Michael knew his mother would not listen to him no matter what he said. She would only stand on the words of her son. The one she treasured was not him, who had suffered for so long because of him.

"You seem not to know your son at all," Michael said, scoffing in mockery. "Mark is far from being innocent or kind. He... Is a demon."
"Shut up! How dare you say that about your older brother?" She yelled and raised her hand to slap his face, but Michael caught her hand.
"Mother, I'll be honest with you." He said. "If you want to live a long and healthy life, you need to throw that 'thing' you call your eldest son away. He will only repay your kindness with evil."
