"What do you mean by that? Got a problem with my face?" Inosuke removed his hand from his forehead, coldly questioning Zenitsu.
Inosuke's forehead was bleeding profusely from Tanjiro's headbutt, the blood trickling down his face, creating a gruesome sight.
Zenitsu replied with disdain, "It's disgusting. A muscular body with a woman's face."
"Then why were you staring at my face?" Inosuke, noticing the disdain in Zenitsu's tone but the unwavering gaze on his face, became displeased.
"I wasn't!" Zenitsu immediately denied, quickly averting his gaze.
Zenitsu's surprise was understandable. Even Ryuji had to admit Inosuke's face was beautiful; his skin was fair and smooth, and with his long hair, there wasn't a single masculine feature.
Looking only at his face, ignoring his muscular physique and rough voice, Inosuke's appearance was undeniably attractive to men.
Zenitsu, who had a fondness for girls, naturally focused on Inosuke's face.
"I don't have any problems with your face. It's small, fair, and smooth. I think it's pretty," Tanjiro unexpectedly complimented Inosuke's appearance.
"Believe it or not, I'll kill you! Enough nonsense! Bring it on! This time, I'll defeat you!" Inosuke, clearly displeased by Tanjiro's compliment, still insisted on a duel.
"I won't fight again," Tanjiro replied.
"Try another headbutt. My head is definitely harder than yours!" Inosuke challenged.
"No."
"Do it again! Quickly!"
"Please calm down! You're injured!"
"Hey, Forehead, since we're at it, I'll tell you my name! Remember it! My name is Inosuke Hashibira!"
"And how do you write your name?"
"Write it?!" Inosuke was stumped. "I can't write. My name is written on my loincloth…"
Inosuke's voice trailed off; he seemed to petrify, standing motionless.
"What's wrong with him?" Zenitsu wondered.
"Hey, what's wrong? Are you okay?" Tanjiro asked Inosuke.
Inosuke ignored him, rolling his eyes back and collapsing backward, foaming at the mouth.
Zenitsu shrieked upon seeing Inosuke foaming at the mouth on the ground, "He's down! Is he dead?"
Ryuji approached Inosuke and briefly checked his condition. Feeling Inosuke's steady pulse, he told everyone, "He's fine. His breathing is stable."
"He probably got a concussion from my headbutt! I used my full strength," Tanjiro speculated, quite confident in the hardness of his own head.
