Damon heard a couple of people talking about it. Apparently someone leaked online that a special quest will unlock for priest and paladin class players and holy healers if they managed to kill him or even spot him and report the location to the church.
Huge bounties were on his head in both the mercenary guild and the adventurer's guild. Of course, normal player guilds also had extensive rewards for cornering him.
The entire city had become a death trap. The players had even started doing unofficial checkpoints all over the city and at the city gate entrance. Most of these players had the golden lotus guild tabard and were clearly from Aurora's golden lotus guild.
Damon's face twitched at this new development. It looked like they wanted to trap him, corner him, and catch him like a mouse in a trap. It's only been three days since the game launched. Wasn't this a bit too soon to go all in?
