This indicated that inviting her back to preside over the village's medical academy was open for discussion.

"Greetings, Lady Katsuyu," Uchiha Douhuan said with a smile.
"There's a fluctuation of natural energy around you. Are you also a user of Sage Arts?" Lady Katsuyu asked.
"Yes," Uchiha Douhuan nodded. "I called upon you because I wish to inquire about my ancestor, Uchiha Asahi."
"Lord Asahi's descendant? You are from the Uchiha clan?" Lady Katsuyu was taken aback.
"That's correct," Uchiha Douhuan said. "In my clan's ancient records, I found clues that ancestor Asahi used natural energy to solve the problem of blindness caused by overusing the Mangekyou Sharingan. Seeing this, Uchiha Douhuan placed the alcohol and snacks Uchiha Inahi had bought on the Hokage's desk.
Tsunade directly grabbed a bottle of sake and poured two cups.
"Lady Tsunade, this isn't appropriate," Shizune quickly tried to dissuade her.
"What are you talking about? Even the Hokage here doesn't mind, why are you making such a fuss," Tsunade waved her hand dismissively, then placed one of the cups in front of Uchiha Douhuan.
"Come! Drink!" Tsunade said commandingly.
"Lady Tsunade, I haven't reached the legal drinking age yet," Uchiha Douhuan said.
"Cut the act. I heard from Jiraiya about what you've done in the village," Tsunade retorted. "You ousted the old man, and now you tell me you can't drink? Drink this toast today, and I promise you I'll stay in the village and be the Dean of this Konoha Medical Academy."
"Alright then. Since Lady Tsunade invites me, then I'll risk my life to accompany a noble lady," Uchiha Douhuan raised his cup.
"Not going to toast the Will of Fire?" Tsunade raised an eyebrow and asked.
"Lady Tsunade jests." Uchiha Douhuan was also rendered somewhat speechless and amused by this formidable woman. "It's just a private drink, no need to be so formal. Come, Lady Tsunade, the first cup is to you, thanking you for saving my life on the battlefield years ago."
"That's more like it," Tsunade nodded boldly clinked glasses with Uchiha Douhuan, and downed the sake in her cup.
After Uchiha Douhuan finished the alcohol in his cup, he turned to look at Shizune beside him and said, "Don't just stand there, sit down and have something to eat too."
