I didn't know you were slow too"
Bakugou muttered and Taro could only ignore him, realising that they had arrived before All Might who was starting to explain what they were going to do here, he held a box on one hand and a tablet that was under his arm.
"All right students, today's exercise will be on heroes vs. villains. The point is to simulate a battle between heroes and villains and allow me to see how well you all operate when facing human opponents. This is what we'll be doing most of the time, so always come prepared."
All Might explained and watched the students become excited after hearing his words. He couldn't help but think that things never really changed. Heroics class was always the most fun for him as well.
He looked at the class of students, scrutinising them and wondered if there would be any students here capable of becoming his successor, he still felt more than hesitant to let such young people inherit such a troublesome thing.
Although they were all legally adults, they all had yet to truly step in the realm of adulthood in the truest sense.
"Now, moving on. You'll be fighting in teams of three, and thanks to your small numbers, this should be quick. Teams will be picked randomly, so don't expect to be paired with someone you're familiar with"
He paused and let the students murmur amongst themselves. There weren't any questions being asked, so he decided to speak once again.
"There's more I need to explain, but for the time being, come pick out a name from this box whoever's name you pick will be your teammate"
He finished before holding out the box and allowed them to come pick out the names.

The exercise is fairly uncomplicated and easy to follow. It was an indoor exercise where both teams had to capture the "bomb" of the other team in order to win. Both teams were considered to be heroes and villains. Their opponents were the villains while they're the hero.
"OK so obviously someone has to stay behind and defend the bomb while the others go to disarm the enemy bomb"
Taro suggested to his teammates, as he floated in the air, legs crossed and spinning slowly on his own axis.
Both teams were given about five minutes to strategize and come up with a plan of attack, they also had knowledge of their foes, thus making it easier to plan Although All Might stated that in future classes, information on the opponents would be limited to mimic realistic hero situations.
"Well it's definitely not going to be me, I'll disarm the bomb and win this whole thing. You two can stay back and tweedle your thumbs"
Bakugou spoke while creating distance between him and his team, The young lad was already making a move towards their enemies.
The building they were in was a twelve story building, with the other team being on the top floor while they're in the first floor, although neither team knew where the bomb of the other team will be located and have to check each room the high up they go. There were a lot of rooms
They were also warned to keep the damage to a minimum. Broken windows were fine the same for the destroyed floor boards, but
the outward structure of the building needs to be maintained, and minimal damage to the walls was fine as long as it was the size of two people.
This was to test their ability to cause as little damage as possible while also battling villains, and All Might explained the more classes they have, there's going to be restrictions on the amount of damage as well.
"Oh please, I could have this whole thing be over in like five seconds, but this is a team exercise. We have to actually come up with a plan"
Taro reasoned with the blonde maniac. However, Bakugou simply waved him off as he walked out of the room.
"I don't need you 3in1 or the see-through-girl. To win this, just stay out of my way, and you won't even have to lift a finger"
He said while exiting and left his teammates to plan by themselves. Although inwardly Taro felt the same, as Bakugou did but unfortunately, he was already on thin ice for breaking rules, so he'd rather not be consistently flagged as a person who can't follow rules.
Taro wasn't that much of an idiot and he could guess that the teachers are keeping a close eye on him, a single mistake will probably get him expelled and then he wouldn't be able to look out for Momo.
With a sigh, he turned towards his other teammate, who had a frown on her face, clearly displeased by Bakugou.
"That guy is such a jerk. Do you think he has unresolved issues, and that's why he's angry all the time?"
Toru asked, her gaze shifting from the door Bakugou had used to exit to Taro's visage. Seeing him in the blue and black suit really made his blue eyes pop.
"Probably, I mean why else would he always act like he got a stick up his ass, but at least he's driven and seems to have a goal"
Taro said, pointing out something Bakugou had that he himself lacked.
"What do you think we should do?"
He asked the girl, who looked at him with a mischievous smile, and he quickly realised his folly.
"Don't tell anyone I said that, especially not him"
Toru simply smiled in amusement but nodded and moved on from the topic. It was irrelevant right now, anyway.
"Let me stay behind, I won't be much use in a fight, so I'll try to hide the bomb in case someone shows up."
She suggested, however, despite speaking the truth , he couldn't help but feel a bit inadequate. It was kind of unfair that she was put in a team with the two of the strongest people in her class.
"Can you control your quirk?"
Taro asked. She had spoken as if she could turn her quirk on and off at will , but Taro didn't remember her being able to do that , o he wanted to get confirmation.
"No but I think I can do it if I concentrate really hard"
She informed him and pursed his lips, not really confident in her statement.
Although she may not be able to fully control when she's invisible and when she isn't, she knows that to an extent she can become visible if something notifies her that she's invisible, like bumping into someone will always return her to normal.
"Alright I'm sure you can do it"
He said with a smile and ruffled her hair before bidding her farewell for the time being and leaving the young woman with flushed cheeks.
Although what he didn't say to her was the fact he believed it didn't matter whether she could do it or not, with him and Bakugou on the same team, the win is practically guaranteed.
"Alright Toru, you can do it, turn this annoying power into something useful for once"
She said and quickly clenched her fists in determination

Bakugou's foot stomped the ground as he moved himself forward with determination and courage in his eyes. His face conveyed his determination clearly, and his eyes showed the undaunted audacity of his desire.
The desire to become the greatest hero in the world burned within him like an untamed volcano ready to erupt.
Bakugou did not need, two or three or whatever number of quirks to achieve his goal, his single quirk was enough for him and he will use it to its fullest extent to achieve his goal of becoming a hero, one that not only stands at the same precipice as All Might but one that would go beyond plus ultra.
Once that's achieved maybe then he could look back at his past and be proud of himself, maybe then he could look back and see that his actions have been forgiven and maybe then Izuku, wherever he is could forgive him.
The young man halted his steps, his angry scowl softened as he was once again reminded of Izuku, the guilt washed over his body like it always did, unfortunately he wasn't allowed time to wallow in it for long.
"Last one to reach the top floor is a loser!"
Taro flew past him as he said those words, immediately taking the young man out his stupor and forcing the angry scowl on his face again.
"Bastard!"
Katsuki shouted as he ran, gaining momentum before using his quirk to propel himself forward, using his explosions similar to rocket boosters, which allowed him to slowly catch up to Taro.
"You're the loser, here 3in1"
He shouted, his mind forgetting his earlier troubles as he changed after Taro.
