With every revelation that Mei Mei made, Jiang Ming felt as if she was being pushed into the abyss. In her career, she had threatened many people but she was always safe.
It never dawned on her that someone would stand over her bed someday, point a gun at her and read her biography.
"What do you want?" she asked.
"I told you, information." Mei Mei said.
Jiang Ming was about to respond but a suddenly, something sharp stung her and she gasped in shock. The gun in her hand dropped to the bed and her body became limp, as if the bones had melted.
Her head, however, could still move, so she could talk.
"What did you do to me?" she asked, her voice trembling in fear.
"Who sent you to follow me?" Mei Mei asked her.
"What did you do to me you crazy bitch?" Jiang Meng screamed again.
