Axel's friends looked at him with reverent expressions, as if a supreme being had descended into the mortal world. Axel was sitting in his personal room within the walls of the colosseum; perhaps his own brother was looking at him with more reverence than anyone. While the librarian's eyes looked hollow, this time, it seems the old man has truly lost his soul.
Emma gulped down as she said, "Are you even a human?"
Jason jabbed at her, "Maybe you should ease your gaze a little. You look like you're about to eat the guy alive."
Emma blushed and glared at Jason, but the latter ignored her angry gaze, Wang interjected looking at Akon, "Let me guess, more of your female friends said how handsome your brother is?"
Akon asked, bewildered, "Eh? Brother Wang how did you know?"
But everyone glared at him, which prompted him to cough slightly. Ezekiel intoned in a dry voice, "And how much should we expect to be surprised today?"
