With Vivi's condition rapidly improving and no complications arising, she and Felix were able to get discharged from the hospital a week later. They returned to Silverfall with Kade and Fen, while all the baby things they had bought were taken by the guards. After all, fancy as Kade's car was, it had one serious disadvantage - that is, limited space in the trunk. Since Felix insisted on taking the back seat to be next to his daughter, and Kade didn't want to make him squeeze in with all the boxes and bags, he moved everything to the guards' car. They had to return to Silverfall with them anyway, so it made no difference.
The only problem was Remi. Kade didn't want to allow the fox in his car, while Felix wouldn't agree to let him go with the guards, so they argued about it for quite a while, as they stood on the hospital's parking lot.
