Deep within the Crystal Pavilion of the Main Castle, His Majesty and Romero maneuvered through the labyrinthine corridors of a section as opulent and valuable as the Dragon Pavilion itself. The Main Castle was a vast fortress comprised of various wings and arms—each wing grand enough to rival a castle of its own, such as the famed Castle of Winds. It was structured into twelve affluent pavilions: the Dragon Pavilion for the King, the Phoenix Pavilion for the Queen, the Crystal Pavilion for the former monarch, and nine others allocated to high-ranking families, bishops, and key influencers of the vampire court. Vampires, having ruled Tharagorath for centuries, dominated over ninety percent of the Main Castle. The castle continued to expand, accommodating new royal families and officials as it evolved into a colossal realm—an entire city coveted by commoners and admired for its splendor. It housed the most powerful and influential supernaturals of the realm.
