"So what are the ingredients needed miss Ashley?". The head cook asked.
"We need a Gallows of milk, white vinegar and salt". Ashley said.
"Is that all?". The head cook asked.
"Yup". She said. "Cheese has only three ingredients but the process in making it is quite long".
"I see". A cook said.
They brought the ingredients and they began to make the cheese. They Heat the milk to 195 degrees F (90 degrees C) stirring constantly to prevent scorching on the bottom. They remove from Heat and stir in vinegar and they let it to stand for 10mins.
"So what else my mistress?". Blaze asked.
"Do you guys have a mesh strainer?". She asked hopefully.
"No we don't miss Ashley but what is a mesh strainer anyway?". They asked.
"I see". Ashley sighed.
"Is the mesh strainer actually important in making the cheese". Blaze looked at her.
"Well yeah but we can do it through another way then". Ashley said. "Get me a large bowl, a piece of fabric that is the exact size of the bowl and make sure is clean".
"Right". They went to get it.
