Chapter 30 - Chapter 30 – Divine Fruits and Heaven-Born Children

The gentle clatter of utensils died down as the family concluded their meal. The evening air in Mahishmati carried a divine stillness, almost as if time paused in reverence. The family, filled with warmth and contentment, walked to the Puja Grah, the sacred sanctum adorned with incense, golden lamps, and fragrant flowers. A divine anticipation hung in the air as Rudra Pratap, the Pralayavatar himself, stood at the center with closed eyes, about to manifest fruits of divine blessing.

As Rudra raised his hand to summon fruits to bestow upon the family, a sudden, curious thought stirred within him.

"If ordinary fruits can be imbued with divine energy... then why not create fruits akin to those legendary Devil Fruits from One Piece – fruits that transform destiny itself?"

He stopped. A silence fell. His sharp eyes opened slowly.

"What kind of child do you wish for?" he asked, his voice deep, calm, yet resonating with a power that shook the soul.

Mama and Maami exchanged a look before speaking with folded hands, "We wish for a child who will grow strong—blessed by none other than Surya Dev himself. May he shine bright like the Sun, protecting dharma with his strength."

Kaka and Kaaki stepped forward next. "Our hearts yearn for a child who shall etch his name into the future annals of Bharatvarsh. A figure of reverence, a name sung in generations to come."

Rudra closed his eyes once more. His breath deepened. His yogic energy surged in every direction, warping the very air with divine frequency. Three of his Creation-type boons activated simultaneously—an act no sage, no god, would ever dare lightly.

His arms glowed like stars. In his right palm, materialized a blue pineapple-shaped fruit, with spiral ridges and mysterious etchings. The moment it appeared, a deafening crack thundered through the sky. The very atmosphere around the fruit shattered and warped, as if space itself bowed to the presence of this divine object.

Everyone gasped, awe-struck.

Rudra smiled slightly. "This is the Tremor Tremor Fruit—the very power that once shattered oceans and continents. The might of Whitebeard, now reborn by my will."

Before the family could fully recover from this spectacle, Rudra's left palm ignited with solar radiance. Flames of golden-yellow hue spiraled around a bana-shaped fruit, its surface glowing with miniature suns, each radiating warmth and overwhelming strength. The air became lighter, as if graced by the dawn.

"This is a fruit of my own creation," Rudra declared. "Mythical Zoan: Four-Armed Sun Ape Form. A creature of divine origin, blessed by Surya Dev himself. It is born from your wish."

Tears welled in Maami's eyes. Kaka and Kaaki stood speechless. Rudra extended his hands and placed the fruits gently before them. "The children conceived from these fruits shall not follow the usual laws. They will be born in nine hours, not nine months. Prepare."

As the family rushed to arrange for midwives and herbal preparations, a small voice broke the reverent silence.

"Bhaiya…" Ishita, Rudra's younger sister, looked up, her brows furrowed in a mix of longing and envy. "Can I also have a divine fruit…? You're giving everyone these amazing blessings... I want to be strong too."

Bela scolded gently. "Ishita, these fruits are for childbirth. You're not even married. Don't be foolish."

But Rudra's eyes were already gleaming with a new idea. He looked at his sister—not as a child—but as a warrior soul waiting to be born again. Despite her cheerful demeanor, he knew the inner shadow she battled—the self-mockery, the quiet pain of not having talent.

He raised his hand once again. The temperature in the room dropped drastically. Frost formed on the floor, spreading out in intricate patterns. From his palm, emerged a grey bana fruit, veined with black icy swirls. Cold mist poured from it, chilling the bones.

"This... is yours, Ishita," he said softly. "The Human-Human Fruit: Frost Empress Form. It shall reshape your very being."

Ishita's eyes widened. She took the fruit with trembling hands and swallowed it whole. The moment it touched her tongue, her body shivered and then… quieted.

She sat down cross-legged. Meditation overtook her. A phantom figure rose behind her—an ethereal image of herself grown older, clad in blue-white divine armor, wielding a celestial bow, her eyes fierce, aiming at the heavens.

A warrior queen was being born.

Hours passed.

The midwives, after decades of mundane birthing, were now shivering in awe. Divine forces churned through the room. At the end of the fifth hour, Ishita stirred from meditation, the bow-shaped aura behind her vanishing. She smiled wide, holding a little chunk of ice and making it dance in her palm.

"Look, Bhaiya! I can do magic now!" she laughed, hopping in joy. Her eyes glittered with newfound confidence.

Just as her laughter rang through the air, Maami's cries echoed from within the chamber. Moments later, so did Kaaki's.

The births began.

First, Maami emerged, holding a golden-haired infant, his skin glowing faintly, and most shockingly, the child had four arms. Everyone gasped.

"He's... different," Mama whispered. "Is this a blessing or a curse?"

Rudra stepped forward, eyes shining. "It is a boon. He is the embodiment of Surya's will, the Four-Armed Sun Ape. I name him Dhumketu—for his fists shall strike like comets, and nothing but physical force may ever harm him."

Then came Kaaki's twins. Two boys, bigger than normal, holding each other's hands tightly even as they cried. Their souls intertwined.

"They are one soul in two bodies," Rudra said. "They will never be apart. I name them Varun and Arun. And I grant them the boon that they shall only fall when both are fatally struck at the same time. Otherwise, they cannot be slain—not by man, not by god."

Kaaki and Kaka fell to their knees in stunned gratitude. "We do not deserve this..."

"You do," Rudra said, gently lifting the three newborns in his broad arms. The cries stopped. The children cooed and giggled, tugging at his clothes, as if recognizing the soul who gave them life.

"You are born of my divine fruits," Rudra said warmly, "and are now bound to me. You make this world brighter."

Divine light engulfed the children. Their bodies shimmered with radiant energy, and everyone present could feel it: these were not ordinary mortals. These were heaven-born, their destinies already echoing across time.

And far above, in the silent heavens, the stars shifted slightly in reverence.
