It's Tuesday today and attorney Frederick is has a case to defend.
She wasn't ready for the case but thank God for her assistant Claire who has briefed her on the case. She never new she'll be this broken because of her marital challenge, she's trying her possible best not to breakdown.
"Ma'am the prove are here" Claire said giving her the evidence she got regarding the case. Attorney Frederick sat back in her car and went through it, due to her high IQ and years of experience it was easy for to grab all the clues.
"It's time ma'am" Claire said and attorney Frederick came out of the car heading into the court room.
The business of the day took off and soon it was time for attorney Frederick to defend her client who happens to be a young adults who's 18yrs old.
"Ms Richard can you tell the honorable court your age and how you're related to Mr and Mrs Richard" attorney Frederick said
" I turned 18 last month and Richard is my dad while his mistress is my step mom" the young lady said
" According to the charges, do you plead guilty or innocent of the crime" attorney Frederick asked
"Am innocent of the crime and I don't leave with them" said Ms Richard
"You just said you don't leave with them, how long is that" asked attorney Frederick
"Since I was fifteen, I lived with grandma Helen" Ms Richard said pointing towards an elderly lady seated among the witnesses.
"Mr Richard come over here" attorney Frederick called out and when he did Mr Richard took the oath of saying the truth and nothing but the truth.
"Where you aware of the mistreatment given to your daughter and what did you do to stop it"
Mr Richard: I knew nothing about it, I was not always around due to my job, at first Sarah complained about Pamela of being rude towards her, of which I corrected, at fifteen she left and I was heart broken but Sarah made me believe Pamela is at fault" Mr Richard said.
Attorney Frederick:
" What measures did you use on Pamela?"
Mr Richard: i insisted she comes back but she refused_" he was saying but attorney Frederick interrupted her as she was getting feed up.
Attorney Frederick: Mr Richard, are you refuting the claims that you and Sarah didn't plot on selling her for a huge amount as dory" she stated to which stunned Mr Richard who felt he had everything wrapped around his fingers.
His lawyer saw this and objected attorney Frederick

Attorney Frederick: my Lord here are proves on how Mr Richard and his mistress Sarah plotted with some tugs to ruin Ms Pamela for the second time but was rescued by some strange man.
