In the restricted area, Jacob was training his four Pokémon. Dreepy was growing remarkably fast. With the help of the Dragon Secret realm and the Poison Bottle, its strength had broken through to the rare level in just a few days. Jacob was overjoyed at such rapid progress, and couldn't help but want to shout loudly: the Pot of Punishment is truly divine!

In addition to this good news, Charmander was on the verge of evolution. Jacob planned to find an opportunity to let Charmander engage in a hearty battle to stimulate its evolution.

Noibat's recent training had been quite effective, especially in extreme dodging, which was improving steadily. Its ultrasonic ability was also continuously developing.

Finally, Grovyle's training was progressing as well as ever. As the team's senior member, its strength still ranked first, and it trained the hardest. Recently, Jacob had begun assigning Grovyle a supervisory role. When Jacob wasn't around, Grovyle would oversee the training of the other Pokémon.

"It's eleven o'clock. Julia should be finishing class soon," Jacob noted, checking the time. There was still half an hour before the move learning class ended. He quickly recalled his Pokémon, returned to the dormitory, showered to wash off the sweat, changed into fresh clothes, and prepared to meet Raya.

After all, it was Raya who had invited him to dinner, and as one of the Four Heavenly Kings, basic etiquette was required.

After getting ready, Jacob checked the time—exactly 11:25. He hurried to the move learning classroom, arriving just as class was ending.

"Jacob!"

As soon as class was dismissed, Julia waved and ran toward him. Nina also spotted Jacob standing at the door. Her face darkened, and the look she gave him grew colder. She was filled with anger.

She felt genuinely disappointed in Jacob. She had thought he was hardworking, but after developing his own Z-Move and gaining nationwide fame, Jacob seemed to have completely let himself go—dating and skipping classes. If he continued this way, he would surely amount to nothing.

The worst part was that he didn't just skip class—he came to pick up his girlfriend afterward. This was simply too arrogant!

Seeing Julia running toward Jacob with a bright smile, Nina grew even more furious.

"Let's go. My mother has sent someone to pick us up," Julia said as she trotted to Jacob's side. Today, she wore light makeup, which added a touch of charm to her natural beauty.

Standing together, apart from the twenty-centimeter height difference between them, they made a perfect match.

It was undeniable that Julia had perfectly inherited Raya's beauty, though she was still somewhat immature—like a bud about to bloom—while Raya was a fully blossomed flower. Both were beautiful in their own ways, like plum, orchid, bamboo, and chrysanthemum, each with its own merits.

"Did your mother send bodyguards?" Jacob asked worriedly. He was particularly concerned for his safety these days.

"Of course she did. Don't worry. Since I'm inviting you to dinner, I can definitely guarantee your safety." Julia looked at Jacob's cautious expression and couldn't help laughing. "Doctor Jacob."

"Then let's go." Jacob's face was covered with dark lines when he heard the title "Dr. Jacob."

...

Julia's mansion was located in the wealthy villa district of the capital city, in its prime location. Each villa averaged about 1600-1700 square meters in area. The development was magnificent in scale and known as the epitome of China's top residential properties. It was surrounded by more than a hundred embassies and equipped with luxury clubs, breeding houses, Pokémon centers, large supermarkets, restaurants, Pokémon training grounds, gyms, and other world-class amenities. Nearby international schools and advanced Pokémon centers provided convenience for residents.

Although Jacob could barely be considered from a wealthy family, he was still far behind truly affluent people like Julia.

When Jacob walked into the house, he felt like a country visitor entering a grand palace. He couldn't help looking around in awe. Their decorations consisted of antiques and works of art, and their garden was essentially a complete Pokémon breeding facility.

When I have money in the future, I'll definitely learn from this and buy a house here directly.

Jacob spotted quite a few Pokémon, including rare Fairy-types such as Florges, Alolan Ninetales, Gardevoir, and Primarina.

Damn, is this the luxurious life of rich people?

Jacob gritted his teeth. Compared to Julia, he felt like a country bumpkin. This was just her residence in the capital, while her permanent home was in the Magic City.

Walking through the garden, Jacob entered the palace-like mansion, took the elevator to the restaurant on the third floor, and finally met the main character of the day—Raya.

"Jacob, Julia is back. You must be hungry. Let's eat first."

At home, Raya wore a red fitted dress that outlined her perfect figure. Although her daughter was already eighteen, the years had left no trace on Raya. If she claimed to be only twenty-five, Jacob would have believed it.

She was charming and exuded amazing grace in her every move. A faint fragrance surrounded her. From Jacob's height, at a glance, all he could see was a vision of beauty that made him, a young man with limited experience, blush.

Raya reminded Jacob of a classic literary description:

Her fair face contains graceful charm without revealing it, and her smile can be heard before her red lips open.

As pretty as a peach in spring, and as pure as a chrysanthemum in autumn.

Like a goddess or fairy.

This is inappropriate, Jacob thought, wanting to dispel the distracting thoughts in his mind. Why had his thoughts become more and more problematic recently? It must be the influence of his brother's social media account. He would abstain from it for seven days... no, three days... at least he wouldn't log into his brother's account today.

"Heavenly King Raya," Jacob said with a stiff face.

"Sit down, Jacob," Raya said with a bright, charming smile. "There's no 'Heavenly King' here. Just treat me as Julia's mother, and call me Aunt Raya."

"Okay, Aunt Raya..." Jacob said. "Aunt Raya, you're so beautiful. When you and Julia stood together, I thought you were sisters."

"Really?" Even though she knew it was Jacob's flattery, what woman doesn't enjoy compliments?

"Of course. How about I call you Sister Raya?" Jacob suggested.

"No!" Before Raya could respond, Julia was the first to object.

"Just call me Aunt Raya. You and Julia are classmates." Looking at her daughter's reaction, Raya smiled, her eyes studying her daughter thoughtfully, as if contemplating something.

"Jacob, eat," Julia urged hastily.

...

At the dinner table, Jacob channeled his nervousness into appetite and ate enthusiastically.

The refined dining of wealthy households was certainly different. Each dish came in small portions, barely enough for Jacob to satisfy his hunger with one bite. Fortunately, there were many dishes, so he could eat his fill.

During the meal, Raya had someone open a bottle of red wine, and they enjoyed a few drinks.

Having learned his lesson from drinking with Nina previously, and with two beautiful women beside him, Jacob showed restraint. He only sipped a little, not daring to drink too much for fear of embarrassing himself.

After a few glasses of wine, mother and daughter both had rosy cheeks, which enhanced their charm.

As dinner was concluding, Raya suddenly addressed Jacob: "Jacob, I watched the press conference yesterday and heard that you developed your own Z-Move. I was amazed. Someone as young as you has quietly become a leader in the scientific research community."

"Aunt Raya, you're giving me too much credit. I was just fortunate."
