Nova breathed out, throwing her arms in the air out of frustration and walked away from the group.
"Why do you both know each other?" Asher asked, not letting his gaze leave Nova as she fumed and paced in silence away from them.
Zain solidified his form, leaving a good idea of how he looked despite his smoke-like appearance. No one was sure if he had a face or not because he had a helmet on, like a knight's, but more personally designed.
"She was an immature dragon then, and I might have killed her family in the annihilation... hehe."
Asher pressed his lips together, his hands clasped against them, trying to stop himself from crashing out, then sighed.
"Why did you do it?"
Zain shrugged. "Free will," he shrugged again. "Testing what my abilities could do to a huge number of people."
"So why are you here?"
"I need a master," Zain said plainly. No hesitation, he didn't even stop to think before speaking.
