Second Exercise III
The Coyote which got hit in the side managed to scramble away just before the wind blades struck it. The one that was hit in the shoulder, though, wasn't so lucky, as its mobility had already been impaired from that hit.
As a result, the wind blades cut into it mercilessly and quickly finished it off.
'That's one down.' Osho thought vaguely as he turned his attention to the remaining Coyotes which were already starting to move.
The leader growled and they rushed forward, aiming to go around Ellie and Sugil, but Osho commanded Gale to create two powerful gusts of wind which slowed them down. But more importantly, it controlled them and prevented them from spreading out too much.
This gave Sugil the chance to shoot out numerous crystal spikes that forced the Coyotes to retreat and defend themselves.
At the same time, Blackie who had been lurking in a shadow suddenly surged forward. She didn't reveal herself, but the effects of her attack were still apparent.
