The next day.
When Iris Harris opened her eyes, her mind was still a bit confused.
The unfamiliar room made her unable for a moment to tell whether she was still dreaming or had already woken up.
Supporting her weary body, Iris sat up from the bed and gently rubbed her temples. A knock came from outside the door, "Miss Harris, are you awake?"
"Mm." Iris responded softly.
"Then I'll come in and open the door."
A sweet-smiling young maid entered, holding a set of dress attire. She smiled warmly at Iris and said, "This is specially chosen for Miss Harris by our young master. He instructed me to bring it in once you woke up."
Iris expressed her thanks, noting the fabric of the dress felt light, soft, and comfortable.
Thinking of William Moore, Iris asked, "Where is Xavier Gambon now?"
"The young master is having breakfast in the dining room."
"Mm."
Iris nodded, lifted the quilt, and got out of bed.
