"That is true, but the fathers of those women are not Edgar Collins. You have walked in here with a foolish offer which might cost your tongue. Tell me why I shouldn't keep you in here for you to please the men who want to try something new?" Victor asked.
"Penelope Collins is my cousin. My mother, Kate Kennedy, is the sister of the duchess," Warren revealed.
"Well," Victor leaned back. "That is interesting, but it doesn't guarantee Penelope Collins would fall into my hands and why only Penelope? Twins would sell quite well here."
"You mustn't get too greedy wanting so many of the duke's daughters," Warren replied.
Victor chuckled. "Is that so? I am curious why you would want to sell your cousin to a man like me. I would keep such a lady to myself, and surely you must be aware that she won't remain a lady under my care."
