Sinclair leaned back in his chair, his handsome face devoid of any expression.
"Cut the formalities."
Taylor could tell Sinclair wasn't in the mood to elaborate, so he didn't press further.

"If you really mean it, give me an extra percentage point on the profits."
Sinclair flicked his cigarette butt into the ashtray, then reached over and shut the proposal with a decisive motion.

Taylor chuckled, though his handsome face showed no surprise.
"After knowing you and Calvin, I've learned what it truly means to keep business and friendship separate."
