Chapter 32 - Cheese

There were many things about her childhood she could never forget, even if she tried. Moments she never thought were buried so deep in the dark corners of her memory—or even imagined she had experienced. As she slept in the physical world, her spirit wandered in a partly lit place that resembled the inside of a cheese. It was funny to think her subconscious mind looked more like cheese—perhaps because she had been an addicted cheese lover since birth. She sat and waited in this endless void with no entrance or exit. It was alarmingly cold, but the longer she spent there, the more welcoming it felt.
