Cecilia was startled and quickly sped up to the school.
What kind of trouble could Emma, that fearless little rascal, have caused?
‘Don't tell me it's going to be like when we were abroad again, where she defeated everyone in the neighborhood without a single match?’
Rushing to the school, Cecilia walked into the office and saw Emma pretending to be foolish.
Her drool was going all over the place.
She was relieved. Knowing Emma, she was definitely pretending.
The teacher, upon seeing Cecilia, nervously approached.
"Emma's mom, you're here."
Cecilia didn't rush to check on Emma, but she first asked the teacher.
"What happened?"
As she said this, she walked over to Emma. She lightly placed her fingers on Emma's neck, and Emma quickly signaled her mom on her leg.
Two short taps, one long.
Cecilia understood her signal, confirming that Emma was indeed pretending.
But why was she pretending to be foolish?
The teacher wiped her sweat and explained everything truthfully.
