Chen Yun was driving a large, black Black Knight Guard SUV. The four headlights pierced the darkness, the twenty-two inch rims spun, and the black tires splashed water as they rolled over the wet ground.

"Tai'an has always been pretty stable. Aside from winter being quite cold, plunging to minus ten degrees, we've never had any major disasters. How come we're now getting typhoons?"
