Everyone looked in the direction of the voice and showed respectful expressions.
"Principal."
The person called the principal was an authoritative elderly lady with silvery hair, who looked about seventy years old.
Mary's eyes lit up, and she stepped forward quickly.
“Principal, I caught someone forging an Arleston interview invitation letter for you. How would you like to handle it?”
In her pride, she assumed she had resolved a troublesome matter for the principal and hurriedly sought credit. After all, compared to Winston, the principal held more power. She could, by chance, even get Alice to skip the interview and enroll directly if things worked out.
But unexpectedly, the principal bypassed her and approached Cecilia with a gentle tone.
"You must be Cecilia. This is your daughter, Emma?"
Cecilia nodded.
The principal smiled.
"Welcome, Emma, to Arleston. Follow me to complete the enrollment process."
