So if possible then I could probably plant Danzo into the Akatsuki once the day turns dark.

Assisting Tsunade
After sending her first puppet to a mission, Usagi went in the direction where Tsunade and Minato had gone. She would have loved to get her hands on a tailed beast and analyse their Chakra, but doing that would attract a lot of attention. So with nothing major to gain she went there at a leisurely pace instead of going at full speed.
By the time she reached the place where the fight was going on, she found the entire place was devastated. Roshi has not yet transformed into full tailed beast mode. But he was in his four tails cloak. In the case of Naruto's four tails cloak, he had managed to make a rag doll out of Orochimaru in a couple of minutes. But compared to that Tsunade was beating up the four tails just fine. While she was no match for the four tails in terms of speed. She is definitely the superior one in terms of strength. And not by a short margin either. And for a monkey based tailed beast, it must be very humiliating. Combining the power of yin seal and taking advantage of Minato's teleportation, both of them were absolutely thrashing Roshi in his tailed beast cloak. In that state Roshi had less control over the temper of his tailed beast. That's why it was very difficult for him to use ninjutsu. And in terms of raw power and taijutsu, Tsunade and Minato's team was washing the floor with him.
"Damn it ! Why is this thing not going down ? We need to seal it as quickly as possible ! Otherwise it might even transform into a full fledged tailed beast !" Tsunade shouted in alarm.
Right at that moment, Minato threw five of his flying thunder God marked kunais in the direction of the semi-transformed tailed beast. Despite being injured and exhausted, with 4 of its tails, it managed to knock out four Kunais before they could even reach its Main body. But the fifth one, which had been thrown in a tricky angle, went past his guard.
"Rasengan !" And that's all it took for the semi transformed Roshi to receive a jutsu based on a tailed beast bomb straight in his gut.
*Boom*
Roshi's body went straight to the sky before it fell on the ground with a loud thud. This time he didn't get up. His breathing was getting heavier with each passing moment. On top of that his tailed beast cloak started to fizzle out, leaving burnt muscles on his body.
Both Minato and Tsunade sighed in relief after seeing Roshi's condition.
But Usagi, who was hiding in the nearby trees, widened her eyes in shock.
"Get away !" Without waiting in the side lines she immediately screamed and used body flicker jutsu to get in between Minato and Tsunade and immediately used her barrier to protect them.
Just a moment after that a massive Chakra burst surrounded the unconscious form of four tails. Minato might have been able to get away but he couldn't have been able to take Tsunade with him considering his current level of mastery over the flying thunder God.
"Rawr !"
"Shit ! I thought that he was down for good !" Tsunade exclaimed seeing Roshi transforming into the four tailed beast.
"Usagi chan, we will have to use summoning jutsu. You should leave in Shadow clone to maintain the barrier here and let me take you to a safe place. If we do not take him down quickly then our armies in the front will face severe trouble." Minato told Usagi calmly.
"No need for Minato senpai. Let me stay. I wanted to try out my new barrier anyway. Believe me I can protect myself." Usagi assured him.
But in the mean time she received a wonderful notification from the great Sage.

While the tank, the assassin and the healer trio were facing the tailed beast, Orochimaru led the other hidden leaf shinobi to attack the retreating Iwa shinobi. After the last major incident when Orochimaru sacrificed a lot of hidden leaf shinobi to protect the border, there was a tense atmosphere in between the shinobi of the hidden leaf. They didn't know why they we are taking the offensive earlier. Especially when they were clearly out numbered by enemy shinobi. But then after the entire camp of the hidden stone shinobi begin uninhabited after the release of the poisonous gas, they understood that they were taking the offensive because they have the chance to win. It boosted the morale of the shinobi of the hidden leaf. Combining with the presence of top Clans of the leaf like Akimichi clan, Yamanaka clan, Nara clan and Aburame clan the overall confidence of the leaf shinobi increased a lot.
Orochimaru divided the army into two parts. The first part was led by him while the second part was led by Shikaku Nara. Both of these teams will go around and attack the disheveled Iwa shinobi from both the sides. It was there only chance to push back Iwa from the land of the forest. And once it is done then even if Sakumo's mission somehow failed, the front line of the land of fire will be secured along with a strategic position for the hidden leaf in the land of forest.
When Hiruzen had assigned only 500 shinobi to Orochimaru, he had expected him to only create a small ruckus in the frontline to keep the attention of Iwa at the frontline, while the strike team of leaf would strike down the rear logistic place of the hidden stone. It was the simple but effective plan. But Orochimaru has taken it into a step further. And it has become possible only because of the presence of Usagi.
When Orochimaru from one side and Shikaku from the other side surrounded the newly escaped hidden stone army, they didn't have many options left. Kitsuchi could fight the leaf army in a disadvantageous position and lose even more of his men. Or he could retreat and regroup with the rest of the Iwa reserve army, which was still staying in the land of Earth. Unfortunately for him, Orochimaru never planned to give him the chance to go for the second option without taking major losses.
Orochimaru was the first one to find the remaining army of Iwa shinobi. With all the weaklings taken care of the only strong were standing. That means in the upcoming fight the civilian Chunins whom he was leading, will be more or less, useless. So without any hesitation he initiated his plan.
"Kitsuchi…. What a pleasant surprise ! Are you guys taking a night stroll ?" Orochimaru taunted Kitsuchi, provoking him.
"Orochimaru ! You bastard ! That poison barrier in our camp is you doing, isn't it ? You leaf scums !" Kitsuchi roared in anger. Even if they have escaped from the poisonous barrier they didn't have much energy left. Most of them were very tired from continuously displelling the effect of paralysis from their body by using Chakra circulation.
"Scums ? Aren't you guys the one who started this war and invaded the land of Fire ? Then how come we became the scums ?" Orochimaru chuckled to himself.
Usagi hadn't let him use the barrier which could have completely sealed off the Iwa shinobi inside the barrier. On top of that she also hadn't allowed him to seal any type of potent poisonous gas in her seal. Her reasoning being, it was two dangerous for the environment. And it will make the clean up a lot harder, when the leaf will claim the spoils from the Iwa camp. But Orochimaru had already guessed the true reason behind Usagi's reluctance. She simply didn't like taking lives. Orochimaru didn't judge her for that. He didn't call her weak either. She was strong enough to take the choice to spare her enemies. And he somewhat respected it even if he didn't care about the lives of Iwa shinobi. If Usagi would have a great to use the things that Orochimaru wanted to use, then perhaps they could have won the war in a single day while sitting in their camp. But at the end of the day, he couldn't do anything about it.
Without further conversation, Orochimaru went all out from the very beginning. He summoned 10 massive snakes simultaneously, ordering them to attack the fleeing Iwa shinobi. The he ordered the other leaf ninjas under his command to protect the snake and attack the army of the hidden stone.
Under the all out assault of Orochimaru's squad, Kitsuchi and the other jounins had to go in the opposite direction where they met Shikaku and his squad. So with nowhere to run the hidden stone lost almost half of the remaining shinobi before Kitsuchi and the others managed to retreat to the land of Earth. Orochimaru decided not to pursue the fleeing shinobi.
At the end it was the night when the hidden leaf gained his first victory against the hidden stone.
