Dunkel POV:
After giving a tour around our home to my new child I guided him towards the rooms and let him choose the one that best suited him, which didn't take that long, considering I made sure our home was comfortable to all of my children, and so will be the case in the future.
I gave him some time to better adapt to his new life and home, doesn't means we've been idling though, both me and Lucere have been busy expanding Solatium , giving it a better look, filling it with plant-based life, which gave me inspiration to my next creation.
It has been quite some time already, months? Maybe a year or a few, sigh.. time just makes no sense sometimes, I've spent more time in this new... Life than I've lived on my old one, but, well, why care? Both are still me, and I lived both, that's also the reason I wasn't freaking out with all of this, sometimes it felt like a dream, but I knew it was no dream, my children, this place, it was all so real, I finally felt like I was at home, like I had a place to belong.
As I was daydreaming appreciating the wind touching my, eh, feathers, a blue dove came closer to me and I could hear Lex's voice, which was far more soothing and relaxed than the first time this child of mine tried to speak.
="Father, are we finally going out and bringing another member to our family? Lucere said he helped you last time when you created me, I want to help too."=
I slowly looked towards him, I smiled as I said ×"Yes my child, it's finally the time to bring a new life to this beautiful world we are shaping together, and don't worry, your assistance is very well welcomed, now let's take Lucere and get to work."×
Lex smiled, I could feel he was really excited about the fact he was going to have a new sibling, and I knew Lucere would be too, my eldest was just too much sometimes, but I'll make everything possible to make sure I am a good father and guide all of them well in the future.
As we finished talking I felt Lucere approaching enthusiastically, he could sense his brother was happy so didn't take him long to guess the reason.
•"Is it finally time?! Judging the way my brother is smiling I can only think about one thing that could make him this happy"•
Lucere said that as he himself was just as much if not more excited than Lex, I brought my wing to his head and caressed it, using my other wing I opened a portal to the place where their bodies were floating in space.
×"Yes Lucere, you can finally stop asking me this question every single day during my free time."× I said teasing him, which honestly was the truth, he keep asking me this question so many times, but I just couldn't be mad at him, it made me happy and proud, he takes great care of his sibling, he fully embraced his responsibility as the eldest child.
He started laughing and put his wing on the back of his head a bit awkwardly while I could notice Lex barely holding his laughter, I smiled and took both with me to the other side of the portal, once there I could take a look on their main bodies, and it was far different than before, Lucere's sun shine was brighter than ever, but I could feel something more, just as he embraced his responsibility, I could feel as his warmth flows through it's surroundings, taking care and protecting everything around him.
And Lex's planet was feeling more relaxing, i could notice how his time with Lucere made him less restrained and more free, his planet was mostly made of water, with very few and small islands that you could count on one's fingers.
I nodded proudly and guided both towards a empty area in the surrounding void, gesturing with my wing to the for now empty place.
×"Now Lex, do as we taught you, I'll guide you through the process, so don't worry about commiting any mistakes, as there are no mistakes to commit, just relax and let the happiness you feel guide you in the process."×
Lex's Pov:
I nodded my head as I listened to my father's words, I wasn't really nervous, not anymore, I trusted my family, just as they trust in me, and after everything they taught me I knew I was ready for this.
Slowly closing my eyes I focused inside of me, I could feel, the gift our creator, our father gave to each of us, although we couldn't create other existences like us, we could help our father and give shape to our new siblings this way.
The void in front of me started changing, matter started appearing out of nowhere, the truth is, I was creating that, I opened my eyes again and a new planet started taking shape, it was different from my own, this one had far more vegetation and plants, it still had water, as I knew these plants needed it to live, but most was concentrated inside of the planet, you could barely see from the outside.
I nodded to myself and couldn't contain the big smile on my face, I look behind to ask my family what they think about it, and I could see my father proud smile, he approached me and caressed my head.
•"Good job Brother! You've done it perfectly!"•
×"I couldn't have done any better, you've done pretty well my child, now let's welcome your new sibling!"×
My father brought his wing ahead of his body and I could feel it, he was creating life, not as both me and Lucere could do, something more, he was giving existence, life, to a being just like me and my brother, it was magical to look at that.
And I could see clearly, the planet had finally awakened and been brought to life, a green energy took form in front of him, and I heard a voice, a soothing voice, different than any I've heard before.
°"Where? Wh-who am I?"°
I heard my father's voice again, this time his tone was proclaiming something, I could feel his power, just as I felt once, the very day I was born.
×"I welcome you my new child, I name you Vita Verdant, in hope that your beautiful nature can serve as shelter to the lives of the ones that are yet to come"× he paused, smiled again and continued ×"All that said, welcome to your new family, feel comfortable as all of us present are here to support and guide you."×
