on this Island, he should be hostile towards it!

But listening to his current meaning seemed to be... The Mandibuzz Leader was a little hesitant to believe.

"Of course." Bai Feng nodded. "But I have one request."

"What request?" The Mandibuzz Leader asked excitedly. If the Island where they lived could also become like this, let alone one request, it would agree to ten.

"I hope you will live in peace with the Pokémon on this Island from now on," Bai Feng said.

Just this?

The Mandibuzz Leader and the other Mandibuzz were all stunned. They had thought Bai Feng would make some excessive request, but they didn't expect it to be just this.

"Just this request?" The Mandibuzz Leader asked in disbelief.

"That's right, just this one request." Bai Feng nodded.

"We agree! We agree!" The Mandibuzz Leader said excitedly. Seeing this, the other Mandibuzz also quickly spoke up to guarantee.

It must be said, the sound of the Mandibuzz's calls was truly unpleasant to hear.

"Since that's the case, I'll let you go back first. I'll prepare and visit your Island in a couple of days." Bai Feng said, while untying the vines binding the Mandibuzz.

"Okay, okay!"

The Mandibuzz nodded excitedly.

After the vines were untied, the Mandibuzz regained freedom. Bai Feng said, "Go!"

"Gagaga~~~"

The Mandibuzz nodded, then flapped their wings and flew into the air, disappearing in the blink of an eye.

Chapter 317: Oak's Laboratory is Smoking

After several days of preparation, Bai Feng rode Pidgeot towards the Island where the Mandibuzz lived.

Bai Feng had never known there were other Islands near the one he used to live on. After all, he was young then and couldn't fly, so he couldn't see anything beyond the Island and naturally couldn't pay attention to the outside world.

Since he didn't know the way, he needed Pidgeot to lead.

After flying over the Ocean for about half an hour, the Island where the Mandibuzz lived appeared in Bai Feng's sight.

Only after landing on the Island did he discover that although the Area of the Island where the Mandibuzz lived was larger than the one where the Pidgeot lived, it looked much more barren.

There was a pile of Rubble on the edge of the Island. Bai Feng and Pidgeot landed here and noticed many Pokémon gathered on the Rocky Beach, each holding a Stone in their arms and licking it repeatedly.

They would lick it, then frown, which greatly amused Bai Feng.

The arrival of Bai Feng and Pidgeot surprised the Pokémon on the Rocky Beach. They dropped the Stones in their hands and scattered, flying away.

To Bai Feng's surprise, after those Stones rolled around on the Ground, they started bouncing around and burrowed into the Rock crevices, letting out unintelligible screams.

The Stones came to life!!!

Bai Feng looked closely and realized they weren't Stones at all; they were all Nacli.

Nacli, the Rock Salt Pokémon, Rock type, a Pokémon that can produce precious Rock Salt.

Then Bai Feng suddenly felt the Ground shake beneath his feet. The Rock he was standing on actually moved. Seeing this, Pidgeot quickly grabbed Bai Feng and carried him into the Sky.

Bai Feng looked down and saw that the Rock he had just been standing on had completely stood up. No, that wasn't a Rock; it was Nacli's Final Evolution Stage, Garganacl.

After this series of events, Bai Feng finally realized that this area wasn't a Rocky Beach at all, but a gathering place for a group of Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl.

"Roar!!!"

Garganacl looked like a Giant made of stacked Stones. It thought Bai Feng was an invader, so it roared in anger.

At its Growl, the other Garganacl and Naclstack that were lying on the Ground stood up one after another, looking ready to attack Bai Feng and Pidgeot.

Just then, the Mandibuzz Leader flew over with a group of its Tribe, resolving the misunderstanding in time. Only then did the Garganacl and Naclstack lie back down on the Ground and quiet down.

Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl were very important Pokémon on this Island, equivalent to the Arboliva on Pidgeot's Island.

Whenever the Pokémon on the Island were hungry because they had no Food, they would come to this Rocky Beach, hold Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl, and lick them repeatedly to get Salt to fill their stomachs.

After hearing the Mandibuzz Leader's explanation, Bai Feng and Pidgeot fell silent. No wonder the Mandibuzz went to steal Arboliva's Oil. Although the Rock Salt produced by Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl did have a satiating Effect, excessive intake of Rock Salt would not only make the Pokémon uncomfortable but also be very bad for their Bodies.

The reason the Pokémon frowned after licking Nacli just now was because they had ingested too much Salt and were salty.

Bai Feng thought for a moment and decided to treat the Pokémon on the Island to a Feast first. Anyway, he had more Fruit at Home than he could eat.

When Bai Feng told the Mandibuzz Leader about this decision, the Mandibuzz Leader's gaze towards Bai Feng was incredibly bright, as if it were looking at its most admired hero.

This person must be a Deity sent by the heavens to save us!

((〃〃))

Immediately, the Mandibuzz Leader had a fellow Tribe Member take Bai Feng to their living place, while it took the other Tribe Members to gather the other Pokémon on the Island for the Feast.

Led by a Mandibuzz, Bai Feng and Pidgeot arrived at the place where the Mandibuzz lived. It was a steep Cliff with many huge Nests on it, which were the Mandibuzz's Homes.

Bai Feng also noticed that on top of the Cliff, the Mandibuzz were pushing the Vullaby towards the edge of the Cliff. The Vullaby were screaming in fright one by one.

After the Mandibuzz's explanation, Bai Feng learned that the Mandibuzz were Training the Vullaby's courage.

In fact, Vullaby do not possess the Ability to fly. Their Wings are too small to carry their heavy Bodies into the air.

But the mother Mandibuzz felt that courage needed to be Trained from a young age. Their living Environment was so harsh that it would be difficult to survive without enough courage.

Food was scarce on the Island, and the Mandibuzz often needed to go out to sea. Encountering storms was commonplace. If they were too timid, they might go out to sea and never return.

Survival is not easy! Bai Feng sighed.

Soon, the Mandibuzz Leader returned with a string of Pokémon. More Pokémon lived on this Island than on Pidgeot's Island (hereafter, the Mandibuzz Island will be referred to as the Large Island, and the Pidgeot Island as the Small Island), and when they gathered, there was a dense crowd.

Three large Pokémon Tribes lived on this Island: the Mandibuzz Tribe, the Nacli Tribe that Bai Feng encountered when he first arrived on the Large Island, and the Grapploct Tribe.

In addition, there were also scattered populations of other Pokémon living here, such as Rattata, Rattata, Squawkabilly, Wattrel, Kilowattrel, Bidoof, Bibarel, and the like. Although these Pokémon types were mixed, their total number was no less than the number of Members in the other three Tribes.

Under the expectant gaze of the Pokémon, Bai Feng activated the Summoning Ring. Countless Berries gushed out from within, and soon they were piled so high on the Ground that there was no place to step.

The Pokémon immediately let out cheers like a mountain roaring and a tsunami crashing.

After the Pokémon had eaten and drunk their fill, Bai Feng informed them that he needed their help to Plant Fruit Trees on the Island.

The Pokémon cheered again after hearing this, their faces full of Expectation.

They had no Method whatsoever to imagine the future Bai Feng described where they would no longer have to worry about Food. They could only hold infinite Expectation.

The Pokémon were highly enthusiastic and Requested to start working immediately, so a new round of Afforestation Event began.

Two months passed in the blink of an eye. By this time, the Large Island had undergone earth-shattering changes. Lush Forests were everywhere, Flowers bloomed in the Island's Orchards, bees and butterflies danced, and young Pokémon played and frolicked among them, presenting a scene like a Paradise.

From time to time, Mandibuzz flew through the Sky. When passing by the Orchards, they would always glance down involuntarily. If any little one dared to foolishly damage a Fruit Tree, they would immediately fly down and give them a good scolding.

What was Bai Feng doing at this moment? He was busy at the Rubble pile with Lopunny and Hatterene. They each held a small Jar and a small spatula, rubbing against Garganacl's Body. Immediately, pure white Salt grains rustled down into the Jars.

Since the Fruit Trees on the Island had grown and the Pokémon no longer had to go hungry, very few Pokémon came to lick the Rock Salt off Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl. This couldn't help but make the Nacli and others feel a bit lonely.

But while other Pokémon didn't need it, Bai Feng did! The Rock Salt produced by Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl was very precious. Supermarkets outside were often out of stock. Once, Bai Feng went to the Supermarket several times in a row to ask but couldn't buy any, so he could only settle for ordinary table Salt.

It was truly laughable that he wasn't short on Money, yet he couldn't even buy some Salt when he wanted to!

Of course, if he pulled some strings, Bai Feng could definitely buy some Rock Salt. But ultimately, he was only buying Rock Salt as Seasoning. Going through connections just to buy some Seasoning was making a mountain out of a molehill.

A group of Nacli, Naclstack, and Garganacl lived here on the Large Island. His Home would never lack Rock Salt again!

Bai Feng didn't just collect Rock Salt from the Large Island; he had just returned from the Small Island and obtained several barrels of Oil produced by Arboliva from there.

The situation on the Small Island was the same as on the Large Island. Since the Pokémon no longer lacked Food, everyone's Demand for Arboliva Oil had also decreased.

Coupled with being bathed in Bai Feng's Golden Finger Energy, the Arboliva's Oil production had greatly increased, so now the Arboliva always had a lot of excess Oil they couldn't use up.

So Bai Feng left many Oil barrels on the Small Island, asking the Arboliva to store the excess Oil they produced in the barrels so he could take them directly when he visited.

The Oil produced by Arboliva, like the Rock Salt produced by Garganacl, was a rare Seasoning that was in short Supply on the Market.

Bai Feng, Lopunny, and Hatterene were diligently scraping the Rock Salt, and the Garganacl let out grumbling groans.

The Rock Salt on Garganacl's Body was meant to be regularly cleaned. Otherwise, with daily accumulation, the Rock Salt on them would become a burden, and excessive buildup could even make them unable to move.

Just then, the passing Grapploct noticed Bai Feng and his companions, so they quickly came over to help Bai Feng collect Rock Salt. They had four strong and powerful arms, making them much more efficient at the task than Bai Feng.

With the help of the Grapploct, Bai Feng quickly collected dozens of Jars of Rock Salt.

"Alright, alright, that's enough!"

Bai Feng said to the Grapploct, while putting the Jars filled with Rock Salt into his Space Backpack.

"Grapploct, Nacli, Naclstack, Garganacl, I'm heading back now. See you another day!"

Saying this, he waved goodbye and opened the Summoning Ring, stepping inside.

After returning Home, Bai Feng put a few Jars of Rock Salt and a barrel of Arboliva Oil in the Kitchen. Then he opened the Summoning Ring again, and when he reappeared, he was already at Uncle Luobu's Ranch.

Uncle Luobu and Aunt Balice were already used to Bai Feng suddenly appearing at their Home.

"Bai Feng, you're here again?" Aunt Balice was carrying a barrel of Goat Milk into the Home. Seeing Bai Feng, she asked doubtfully. The word "again" was used very expressively.

"Bringing you some local specialties!"

Bai Feng said with a smile, while taking Things out of his Space Backpack. Before long, several large Jars of Rock Salt and a barrel of golden-colored cooking Oil appeared on Balice's Table.

"Local specialties? Aren't your Home's local specialties Berries and Honey?"

Bai Feng often sent these two Things to Aunt Balice's Home.

"These aren't local specialties from my Home this time," Bai Feng said with a smile.

After Balice put down the Goat Milk, she walked over and stared at the pure white, crystalline Salt grains in the Jar, asking, "This... couldn't be... Rock Salt produced by Nacli, could it?"

"No..." Bai Feng shook his head.

"I knew it wasn't," Aunt Balice said with a smile. "If it were, the Supermarket would have been emptied by you!"

Then she heard Bai Feng say, "This is Rock Salt produced by Garganacl."

Aunt Balice widened her eyes in disbelief. "Did you really go and rob a Supermarket?"

Bai Feng was speechless. "Would I do such a Thing?"

"Then you couldn't have robbed a Salt farm, could you?" Aunt Balice said again.

"Can't you think better of me? These were obtained through legitimate Sources, so feel free to use them. And this Oil is also produced by Arboliva," Bai Feng said helplessly. "I still have Things to do, so I'll be going now. I won't delay your work!"

After saying that, he stepped into the Summoning Ring again and disappeared.

"This child!" Seeing this, Aunt Balice shook her head helplessly. Then she looked at the Rock Salt on the Table. "Well, now I won't need to buy Salt for a whole year!"

Bai Feng left Aunt Balice's Home after going to Ash Ketchum's Home.

As for Grandpa Fu's place, he didn't go there because Grandpa Fu hadn't been Cooking recently. Xiao Yu and Xiao Long (Aunt Balice's Dragon-Phoenix Twins) took turns delivering his three meals a day.

Upon arriving at Ash Ketchum's Home, Bai Feng was a bit puzzled. Although the door was open, there was no one inside.

Putting the Rock Salt and Oil in the Kitchen, Bai Feng called out a few times towards the second floor.

"Big Brother? Ash Ketchum? Sister-in-law? Are you Home?"

"Happy~ happy~"

Just then, Blissey heard the Commotion and came down from upstairs. It was very happy to see Bai Feng and happily bounced over to his side.

The Chansey Bai Feng gave to Delia had long since evolved into Blissey.

"Blissey, where are my Big Brother and Ash Ketchum?" Bai Feng asked.

His Big Brother was just an unemployed wanderer. Where else could he be if not at Home at this time?

"Happy~ happy~" They went to Professor Oak's place!

Blissey explained.

"At Professor Oak's place?" Bai Feng looked puzzled. "Is something wrong?"

"Happy~ happy~"

Blissey shook its head, indicating it didn't know.

"Then I'll go take a look!" Bai Feng said after thinking for a moment.

After saying that, he walked towards the outside.

He felt it would be impolite to use the Summoning Ring to go to Professor Oak's place. That would be too rude.

Aunt Balice's family was as close to him as his own family, and Ash Ketchum's Home was his own Big Brother's Home, so he could be more casual in these two places.

Although his Bond with Professor Oak was also good, it wasn't to the point where he could do whatever he wanted. Basic etiquette still needed to be observed.

Walking outside, Bai Feng used Psychic to fly towards Oak's Laboratory. Blissey stood at the door, waving continuously.

Just as Bai Feng was about to reach Oak's Laboratory, he suddenly heard an Explosion, followed by seeing thick smoke rising from a corner of the Research Institute.

What happened?

Seeing this, Bai Feng quickly increased his Speed and flew towards the place where the smoke was rising.

Chapter 318: Mandibuzz Leader's Little Scheme

As soon as Bai Feng landed, he saw Red, Delia, and Ash Ketchum rushing out of the research institute, followed closely by Professor Oak screaming, with a roaring Pokémon right behind him.

Cranidos?

Isn't that a Fossil Pokémon? Has the fossil revival machine been developed?

That Cranidos was roaring, insistent on butting Professor Oak's backside.

Just then, a Gallade appeared in front of the Cranidos using Teleport, blocking its path with Leaf Blade.

This Gallade was Ash Ketchum's.

However, just as the Cranidos was stopped, another roar echoed from inside the research institute. Following it out was the Cranidos's evolution, Rampardos.

Rampardos was much fiercer than Cranidos. It charged out and immediately hit the Gallade with a Head Smash.

It seemed the culprit behind the commotion in the research institute just now was this Rampardos!

Bai Feng was about to step in and deal with the Rampardos when a Dragonite suddenly descended from the sky, hitting the Rampardos on the head with a Dragon Tail. The Rampardos's head instantly twisted, and it fell to the ground, unable to get up.

Professor Oak's Dragonite was still very strong.

At the same time, Ash Ketchum's Gallade also dealt with the Cranidos.

The Dragonite directly picked up the Cranidos and Rampardos, tucking them under its arms, and then flapped its wings and flew away, clearly intending to discipline these two unruly Pokémon.

Seeing this, Professor Oak, Red, and the others breathed a sigh of relief.

"Big Brother! Professor Oak! Sister-in-law! Ash Ketchum!"

Bai Feng called down.

Hearing the call, the four simultaneously looked up at the sky. Seeing that it was Bai Feng, smiles of varying degrees appeared on their faces. Professor Oak was the happiest among them.

Professor Oak had done a lot of research on Pokémon with Bai Feng, from Diancie, Mewtwo, and Zarude to the Summoning Golden Ring. He was particularly interested in the mysterious Summoning Golden Ring recently.

Bai Feng had already given the Summoning Golden Ring to Professor Oak to research, but unfortunately, there were limited findings from the research.

After Bai Feng landed, Red asked, "Why are you here?"

Bai Feng replied, "To bring you some things. I heard from Blissey that you were here at Professor Oak's, so I came to take a look."

Red nodded upon hearing this, not asking what Bai Feng had brought for them.

Bai Feng asked curiously about the Cranidos and Rampardos from earlier, "What were you guys doing? And those two Pokémon are?"

Professor Oak's spirits immediately lifted when Bai Feng asked this. He introduced them mysteriously, "You wouldn't know, would you? Those two are Pokémon that only existed in ancient times!"

Bai Feng played along and asked, pretending not to know, "Oh? Did the Professor discover a place like the Great Fossil Valley again and find those two Pokémon there?"

"Not just that!" Professor Oak shook his head and waved his hands mysteriously. "These are Pokémon I revived from fossils using the fossil revival machine! The smaller one is Cranidos, and the larger one is its evolution, Rampardos!" Saying this, he began to explain to Bai Feng about the two Pokémon.

"Revived from fossils? Wow~~~ That's amazing, it's my first time seeing that!" Bai Feng pretended to be very surprised.

Red: ...

Why did he feel his younger brother's reaction was a bit exaggerated? Was it just his imagination?

However, Professor Oak was very satisfied with Bai Feng's exaggerated reaction. He pulled Bai Feng and walked towards the research institute, saying he wanted to take Bai Feng to see the fossil revival machine.

Only after Professor Oak's explanation did Bai Feng learn that the Pokémon League had sealed off the research institute in Cinnabar Town back then and obtained the research data for fossil revival from it. Ultimately, the League's researchers successfully created the fossil revival machine based on that data.

Bai Feng knew that the Devon Corporation's research institute was also researching the fossil revival machine, but he didn't know if they had succeeded yet.

After entering the research institute, Bai Feng saw the fossil revival machine. This was specially equipped for Oak's Laboratory by the Pokémon League. As soon as it was delivered, Professor Oak couldn't wait to revive fossils and even invited Red, who had nothing to do, to observe.

Unexpectedly, the newly revived fossil Pokémon were quite fierce. As soon as they came out of the fossil revival machine, they began to go on a rampage, blasting a large hole in the roof of the research institute.

Professor Oak didn't care about the huge hole in the roof at all. Seeing that the fossil revival machine was fine, he breathed a huge sigh of relief, then pulled Bai Feng and began to introduce the fossil revival machine.

"Bai Feng, if you have any fossils, you can bring them over and I'll help you revive them, free of charge," Professor Oak said kindly.

"But I don't have any!" Bai Feng waved his hand.

"Not having any now doesn't mean you won't in the future!" Professor Oak said with a smile.

"We'll talk about it when I do!" Professor Oak's smile made Bai Feng feel uneasy.

"Bai Feng, look, I've been so good to you, shouldn't you show some appreciation?" Professor Oak rubbed his hands, his smile indescribable, as if Bai Feng was a large piece of fat meat.

"Professor, just tell me what you need!" Bai Feng instinctively took a step back.

"Lend me the Summoning Golden Ring for two more days of research!" Professor Oak looked at Bai Feng pitifully.

"Didn't you just finish researching it?" Bai Feng was helpless.

"I've got a new inspiration," Professor Oak grabbed Bai Feng's arm excitedly. "Just a few days will do."

"Alright, alright, I'll lend it to you one more time, but this is the last time!" Bai Feng reluctantly took off a Summoning Golden Ring and handed it to Professor Oak.

Professor Oak happily accepted the Golden Ring.

Afterward, Bai Feng chatted with Professor Oak about the fossil revival machine, then went home with Red and the others.

After returning home, Delia was very happy to learn that Bai Feng had brought some very rare seasoning and insisted on having Bai Feng stay for dinner. Bai Feng reluctantly agreed.

Professor Oak researched Bai Feng's Summoning Golden Ring for two days and indeed returned the Golden Ring on time. Seeing his mysterious demeanor, Bai Feng didn't know if he had actually researched anything significant.

One day, Bai Feng had nothing to do and decided to take the Pokémon at home for a vacation on Big Sea Island. It was a good idea to play on the beach there when the weather was calm and the sunlight was bright.

However, as he opened the Space Portal and stepped onto the island with Bai Ye and the others, he suddenly felt something was off.

Why was the island suddenly so noisy today?

"Caw caw caw~~~"

"Caw caw caw~~~"

"Caw caw caw~~~"

...

Calls rose and fell in the sky above the island. It was a very unpleasant sound, not the call of Mandibuzz, although Mandibuzz's call was also unpleasant.

And why did this sound sound a bit familiar?

Finally, after Bai Feng stared intently into the distance for a while, a few Bird Pokémon flew past overhead. They were indeed not Mandibuzz, but... Bombirdier?

Where did Bombirdier come from on the island?

When Bai Feng went to the Galar Region to bring Tyranitar home, he encountered a flock of Bombirdier led by a Hydreigon on the way back, which was why he found the sound of Bombirdier familiar.

While Bai Feng was thinking, a black dot appeared in the distance sky again.

Wait... Bai Feng rubbed his eyes. Why am I seeing a Hydreigon?

Could it be such a coincidence? Another flock of Bombirdier led by a Hydreigon? Or is this...

Just as Bai Feng was wondering, the Hydreigon also saw Bai Feng.

"Roar!!!"

It roared and flew close to Bai Feng in the blink of an eye.

"Human, it's you!!!" The Hydreigon exclaimed excitedly.

After several years, seeing Bai Feng again, the Hydreigon recognized him at a glance.

They really were old acquaintances (Pokémon)! Bai Feng couldn't help but sigh. He didn't expect to meet the Hydreigon and the Bombirdier flock here. It truly was a small world.

As the Hydreigon's roar sounded, the Bombirdier also landed around Bai Feng.

Through chatting, Bai Feng learned that the Hydreigon had now settled on Big Sea Island with the Bombirdier. The Mandibuzz had taken in the Hydreigon and the Bombirdier flock.

There was plenty of food on the island now, which was why the Mandibuzz had made this decision.

Of course, the Mandibuzz didn't take in the Bombirdier flock and Hydreigon for no reason.

A few days ago, several Mandibuzz went out to sea to train their flying skill, but unexpectedly encountered danger.

Although there was no longer a food crisis on the island, and the Mandibuzz no longer needed to go out to sea to find food, they had not given up on improving their own strength at all. They understood the principle of being prepared even in times of peace.

What if one day an enemy saw their island had abundant food and wanted to occupy their island, and they couldn't defeat them? Wouldn't that be the end!

This was something they had experienced firsthand; wasn't that exactly what they had done to the small island?

So they still frequently went out to sea, not to find food, but to train their strength.

The weather at sea was unpredictable. The Mandibuzz went out when the weather was clearly sunny, but unexpectedly encountered a thunderstorm on their return, almost burying them in the storm. Fortunately, the Hydreigon appeared in time with the Bombirdier and saved them.

The Hydreigon had been wandering around with the Bombirdier flock. Since being taught a lesson by Bai Feng that time, it had been constantly reflecting on itself.

It used to be too lenient with the Bombirdier, allowing them to be lawless and enjoy bullying the weak.

At first, it didn't think anything of it, but after being taught a lesson by Bai Feng, it deeply realized that if it continued to indulge the Bombirdier in causing trouble, one day they would provoke an enemy they couldn't afford to offend.

Not everyone would be as merciful as Bai Feng, merely teaching them a lesson and letting them go. What if they provoked someone who wouldn't let things go in the future?

From then on, the Hydreigon began to restrain the Bombirdier's behavior. Not only did it forbid them from doing evil and bullying the weak, but it also ordered them to help weak Pokémon they encountered during their travels.

Having been lawless for so long, suddenly being asked to do good deeds, the Bombirdier were initially very unaccustomed. But they couldn't refuse the Hydreigon's command, so they had to bite the bullet and go through with it.

Once the Hydreigon made a determination, it was determined to carry it out resolutely. So it was very strict with the Bombirdier. If it found any Bombirdier doing evil, it would severely punish them.

Just like that, as time passed, the Bombirdier gradually got rid of their bad habits.

By helping many Pokémon and receiving their gratitude, the Bombirdier gained a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, and gradually began to enjoy the feeling of helping others (Pokémon).

Upon learning that the Hydreigon and the Bombirdier flock had saved their own kind, the Mandibuzz Leader proactively proposed letting the Hydreigon settle here.

The Mandibuzz Leader did this naturally out of gratitude towards the Bombirdier and Hydreigon, but there was actually a deeper reason: procreation.

The Mandibuzz tribe is only female. To have children, they must engage in partnership with male Pokémon from other tribes.

When members of their tribe became pregnant, they used to typically target Pokémon like Wingull, Pelipper, Wattrel, and Kilowattrel at sea while they were out.

In the past, for the sake of livelihood, the Mandibuzz Leader didn't have time to think about this kind of problem. But now that their lives had stabilized, they naturally had to consider it carefully.

For the tribe to become strong, relying solely on the Pokémon wandering at sea was not enough; they needed fixed mates.

After seeing the Bombirdier flock, it immediately had an idea. The Bombirdier flock had plenty of young and handsome lads.

Both being Dark type and Flying type Pokémon, the Mandibuzz were quite satisfied with the appearance of the Bombirdier, at least much more satisfied than with Pelipper, Kilowattrel, and the like.

It just so happened that the Hydreigon and the Bombirdier flock had also had enough of their wandering life, so after seeing how abundant the resource on the island was, they accepted the Mandibuzz Leader's invitation.

The Mandibuzz Leader was particularly scheming. It deliberately sent its own kind to help the Bombirdier build nests, and then guided the Bombirdier to build their nests on the adjacent cliff, so they could have the advantage of proximity.

Of course, the Mandibuzz Leader would not tell the Bombirdier and Hydreigon about its little scheme, nor would it tell Bai Feng. So Bai Feng at this moment simply thought the Mandibuzz had invited the Bombirdier and Hydreigon out of gratitude.

Bai Feng was very happy for the Hydreigon and the Bombirdier.

"Since you'll be settling here from now on, get along well with the Pokémon here."

"Caw caw caw~~~"

The Bombirdier responded happily, then flapped their wings and flew into the air.

After seeing off the Bombirdier and Hydreigon, Bai Feng began to call the Pokémon to find a suitable beach to play on.

Bai Feng brought many Pokémon on this vacation. Besides his own ace, Bai Ye, Lopunny, Hatterene, Alcremie, and the Meowstic siblings, almost all the Employees at Home came, including Senior Ninetales, Volcarona, Polteageist, Tinkaton, the Pangoro brothers and sister, Xiong Da and Xiong Er, Liepard, Leavanny, Maushold...

After searching around, Bai Feng and the others found a golden beach. The sea breeze here was gentle, and the sunlight was bright, making it a good place for relaxation.

Pokémon who liked water cheered and ran towards the ocean. Pokémon who didn't like water either lay under the sunshade like Bai Feng, enjoying the sea breeze, or rolled around in the sand.

Bai Feng lay under the sunshade, with Hatterene sitting beside him, preparing him a glass of iced drink. Bai Feng took the drink and took a sip, feeling utterly satisfied.

Because the sea breeze was so comfortable, Bai Feng dozed off on the chair in a daze. Suddenly, a startled cry jolted him awake. He sat up abruptly and asked:

"What's wrong? What's wrong?"

Chapter 319: Coral Ornament

"Gengar~ Gengar~ Gengar~"

Gengar flew in from the sea, pointing into the distance and squawking at Bai Feng.

"Let's go, take me to see!"

Saying this, Bai Feng followed behind Gengar and ran towards the Seaside. When he reached the Seaside, he used Psychic to fly towards the Ocean.

From afar, Bai Feng saw Primarina, Lapras, Vaporeon, and several other Water-type Pokémon darting back and forth in the water, as if attacking something.

Before Bai Feng could get close to Primarina and the others, he suddenly saw countless transparent tendrils suddenly break through the Water surface and sweep towards Primarina and the others.

Primarina, Lapras, and Vaporeon were relatively fine and could struggle against the transparent tendrils, but several non-Water-type Pokémon that were riding on Lapras's back were in trouble. Under the attack of the transparent tendrils, they all fell into the water.

Strangely, as soon as they touched the transparent tendrils, they instantly became stiff and unable to move, and were then dragged into the water by the tendrils.

Seeing this scene, Bai Feng increased his flying speed and quickly flew above the transparent tendrils. The transparent tendrils also swept towards Bai Feng.

To be honest, if these transparent tendrils weren't attacking humans and Pokémon, they would actually be very beautiful. They shimmered with white specks of light, sparkling under the sun's illumination.

Bai Feng reached out, and a vine instantly appeared in his hand. It was a weapon he condensed using Golden Finger energy. He swung the vine fiercely at the transparent tendrils. Miraculously, the vine passed directly through the transparent tendrils without causing them any damage whatsoever.

*Splash splash~~~*

The transparent tendrils broke through the Water surface again and swept towards Bai Feng. Bai Feng quickly used Teleport to dodge. At the same time, he flicked the Summoning Golden Ring on his wrist. With a flash of radiance from the Summoning Golden Ring, all the Pokémon that had fallen into the water dropped out of the ring.

Seeing this, Bai Feng threw out another ring. The ring continuously grew larger, allowing the Pokémon that came out of the previous Golden Ring to fall into it. When they emerged from the Golden Ring again, they had been successfully teleported to the shore.

With the fallen Pokémon rescued, Primarina and Lapras were finally free from their concerns.

"Oooooh~~~"

Primarina let out a long cry. The Seawater began to vibrate violently under the influence of the sound wave. Then Bai Feng saw the transparent tendrils that were extending suddenly stop.

Lapras was not to be outdone. It opened its mouth and spat out a sheet of Ice Beam. The Water surface instantly froze into ice, and the transparent tendrils were finally unable to move.

It was only then that Bai Feng finally had the opportunity to carefully observe these transparent tendrils. These transparent tendrils were not physical entities, but were formed by Ghost-type energy filled with Life Aura.

Discovering this, Bai Feng finally had a theory about the origin of these transparent tendrils.

They should belong to Cursola!

Cursola is the evolution of Galarian Corsola, a Ghost-type Pokémon. It is said that Pokémon that touch its spirit body become unable to move, which is why Cleffa and the others fell into the water uncontrollably just now.

Galarian Corsola is said to have formed after Corsola from ancient times died. When they absorb enough Life Energy, the spirit body inside the body will emerge and evolve into Cursola.

Just as Bai Feng was about to reach out and touch Cursola's tendrils, he suddenly noticed a crack appearing in the ice freezing the Water surface. He subconsciously used Teleport to move away from the Water surface.

Sure enough, as soon as he left, the ice shattered with a crash. Immediately after, the transparent tendrils extending from the Water surface quickly retracted, returning to the Ocean in the blink of an eye.

*Whoosh whoosh whoosh~~~*

Before Bai Feng could react, he saw black energy balls break through the water and shoot towards Bai Feng. At the same time, black spikes rushed out of the Water surface, stabbing towards Primarina and Lapras.

The attack on Bai Feng was Shadow Ball, while the attack on Primarina and Lapras was Abyss Thrust.

It seems there is more than one Cursola at the bottom of the sea!

Abyss Thrust is a relatively special move. If Lapras and Primarina are hit, they won't be able to use Sound-based moves for a short period.

"Ooh~"

Primarina raised its head, its eyes flashing with bright radiance. A full moon then appeared behind it, and silver moonlight poured down, transforming into a light pillar that swept across.

In an instant, the spikes stabbing towards Primarina and Lapras vanished like bubbles under the sweep of Moonblast.

Bai Feng controlled the Summoning Golden Ring to block in front of him. All the Shadow Balls attacking him were absorbed into it. The next second, a Golden Ring also appeared directly above the Water surface, and the Shadow Balls surged out from it, blasting into the Ocean and causing the Seawater to churn endlessly.

Before long, several Cursola were seen floating on the Water surface. They had swirly eyes, clearly having lost their combat capability after being hit by their own Shadow Balls.

These Cursola's attack power is quite strong.

One, two, three, four, five! There are a total of five Cursola.

Just right, the Home still lacks a few ornaments. You'll do!

Thinking this, Bai Feng took out five Poké Balls and threw them at the Cursola.

With flashes of red light, the five Cursola were caught in the Poké Balls. Seeing this, Lapras quickly swam over and carried the Poké Balls one by one to Bai Feng.

Putting away the Poké Balls, Bai Feng landed on Lapras's back, patted its neck, and said, "Alright, let's go back!"

"Ooh~"

Lapras let out a cheerful cry and quickly swam towards the shore. Primarina and the others followed closely behind.

After returning to the shore, Bai Feng took out the Poké Balls containing the Cursola and released them one by one. At this time, the Cursola's spirit bodies had all retracted into their Bases.

The Base of Cursola is what remains after they evolve from Corsola, and it is their daily dwelling place.

Gengar, Mismagius, Chandelure, and Polteageist, who are also Ghost type, curiously gathered around the five Bases. They had never seen a Pokémon like Cursola before. Gengar couldn't help but poke each Base with its chubby little hand.

Bai Feng beckoned to Meganium and said, "Meganium, could you please heal them?"

"Meganium~ Meganium~"

Meganium nodded, squeezed past Gengar and the others, came to the Cursola Bases, and began to use Jungle Terrain.

Bathed in the rich Life Aura, the Cursola quickly began to wake up. White spirit bodies slowly floated out from the Bases, and their transparent tendrils unfurled.

Honestly, they really do look like coral ornaments!

Having just taken a beating, the Cursola were a little scared when they saw Bai Feng. They kept swaying their spirit bodies, wanting to get away from him.

Bai Feng said exasperatedly, "What? What? Do you think I'm going to eat you?"

The Cursola thought to themselves: You never know!

Corsola also have natural predators, such as Toxapex.

Of course, Toxapex generally only feeds on the branches of Normal Corsola. If they dared to attack Galarian Corsola, they would probably have their life force sucked dry by Galarian Corsola's branches.

The transparent tendrils that Galarian Corsola grow are not physical entities, and under normal circumstances, Toxapex cannot touch them.

Since Normal Corsola have natural predators, it's possible they do too! The Cursola couldn't help but think.

At this moment, Primarina, who was comforting the Cleffa, also glared at the Cursola. They were having a good time playing in the Ocean, and these Cursola actually secretly absorbed their life force.

If not for that, how would they have gotten into a conflict?

Look how scared the Cleffa are, they still tremble when they look at the Cursola now.

The Cursola felt very wronged. They were used to secretly absorbing a little life force from passing Pokémon each time, and they wouldn't go too far or harm the Pokémon's health.

It's like humans donating blood, taking a little bit of blood is fine.

Who knew Primarina would be so sensitive and discover them right away!

Primarina possesses Fairy Aura and is extremely sensitive to Life Aura. It's no wonder that even though the Cursola were hiding in their Bases and concealed in the Rock Crevice, they were still sensed by Primarina.

Bai Feng looked at the Cursola in confusion and asked, "Strange, I haven't seen you around here?"

When they were planting trees around the Island, they had explored the area around the Island thoroughly. If there were Cursola living nearby, it would be impossible for them not to have found them.

Furthermore, Cursola evolve from Galarian Corsola. As the name suggests, that type of Corsola generally only exists in the Galar Region.

Although Bai Feng wasn't entirely sure of the exact location of Big Sea Island and Small Sea Island, it was definitely not in Galar.

Because they were afraid of being beaten, the Cursola didn't dare not answer Bai Feng's question, so they honestly told Bai Feng the reason they came here.

They originally did live in the Galar Region, living with many of their Tribe. But one day, a storm suddenly blew up there, and their entire Tribe was scattered by the storm.

When the storm stopped, they had landed in an unknown Sea Area.

Because they didn't know the way, the Cursola drifted and drifted along with the Seawater, not knowing how long they drifted, and finally arrived near Big Sea Island, which was only a few days ago.

Because they discovered that many Pokémon lived on the nearby island, the Cursola decided to rest nearby for a few days. After replenishing their HP, they would continue drifting along with the Seawater.

Their way of replenishing HP was naturally to secretly absorb life force from other Pokémon. They had always done this.

In the Sea Area where they used to live, there were many Water-type Pokémon. They often secretly stole the life force of other Pokémon to strengthen themselves.

The Cursola never absorbed too much life force from a single Pokémon, because once they did that, the Pokémon's health would be affected, and then they would stay away from the Sea Area where the Cursola lived out of fear. So they had always followed a path of sustainable development.

After listening to the Cursola's story, Bai Feng warned them, "From now on, if you follow me, you can't absorb the life force of other Pokémon as you please!"

When the Cursola heard this, they frowned. We didn't want to follow you! And if we don't absorb the life force of other Pokémon, what will we eat?!

However, they were afraid of Bai Feng, so they didn't dare to refute him and could only nod obediently.

Seeing the Cursola being so obedient, Bai Feng nodded in satisfaction. He then took out a can of Pokéblock and distributed it to them.

"You'll eat this from now on!"

The Pokéblock that Ghost-type Pokémon eat is different from the Pokéblock that Normal Pokémon eat; it needs to be special. Bai Feng's Home has several Ghost-type Pokémon, so he naturally doesn't lack this special Pokéblock.

The Cursola had never eaten Pokéblock before and didn't even know what it was, but since Bai Feng told them to eat it, they didn't dare to disobey, so they each lowered their heads and ate one.

The moment the Pokéblock entered their mouths, their eyes lit up. Not only was it delicious, but after eating it, they felt full of power, which was much more satisfying than secretly absorbing the Life Energy of other Pokémon every day.

Seeing that the Cursola liked it, Bai Feng smiled and asked them, "Want more?"

The Cursola nodded quickly.

So Bai Feng poured out some more for them.

After the Cursola finished eating, Bai Feng asked, "How about it? Want to come to my Home and be coral ornaments? You'll have Pokéblock to eat every day!"

The Cursola nodded without hesitation.

Having successfully caught the Cursola, Bai Feng and the others continued to play leisurely by the Seaside until evening when everyone started packing to go Home.

Back at Home, Lopunny and Hatterene happily held the Cursola's Bases, decorating the Home with them as ornaments.

Two on the windowsill, two in the Corridor, and one on the table.

As Lopunny and Hatterene placed the Cursola, their spirit bodies slowly floated out from the Bases. Their pure white and transparent tendrils shimmered with scattered white light, which was very beautiful.

The Cursola are originally Pokémon that don't like to move, so they were very willing to be ornaments, as long as they could eat their fill every day!

With several Cursola arriving at Home, Polteageist was the happiest. It is also considered an ornament in the Home. When it has nothing to do, it likes to disguise itself as an antique teapot, sometimes placed in the Living Room, sometimes placed in the Kitchen... Now it finally has companions, and they are also Ghost-type Pokémon like it.

The next day, Bai Feng received a phone call. After hanging up, he rode Dragonair to the Blue Bird Orphanage.

The person who called him was a doctor, the same doctor who treated Xiao Limo back then.

Over the years, Bai Feng had kept in touch with this doctor, regularly reporting on the development of Xiao Limo's voice, and had taken Limo for several follow-up visits.

Originally, the doctor said that Xiao Limo could only have surgery around the age of ten, but over the years, as the doctor observed Limo's development, the surgery date was pushed back again and again because Xiao Limo's voice development had not been very good. Now Xiao Limo is twelve years old, and the time for surgery has finally arrived.

When Bai Feng arrived at the Blue Bird Orphanage, Limo was tutoring Xiao Huang with his assignment. Xiao Huang is nine years old this year and has already started school, but his grades are very poor, which is the complete opposite of Limo, who has excellent grades.

Xiao Huang is not stupid, but his cleverness is not used for studying, which gives his brothers and sisters at Home a headache.

(End of Chapter)

Chapter 320: Appearance! Urshifu!

Seeing Bai Feng enter, Xiao Huang immediately dropped the homework in his hand and happily ran up to Bai Feng, saying, "Brother Bai Feng, you're here!"

Bai Feng helplessly tapped his forehead. "Not concentrating on your studies again?"

Xiao Huang covered his head and said with a mournful face, "I'm already studying very hard!"

"Since you're studying hard, how were your grades on the last exam? They must have been quite good, right?" Bai Feng asked, looking at him with a half-smile.

Hearing this, Xiao Huang was instantly speechless.

Seeing this, Bai Feng tapped his head again, feeling exasperated. "There's no harm in learning more knowledge. Look at your brothers and sisters at Home, which one is like you? Even someone as slow as your Brother Yangtai had much better grades than you back then!"

Yangtai: I didn't provoke anyone!

"I know, I'll study hard!" Xiao Huang promised, lowering his head.

After lecturing Xiao Huang, Bai Feng walked over to Limo's side. She was watching Bai Feng lecture Xiao Huang with a smiling face.

"Limo, Doctor Tony called me. He told me you can have the surgery now!" Bai Feng said to Limo.

Limo's face lit up with surprise upon hearing this. She asked using sign language: Really? After the surgery, I can speak?

Bai Feng smiled and nodded: Absolutely no problem!

Limo then asked: When are we going for the surgery?

"The day after tomorrow, we'll leave the day after tomorrow!" Bai Feng replied.

Xiao Huang also heard (and saw) the conversation between Bai Feng and Limo. He jumped up and down happily, "That's great! That's great, Sister Limo will be able to speak!"

Limo was the one who spent the most time raising Xiao Huang since he was little. He was closer to Limo than a biological sibling, so he was happier than anyone else to learn that Limo would soon be able to speak.

Soon, Director Meili and the others also returned. When they learned that Limo could finally have the surgery, they were equally overjoyed.

At noon, Director Meili specially prepared a sumptuous lunch and asked Bai Feng to stay and eat together. Everyone celebrated heartily, and Bai Feng certainly wouldn't refuse.

After some preparation, another day passed, and Bai Feng set off with Limo.

Doctor Tony, who was treating Limo, was not in the Kalos Region but in Hau'oli City in the Alola Region.

The Alola Region is composed of four large Islands (Melemele Island, Akala Island, Ula'ula Island, and Poni Island) and countless small Islands. The climate is warm, and resources are abundant, making it a very fertile place.

Hau'oli City is a coastal city located on Melemele Island and is also the largest and most prosperous city in the Alola Region.

This time, only Bai Feng accompanied Limo to Hau'oli City for her treatment. Director Meili and the others originally wanted to come along, but Bai Feng persuaded them not to. They were usually busy, and if they went, it would inevitably cause delays.

Having just him accompany her was enough; there was no need for so many people to go.

Besides, once he arrived in Hau'oli City, if anyone wanted to visit Limo, he could just use the Summoning Ring to teleport them over. There was no need for everyone to follow.

Because Bai Feng had never been to Hau'oli City, he still needed to go there in person for the first time and couldn't teleport using the Summoning Ring.

Doctor Tony originally didn't work in the Alola Region but in the Kanto region. He had only recently been transferred to a Hospital in Alola.

In the past, when Bai Feng took Limo to see a doctor, he always went to the Kanto region to find Doctor Tony.

Traveling by aircraft for several days, Bai Feng and Limo successfully arrived in Hau'oli City. As soon as they arrived, he immediately teleported the aircraft back Home, saving him the trouble of figuring out where to park it.

Although she had seen Bai Feng use the Summoning Ring many times, Xiao Limo still found its teleportation function incredibly magical.

Bai Feng didn't delay and immediately took Limo to the Hospital to see Doctor Tony.

Doctor Tony conducted a series of examinations on Limo. After confirming that the surgery could be performed, he arranged for Xiao Limo to be admitted to the Hospital that same day to prepare for the surgery the next day.

To take care of Limo during her hospitalization, Bai Feng specially teleported Hatterene from Home to stay at the Hospital and accompany Limo.

On the day of the surgery, Director Meili and the children from Home all came. They watched with Bai Feng as Xiao Limo entered the operating room and then waited anxiously outside.

Even Yihui and Xiao You, who were traveling abroad, came to the Alola Region with Bai Feng's help.

Yihui is now sixteen years old and has grown into a thoroughly handsome young man. He became a Pokémon Trainer and started traveling when he was ten, which has been over six years ago.

In these six years, Yihui didn't raise many Pokémon, only six in total. As he put it, his situation was different from other Pokémon Trainers; the quantity of Pokémon wasn't as important as the quality.

His six Pokémon were his starter Pokémon Golduck and the Pokémon he subsequently caught during his journey: Braviary, Aegislash, Sylveon, Haxorus, and Arcanine.

It took him several years to collect these six Pokémon. Also, because the number of Pokémon he had was always less than six, he participated in almost no large official competitions during the first four years of his travel.

This was because most large events required participants to have six Pokémon.

Initially, he didn't participate in competitions because he didn't meet the requirements. Later, after he had six Pokémon and his strength stabilized, he felt there was no longer a need to participate in those competitions. So, he simply signed up for the Pokémon League's secret assessment. After passing the assessment, he became a Pokémon League Search Officer.

Since he had just become a formal Search Officer, Yihui was usually very busy, spending most of his time outside performing tasks, so he was rarely Home.

And there's Xiao You. He is one year younger than Yihui. His dream since childhood was to become a powerful Pokémon Trainer, so as soon as he turned ten, he also embarked on the path of traveling, just like Yihui.

With Bai Feng's help, Xiao You got his first Pokémon, Clauncher.

Originally, Bai Feng thought that Xiao You would be like Ash Ketchum in the original work, working hard on training, actively catching Pokémon, and participating in various competitions to become a Pokémon Master.

However, half a year after starting his travel, Xiao You returned Home and announced to everyone that he wanted to become a Pokémon Doctor.

It turned out that during his travel, he encountered a Forest fire. Countless Pokémon were injured in the fire, and because there weren't enough Pokémon Doctors at the time, many Pokémon couldn't receive timely medical treatment.

The scene at that time deeply moved Xiao You. At that moment, he made the determination to become a Pokémon Doctor.

So, Bai Feng used his connections to send Xiao You to a specialized Pokémon Doctor School. After four years of study, Xiao You finally graduated from the School with the most outstanding grades. Now, he is traveling around with his Teacher, contributing his efforts to rescue Pokémon.

"Brother Bai Feng, Xiao Limo will be alright, right?" Xiao You asked Bai Feng, looking at the operating room door with a worried expression.

Bai Feng patted his shoulder and said, "Don't worry, Doctor Tony said this isn't a difficult surgery. There won't be any problems."

Xiao You nodded, but his eyes remained fixed on the operating room door.

"Sister Caicaizi..."

Xiao Huang was even more worried than Xiao You. He anxiously grabbed Caicaizi's hand.

Eighteen-year-old Caicaizi had completely grown into a mature older Sister. She gently patted Xiao Huang's head to comfort him. "Don't worry, she'll be fine. Sister Limo will be out soon."

Everyone sat by the operating room door, waiting and waiting. Several hours later, the surgery ended, and the doctor walked out of the operating room, looking exhausted. Seeing this, everyone immediately surrounded him.

"Doctor, how is our Limo?" Director Meili grabbed Doctor Tony's hand, asking excitedly.

"The surgery was very successful!" Doctor Tony said with a smile.

Hearing this, everyone breathed a sigh of relief, and then they all started thanking the doctor profusely.

Soon, Limo was moved to a standard ward. When everyone went to visit her, she was awake, with a sweet smile on her face.

Because she had just had surgery, her voice couldn't make a sound yet, so she still communicated with everyone using sign language.

Because of Limo, all the Members of the family could understand sign language.

Afraid of disturbing Limo's rest, everyone didn't stay long. They took turns accompanying her for a while, and then Bai Feng saw them off as they left the Hospital.

Hatterene stayed at the Hospital the entire time to look after Limo, taking very good care of her.

This morning, Bai Feng came to the Hospital to visit Limo and saw her leaning against the bed headboard, holding a tablet computer. He smiled and asked, "What are you watching so early in the morning?"

Limo shook her head.

Bai Feng looked at the tablet computer in her hand and saw that it was playing a video of a Pokémon Triathlon competition.

"Limo likes this?"

Limo smiled and nodded.

Bai Feng thought for a moment and asked, "Limo, have you thought about what you want to do in the future?"

Hearing this, Xiao Limo was stunned.

The children at Home all had their own paths to follow. Dongyu, Yangtai, and Caicaizi were working for Bai Feng, earning a lot without being tired.

Xiao You and Yihui had become a Pokémon Doctor and a Pokémon League Search Officer, respectively, which could be said to have a bright future ahead of them. Only Limo and Xiao Huang had not yet decided what path they wanted to take in the future.

Xiao Huang was less than ten years old and could take his time considering, but Xiao Limo was already twelve. She hadn't gone back to School after graduating from Primary School and had been staying Home to help Director Meili.

But Bai Feng felt that it would be better for Limo to find something she liked to do. She couldn't possibly inherit the Blue Bird Orphanage from Director Meili in the future, could she?

To be honest, the Blue Bird Orphanage was already in a semi-abolished state. By the time Xiao Huang and Limo were a bit older, this Orphanage would probably be shut down. Haven't they noticed that no new children have been added here for several years?

There were already Orphanages with better conditions in the Urban Area. If it weren't for Bai Feng's special identity, the Blue Bird Orphanage would have ceased to exist long ago.

Limo gently shook her head, her face full of confusion.

Bai Feng looked at the tablet in her hand, thought for a moment, and asked, "Since you like the Pokémon Triathlon, how about becoming a Performer?"

Xiao Limo's eyes lit up upon hearing this, and then she asked uncertainly using sign language: Can I?

Because she couldn't speak, Xiao Limo actually felt a little inferior. Otherwise, with her excellent grades and the family not lacking money now, how could she not continue going to School?

"Of course!" Bai Feng said affirmatively. "Why not? Our Limo is both beautiful and generous, a very excellent girl. As long as you're willing to work hard, there's nothing you can't achieve!"

Hearing Bai Feng's words, Xiao Limo's face showed a radiant smile she had never shown before. She looked at the computer screen in her hand. In the video, a girl was freely expressing art and passion on stage with her Pokémon.

She thought, could she also be like this someday?

"If you like it, give it a try!" Bai Feng encouraged her. "The Pokémon Triathlon is an event unique to our Kalos. It's held regularly every month, and you can sign up to participate anytime!"

With Bai Feng's encouragement, Limo nodded firmly: Yes, I'll listen to Brother Bai Feng. I'll work hard!

"Good, that's the spirit!" Bai Feng rubbed Limo's little head with satisfaction.

Then Limo asked using sign language: But I don't have a Pokémon.

Bai Feng said, "Isn't that simple? Leave it to Brother Bai Feng!"

After chatting with Limo for a while, Bai Feng instructed Hatterene to take good care of her and then left the Hospital.

Walking out of the Hospital, Bai Feng was planning to find a hidden corner to use the Summoning Ring to return Home.

Suddenly, he thought, since he was going to prepare a starter Pokémon for Limo, why not look for one in Hau'oli City first?

The Alola Region has an excellent environment, and Pokémon resources are richer than in other places. Maybe he could find a suitable Pokémon here.

Thinking this, Bai Feng came to the streets of Hau'oli City, planning to see if there were any Pokémon Day Cares.

After some inquiries, he successfully found a Pokémon Day Care, but to his disappointment, this Pokémon Day Care was of normal scale, and there were few high-quality Pokémon. He searched around but couldn't find a suitable one.

Limo has a gentle nature, and Bai Feng wanted to find a Pokémon with a similarly gentle nature for her.

There was more than one Pokémon Day Care in Hau'oli City, so Bai Feng decided to look elsewhere.

Another Pokémon Day Care was a bit far, so Bai Feng had to cross half of the Urban Area. However, while passing by a Forest, his peripheral vision suddenly caught sight of a shadow.

Hmm??? Did I just see an Urshifu?

Why would there be an Urshifu here? Am I seeing things?

Regardless of whether it was an Urshifu or not, Bai Feng decided to go take a look. What if it was?

His Xiong Da and Xiong Er at Home hadn't evolved yet. If he could encounter an Urshifu, wouldn't that mean there was hope for evolution?

Walking into the Forest, Bai Feng spread out his psychic power, searching constantly, and walked deeper into the Forest step by step.

This Forest wasn't large and was quickly scanned by Bai Feng's psychic power, but he found nothing.

However, the Forest was connected to the Wilds. Walking further out of the Forest would take him out of the Urban Area of Hau'oli City.

After thinking for a moment, Bai Feng decided to continue looking further out. Opportunity knocks but once!

Finally, after walking an unknown distance, Bai Feng's sense truly detected Urshifu, and there were two of them.

But to his surprise, the two Urshifu were accompanied by a man and a woman!
