The man was practically a brand on his own. The equipment and weapons he crafted were worn by many top-ranked and powerful individuals. His creations had played a role in many of the shelter's historic moments.
"What is this?" Kyoji asked, even though he already had an idea what the card in his hand meant.
"That old man owed me a favor, and I cashed it in so he could help you craft something using the mutant corpse," Frederick replied. "All you need to do is go to the Broken Anvil Guild headquarters with that card, and you'll get a meeting with him."
