Chapter 2 - Unique Class: Glorious Evolver

Classes are divided into several grades: Basic, Advanced, Special, Epic, Legendary, and Unique—each with its own rarity and power.

Basic Classes are the most common and widespread. Those who belong to this grade have barely access to mana, meaning they cannot perform almost any form of magic. These are your everyday warriors, archers, drivers, and others who rely purely on skill, strength, and physical prowess.

Advanced Classes are much rarer—roughly 1 in 10 individuals awaken to one. These classes grant the user access to magic and include roles such as mages, druids, and healers. They are capable of wielding elemental forces, summoning creatures, or mending wounds with mana.

Special Classes are exceptionally rare—only about 1 in 1,000 people ever obtain one. While these classes also involve magic, they are highly focused, granting immense proficiency in a single specialty while severely limiting all others. Take the Poison Master, for example. This class enhances all learning related to poison by tenfold but makes acquiring any unrelated knowledge nearly impossible. If a Poison Master tries to learn a basic fireball spell, they might memorize the process one moment and forget it the next, as if the knowledge slips away like smoke.

Epic Classes are awakened by only 1 in 1,000,000 individuals, making them astoundingly rare. They share the focused nature of Special Classes but are a tier above in both power and potential. Not only do they grant highly specialized abilities, but the strength of those abilities is significantly greater—and the user's overall growth rate, including physical and magical stats, is vastly accelerated.

For instance, consider the Shadow Reaper. This Epic Class grants unmatched control over shadows, allowing the user to melt into darkness, travel between shadows, and strike with deadly precision.

Legendary Classes are awakened by only 1 in a billion people. They are humanity's final trump card—beings so powerful they stand between survival and annihilation. Each awakened becomes a living legend, wielding abilities that shape the course of history.

Take the Susanoo Class, for example. Its user commands the storm, summoning a colossal, armored avatar of thunder and blade. With every swing, it can tear through armies, level fortresses, and silence magic itself.

When a Legendary appears, the world takes notice. Wars pause. Alliances form. And everyone, friend or foe, holds their breath.

Unique Classes are the ultimate anomaly—singular, chaotic, and utterly unrepeatable. Only one of each Unique Class can exist across all time, and only one person may ever wield it.

They defy the normal rules of growth. Unlike other classes, they gain no attribute points from leveling. Instead, their power increases based on strange, often brutal conditions set by the class itself. Some may grow stronger by breaking oaths, others by surviving death, or stealing fate from others.

These classes are unpredictable, dangerous, and impossible to prepare for.

Only 11 humans throughout the history declared they have unique class.

The Strongest one is High Sorae, High Sorae wields the Unique Class: The Judge, a divine authority bound by absolute judgment. He does not grow stronger through traditional leveling. Instead, his power increases only when he passes judgment on a soul. If his verdict aligns with the soul's true nature—whether mercy or execution—he is rewarded with attribute points. But if he judges wrongly, the class punishes him by removing attribute points at random. The consequences are severe, and irreversible. With every decision, Sorae walks a razor's edge between divine ascension and catastrophic loss.

The soul that will be judged must have agreed wholeheartedly before the judgment starts, or else any ruling will be voided.

High Sorae become the first emperor and killed the First Demon lord with his own fist.

Rov found himself lying amid the cold ashes of a dead dragon—no blood, no bones, nothing but gray dust. Suddenly, an interface appeared before him.

[Class Awakened: Glorious Evolver]

[Glorious Evolution: Collect 100 Evolution Fragments by defeating enemies. Combine them to evolve.]

Coughing, Rov sat up and looked around. "Where am I? Is this for real? Did I really awaken?"

He reached for his phone—but it was dead.

Annoyed, he muttered, "Ugh, hate using mana to charge this..." Concentrating, he summoned his mana—and felt it thicker than usual. Within seconds, the phone shot up to 100%.

Opening it, Rov stared at the screen.

[April 21, 2520]

"Wait, today's November 25, 2052," he said, baffled. No signal. No way to call out.

Frustrated, Rov turned back to the interface and summoned his status window for the first time.

Rov whistled at his stats, but his grin faded as he took in his surroundings.

Confused, he muttered, "Where are the boxes... the items?"

At first, he hadn't noticed—the place looked like the warehouse, but darker, dustier. Now, it felt wrong. Lifeless. Only the sound of distant, running water broke the silence. A chill ran down his spine. The last thing he remembered was standing inside the warehouse… now, he was somewhere else entirely.

Suddenly, a system prompt appeared.

[Skill Activated]

[GLORIOUS EVOLUTION!]

[Dragon's Might: Gain the True Earth Dragon's growth stats (30 per level)]

[Dragon's Breath: Deal 500% + mana-based INT magic damage per second (1% mana/sec)]

[Dragon's Scales: Reduce all damage by 50%]

Without hesitation, Rov tapped Dragon's Might.

Dragon stats were legendary—some of the highest in the world. As a level 1, he instantly gained +30 stat points, which he distributed evenly.

He couldn't help but smirk, a tear slipping down his cheek. All those years of envy, of feeling powerless—gone in an instant.

With his newfound speed and strength, Rov charged into the darkness—but he couldn't see a thing. Then—squish. He froze.

Something had just died under his foot.

[You have killed: Common Worm – Lv. 1]

[EXP +1 : 1/10]

[Glorious Evolver: 1/100]

He blinked, then broke into a grin.

He could level up now.

Before, as a classless nobody, he could kill a hundred beasts and gain nothing. But now, with the Glorious Evolver class awakened, every kill mattered. Every fight brought him closer to evolution.

Leveling System:To level up, you need Level × 10 EXP.

Defeat same-level enemies → 1 EXP each (10 kills = level up).

Enemies 1 level lower → 0.5 EXP each (20 kills needed).

2 levels lower → 0.25 EXP (40 kills!).

Higher-level foes? They give a bit more—Level × 1.1 EXP.
