" I want every detail on Trisha, from her last meeting with attorney Frederick" Mr chairman said over the phone and hung up. ' I'll personally deal with you Trisha' he said taking a last drag of his cigarette before crushing it on the floor.
Going back into the villa he got a call, seeing the ID he remembered his mom called in the afternoon telling him about his dad's birthday.
"On our way" he answered the caller and hung up.
Not wanting his wife to he has been smoking he went into the studys washroom to shower.
"Darling Madam Frederick called" vida told her husband
"Yeah, it's dad's birthday today"
"Ops, I didn't prepare a gift, I need to get him a special one as it's his golden jubilee" Vida said her reaction made her husband to chuckle.
"You care about others but you don't care about yourself_ you've not prepared your dress yet, come here" he said taking her hands into the walk-in closet.
"I don't actually have to prepare a dress when I have you" vida said
"I won't always be around for_" he was saying but Vida closed his mouth from speaking and he raised a questioning eyebrow.
"Don't say such things of you not gonna be available always_ my mom said that to me on my 10th birthday as I refused to get dressed if she doesn't help me. When she passed on few days later, I couldn't take those words off my mind" Vida said with a sad expression.
"Okay, I won't say such words. We'll always fight and conquer every of our battles together_ getting old by each other side" Victor told her as he kissed her forehead.
Upon arrival at the Fredericks family mansion, there wasn't any signs of birthday banquet. It's just as it used to be on a normal day.
Before they could open the door it bust open. "Where are my grand kids" madam Frederick inquired then rushed to the maids who held unto the babies
"Give them, give them_ oh my darlings are so cute" madam Frederick "It's cold out here lets go in" madam Frederick told the nannies walking past the couple who has been watching her every move.
Victor and Vida looked at each other, "Did we just get scammed by madam Frederick" Victor Frederick asked his wife but madam Frederick responded before Vida could.
" I heard you Victor Lin Frederick, if I hadn't done that when do you plan on bringing home my grandkids" madam Frederick said glaring at her son and daughter-in-law.
"Madam Frederick those are my kids, go cuddle yours" Victor Frederick refuted his mom in a stern voice which he knew would always provoke her.

"You shouldn't be speaking to mom like that" vida whispered to her husband
"Who's side is Mrs Frederick on?" Mr chairman asked not happy with his wife
"Mom is with the kids so I need to be on her side" Vida answered not directly saying she's siding with her madam Frederick.
"Attorney Frederick needs a brain resetting then" Mr chairman said taking his seat on a single arm chair.
