Chapter 59: Xiao Tiance Accepts Disciples

Tianwaitian, Southeastern Void.

Xiao Tiance was thoroughly pleased with the power of the Nine Dragons Demon Suppressing Array. This formation marked a significant leap, solidifying his status as a peak powerhouse on the Dou Qi Continent.

After retracting the formation, his figure flickered, and he swiftly returned to the ninth floor of the Tiance Mansion.

Before he could rest, the direction of Bai Yujing reverberated with two crisp cries. Moments later, two celestial phoenixes soared into the sky, their auras comparable to that of Dou Shengs.

"Impressive! The Tianhuang Clan truly lives up to its name. With secret arts enhancing their growth, these beings emerge with the strength of early one star Dou Shengs. Absolutely remarkable!"

Xiao Tiance marveled at the scene. Some people spent their entire lives unable to reach the Dou Zun realm, yet these celestial phoenixes, mere fledglings, had effortlessly bypassed even the half saint bottleneck. Truly heaven's chosen beings.

These ancient celestial phoenixes were no ordinary creatures. They were of the royal bloodline, nurtured for thousands of years through the secret arts of Huang Jiuji. By the time they were ready to be born, they were far beyond ordinary.

A short while later, Xiao Qing and Huang Jiuji entered the hall, escorting two children, a boy and a girl, around five or six years old. Upon seeing Xiao Tiance, the two immediately bowed in unison.

"Greetings, Clan Master!"

Xiao Tiance waved his hand, his expression softening as his gaze fell upon the timid children. With a gentle tone, he asked, "Have they been named yet?"

"Not yet. They were born today, and we've come to ask the Clan Master to name them. These two will serve as the Xiao Clan's guardian beasts in the future." Huang Jiuji replied with a smile.

Hearing this, Xiao Tiance nodded and smiled warmly at the children. He beckoned them closer.

The two children hesitated, glancing nervously at Huang Jiuji, their eyes filled with reliance.

"Haha, no need to be afraid. This is Master Tiance, your benefactor. Without him, your births would have been difficult to achieve." Huang Jiuji explained with a chuckle.

The little girl's fear quickly faded, replaced by excitement and affection. She grabbed the boy's hand and led him to Xiao Tiance, raising her head adorably. "Master Tiance!"

Xiao Tiance chuckled. Before he could respond, the girl suddenly smacked the boy on the head.

"Call him Master Tiance!"

"M Master Tiance…" The boy stammered, sneaking a glance at the girl as if seeking her approval.

"Hahaha! How amusing. These two have such contrasting personalities!" Xiao Tiance laughed heartily. Placing a hand on each child's head, he gently patted them before addressing the girl. "You shall be named Huang Min."

"Thank you, Master Tiance! I have a name now Huang Min, Huang Min!" The girl beamed, her joy bubbling over as if she had received the greatest of honors.

Xiao Tiance ruffled her hair affectionately, then turned to the boy. "As for you, let's call you Huang Lingyun. What do you think?"

"Huang Lingyun? Thank you, Master Tiance." Though his tone was reserved, it was clear the boy was equally delighted to have a name.

"Huang Min, Huang Lingyun, thank the Clan Master. These will be your names from now on." Huang Jiuji smiled warmly, clearly pleased with the names.

After some thought, he added, "Clan Master, you've yet to take any disciples. Would these two be fortunate enough to become your first?"

Xiao Tiance raised an eyebrow in surprise, glancing at Huang Jiuji. "Don't you plan to teach them yourself? Surely, there's no one more suited to instruct them in the Tianhuang Clan's secret arts and talents."

Huang Jiuji laughed heartily. **"Of course, I'll personally guide them in our clan's arts. But your wisdom and perspective, Clan Master if they could learn even a fraction would be enough to ensure their success across the Dou Qi Continent.

I humbly ask you to accept them as your disciples."**

Xiao Tiance immediately understood Huang Jiuji's intentions. Laughing, he declared, "Since you've put it this way, how could I refuse? Very well, these two shall be my first disciples!"

Huang Jiuji, overjoyed, turned to the children. "Huang Min, Huang Lingyun, kneel and pay your respects to your teacher!"

With a resounding thud, the two children knelt and bowed deeply.

"Master, we greet you!"

"Hahaha! Good, good! Such fine children. Stand up now." Xiao Tiance personally helped them to their feet, his face glowing with satisfaction.

With a wave of his hand, his spatial ring glowed faintly. Two shimmering storage rings floated before the children, along with two exquisitely crafted swords one red, one black. Finally, dozens of jade bottles split evenly between the two.

**"These storage rings were treasures I found during my explorations of ancient ruins a hundred years ago. They're both top tier storage artifacts.

The red sword belonged to the Celestial Demon Saint, and the black one to the Black Devil Saint. Both were forged from celestial meteorite steel, razor sharp and peerless.

As for these jade bottles, they contain eighth grade pills I've refined in recent years. Some are for healing, others for replenishing Dou Qi. These are my gifts to you as your new teacher."**

Huang Jiuji quickly taught the children how to use the rings through a private transmission.

"Thank you, Teacher!" The children bowed again in gratitude, their excitement palpable as they carefully bound the rings with their spiritual imprints.

As they secured their new belongings, Xiao Tiance smiled warmly. "I'll be entering seclusion again for some time. Until I emerge, you'll study under Huang Jiuji. Once I return, you can follow me to learn further. Is that alright?"

"Yes, Teacher!" Huang Min and Huang Lingyun responded in unison.

After exchanging a few more words, Huang Jiuji left with the children, their excitement evident as they departed.

Once they were gone, Xiao Qing turned to Xiao Tiance. "Uncle, why did you agree to take them as disciples?"

"Haha, don't overthink it. Your teacher has already pledged his loyalty, and this is merely his way of ensuring the Tianhuang Clan's future. By making these children my disciples, he's safeguarding their position and nurturing their potential."

Pausing, Xiao Tiance asked, "But you must have come to me for a reason, no?"

Xiao Qing's expression grew serious. **"Yes, Uncle. Over the past year, there have been shocking developments across the Dou Qi Continent. Most notably, the deaths of the Pill Tower Patriarch and the Blazing Flame Valley's Patriarch, one after the other.

The exact causes remain unknown, and even the Tianji Pavilion has found no leads!"**

Xiao Tiance's interest was piqued. "Oh?"
