Chapter 14 Survive
Dodging the onslaught of the two beetles attacks, scared at her current situation, Wit says to herself, I have to get out of this. I'm wasting time.
Slinking past the two and bolting it down the nesty corridor, making a split choice as Wit dashes right this time, moving as fast she can, Wit states out loud, I must find the queen. We all need to survive.
Slowing down and then stopping to catch her breath, not letting fatigue her momentum, sniffing in and then blowing out, Wit beings to walk onward.
Placing three hands on the right side of the path she is going down, pondering with every step, Wit voices in a low tone, I want all this blood shed to cease. And hopefully I'm close to finding the queen.
Reaching only one turn which is also on the right, creeping past the edge to inspect before fully making herself visible.
Smiling as she has reached her objective, Wit says, glorious.
