This technique helps her detect living beings' chakra signatures and chakra properties from kilometers away.
Not only that, she also clearly sensed that something was wrong with Seimei, whom Tobirama was carrying.
She didn't waste time on meaningless talk, stood up, pointed at one of the free beds, and told Tobirama, "Bring him to this bed."
