2 Months Later
Time flew by for Tamaki as he made preparations for his visit to one of the legendary places and greatest arcs of the series.
With the paperwork ready, a list of names compiled, and a date to visit Marineford set, Tamaki was ready to start officially putting part B of his plan into action.
After the meeting with Boa Hancock, Tamaki had a great night sleep, making sure the events that played out that day were forgotten.
As soon as the next day came, Tamaki rounded up many of his clansmen and started to put his business proposal into action.
Spreading out a map of the grand line, Tamaki pointed towards a set of islands towards the Northeast of Amazon Lily called: The Bountiful Archipelago.
A group of many islands that hold different types of trees that can produce many food items like maple syrup, maple sugar, walnuts, coconuts, etc.
These islands have been in many recent news articles regarding the many times pirates have robbed each island for its resources.
Seeing the opportunity, and with it being a 2 day travel, Tamaki started looking for volunteers to go with him when he has managed to secure the deal.
However, he allowed the family to talk about it as he was going to set off and try and secure a contract.
Taking a Kuja pirate boat with a handful of Amazonian women that Hancock picked out, Tamaki made his journey.
Flashback – Arbor Nexus
Arriving at the HQ island where all the different tree islands come to for meetings and goods distribution, Tamaki gazed at the land, in awe at how beautiful it looked.
"Sir Tamaki, do you require us to do anything?" An Amazonian spoke, making her way next to Tamaki. the rest following behind.
"No, things should be fine around here." Tamaki responded.
"Actually, Haminari," Tamaki spoke, stopping in his tracks and turned to the woman next to him.
"You have better Observation Haki than I do, can you sense any pirates or people with ill intent?"
At Tamaki's request, Haminari closed her eyes and sensed the world around her.
After a few seconds, Haminari opened her eyes, becoming sharp as she turned to Tamaki.
"Sir Tamaki, there seems to be a pirate ship heading this way." Haminari informed, pointing at the direction said pirate ship was coming from.
"Hmm." Tamaki pondered thinking about his next steps.
"Haminari, Tessa, Mongu, you three stay alert but don't interfere in anything. everyone else do the same, but you guys go ahead and go look around, I want to know what the procedure is for when pirates attack." Giving out his orders, the three girls followed behind Tamaki whilst the rest went out and shopped.
After walking through the bustling streets, and getting directions towards the building for the Mayor, Tamaki, Jess, Mongu and Haminari stood in front of a building.
Upon entering the building, Tamaki, Jess, Mongu and Haminari were met with a chaotic mess.
Paper scattered across the floor with some having shoeprints marked on them.
People running around seemingly lost and unsure on what is going on.
Up ahead, a bald-headed man can be seen throwing things across his room, face red and steam coming out.
Seeing how he could make a first impression, Tamaki raised his hand in front of him, gaining some staff member's attention.

Tamaki's voice gained more attention as well, as smoke started to fill the room.
One by one, a bunch of Tamaki's rushed out, picking up paper from the floor, rewriting old content on new paper, cleaning the rooms, stacking the paper neatly on the side.
This act caused the staff to jolt back in shock and the whole room go silent leaving the voices of Tamaki's giving out orders.
The commotion caused the bald man to storm out his room and confront the people causing him trouble.
"What in the damn Robu is going on out here!!?"
His shout made everyone look at him and become fearful at being caught slacking off from work.
However, it didn't take long for Tamaki to finish fixing things and making everyone silently joyful at everything becoming clear again.
Stepping in front of the man, Tamaki cancelled his jutsu, Making the short bald man jump.
"My apologies Mayor Cavolt, but it seemed like everyone was having a stressful day, so I wanted to make things easier for you guys and help clean up the mess a bit." Tamaki answered. A smile appearing on his face.
Looking around the room, Mayor Cavolt saw how many of the scattered papers were now clear and were now neatly stacked onto one side.
Looking shocked, he pointed around him, not believing his eyes.
"Dyu Dyu Dyu Dyu." He spoke, incoherently.
"Did you do all this." His face becoming gleeful as continued looking around.
"Yes Mayor. I have a proposal I would like to share with you, and seeing now swamped with work everyone had, I thought why not make first impressions and help out a little." Tamaki explained.
"ChyeChyeChye." The mayor laughed, reaching out and shaking Tamaki's hand.
"Thank you so much sir, we have been having so many pirate attacks on all our neighbouring islands that we have been swamped with paperwork. Even though you have cleared a lot just now, sadly we still have a lot of work to do."
Tamaki nodded at the explanation, following behind the mayor as he led the group to his room.
"Damn, I'm surprised the news hadn't covered all of the mess that's going on."
"That's because we told them to stop. The more exposure we have, the worse it gets for us." Mayor Cavolt answered getting angry after hearing about the news.
"Then." Tamaki started, placing a bunch of paperwork on the mayor's desk. Seeing the paperwork, the Cavolt started going through the many pages.
"Have the Uchiha Policing and Security Limited or UPS Ltd for short, come and keep you and the neighbouring islands safe.
We aren't pirates, nor will we ever turn to piracy.
What we do is help the local government in enforcing law around the island, making sure everything is up to your standards. We also make sure to monitor any pirates that arrive on this island, and throughout the places they visit. Any conflict they start, we will make sure to detain them, question them, see what groups are involved and, if they have a bounty, take care of it.
We will do our best to keep you and your people safe, even if it means taking up residency here and putting a small compound, we make sure our quality of work never drops."
Stopping briefly, Tamaki raised his hand, signalling Mongu to hand him a bag of stuff.
Taking the bag, Tamaki proceeds to empty the contents on the table, showing a number of video transponder snails.
"Each of recording shows the strength of the Uchiha clan." Tamaki starts speaking, playing, pressing the transponder snail and showing a video of a teenage Chunin displaying his Fire style techniques.
"We do our best to train our people when they are young and make them ready to be able to keep people safe.
Whether it is teamwork or solo work, each member can flawlessly perform to the highest of standards."
Tamaki watched as Mayor Cavol was fixated on the screen showing Anatni Uchiha displaying the Uchiha Taijustu and his Fire manipulation.
The screen displayed many Chunin around and showcasing their speed and strength.
"T-t-t-this is unbelievable." Caviolt said, speechless.
"A-a-a-and you say you have many people like him?" Cavolt questioned,
"Yes."
That simple confirmation made Cavolt breath in heavily.
However, just before the meeting could proceed further, a staff member stormed into the room looking panicked.
"Mayor, pirates on the island, RUNN!!!"
He didn't stay much long as soon as he finished, he ran out of the room.
Scrambling after hearing the news, the started to panic and run around in his office.
"Dammit dammit dammit dammit dammit." The mayor repeated, rubbing his shining scalp.
"Why now, why here, why all this bad luck?" The mayor couldn't help but cry out in anguish.
Seeing this, Tamaki exchanged glances with the girls signalling them that he had it under control.
"Mayor Cavolt. Why don't I prove the competency of the UPS by showcasing myself.
To be honest me and my clan haven't seen pirates in action so I think it would be a good learning experience for me and a good show for you and the residents on this island." Tamaki suggested
The Mayor, hearing this, jumped up ecstatic.
"Yes, please do help. I would be eternally grateful." The mayor responded.
"You are a potential client; it wouldn't do well with promising strong soldiers yet all you would get is babies fighting for these islands."
With that, Tamaki left with the mayor, the three girls following closely behind, allowing Tamaki to show off his skills.
[Line Break]
The scene Tamaki and the mayor came to, was chaos.
'Rah, how did these pirates destroy them houses that quick'. Tamaki thought in astonishment.
Many houses were set on fire, with many shops getting smashed and looted. The warehouse where all the goods got stored, was getting the most attention out of the whole area.
"Noooo, my island." The mayor shouted, looking at his crumbling home in horror.
A scene where many people were starting to reconstruct everything, had all amounted to nothing.
"Hehehehe."
"Hehehehe."
"Hehehee."
Many pirates were running around chasing civilians. Some were even chasing the women that caught their eyes.
"If you don't mind me asking mayor, how come the local marines don't come and help take care of the pirates." Tamaki questioned.
"Puut. Those marines have already been bought off by these pirates. All the pirates need to do is give some of the loot and they will turn a blind eye." The mayor answered with disgust.
"HafaHafaHafaHafa, what do we have here little mayor, brought someone to challenge me?" A tall man standing at around 9ft approached the group. A short sleeved white dress shirt, Brown khaki pants and a red bandanna wrapped around his head.
"Oh My Robu, it's you Tansi Greyfush." Cavolt addressed the pirate, venom in his voice.

"Hafahafahafahafa, we finally meet Old man." Tansi spoke, his attention on Cavolt leaving Tamaki to assess the situation and take in all the information he can get from this scene.
"Guaah. I should have guessed it was you who was the one who went around the archipelago raiding all the resources of the islands. Wait until I let them know it was you, you snivaling shit."
"Grrr."
Nort liking the comment, Tansi made a face.
Whilst the two were conversing, Tamaki finally got ready for his involvement.
"Mayor Cavolt, I am ready to take action whenever your done." Tamaki said, approaching the Mayor and resting his hand on the hilt of his sword.
Jumping up and down, and tugging on Tamaki's sleeve, Cavolt pointed at Tansi giving the ok to go ahead.
"YES, YES, YES, GO AND GET THEM!!!!"
"What in the wor-"

Tamaki vanished from sight, surprising Cavolt and the Amazonian girls. Their observation haki failing to pick up a trace of Tamaki's presence.
"AAAAA-"
A shout was heard; everyone looked towards Tansi and witnessed a chilling scene.
Pinky ice started forming around the figure Tansi, slowly covering him from head to toe.
Similar screams and scenes were playing out around the group as many pirates were trapped in a similar state.
"I hope this isn't gruesome for you?" Tamaki voice was heard behind the group. They all turned around in shock from his sudden arrival.
Quickly shaking off the sudden shock, Mayor Cavolt ran up to Tamaki, and showered him with praise.
"Incredible, Splendid, Wonderfull.
"How did you take care of this so easily?
Are you that strong?
"He had a bounty of 80 million berries and you took care of his crew like it was nothing?"
Each question Cavolt asked, Tamaki answered. Each answer made Cavolt ask more.
Each question built the admiration higher and Cavolt couldn't help but drag Tamaki back too sign the contract.
All the way through, the Amazonians hadn't uttered a single word and looked at Tamaki in growing awe.
Flashback end
The contract had been signed and the first client had been secured.
The bounty on the Eagle pirates had been kept for the Mayor to use.
However, the mayor wanted the Uchiha clan to keep the money as it was Tamaki who took care of the pirates.
Tamaki put the money towards setting up a small clan branch so that the Uchiha who decide to monitor the Archipelago, can build numbers and not have to keep going back and forth between Amazon Lily and the Archepalego.
5 families volunteered to go, with 15 young Chunin went as well.

The sail back was filled with many questions for Tamaki.
Each Amazonian needing to know what had happened and what they witnessed.
Tamaki briefly explained his power and how strong he is, leaving the group stunned.
The Uchiha clan members were happy for having a direction for the family.
With the money now in the new Uchiha Treasury, Fugaku could now start delegation on how they can sustain the Uchiha family without relying on Boa Hancock.
The Family members and Chunin departed that same night, Tamaki visiting a few days later to help set the branch up.
The poisonous ice was still in effect when it reached a Marine base outside the Archipelago, so the people of Arbor Nexus were able to preserve the bodies until then. However, the pirates were still poisoned once the ice melted, shocking the Marines on site.
Knock knock knock
"T-Tami, we have almost arrived at Marineford." The voice of Hancock broke Tamaki out of his musing of the past.
"Thank you Hancock, I'll be out shortly." Tamaki replied back.
"O-Ok, I'll be waiting for you." With that Hancock went back on deck.
"Looks like I'll finally be able to see the legendary Marineford."
With that Tamaki put everything away and made his way towards the door.
AN: Hi guys, I'm back with another chapter.
Sorry for the delay as I have been tired with my new work schedule and getting used to the hours.
I do apologise if this is feeling slow a bit, I do want to try and write about the starting the roots of the Uchiha clan so that when I do jump forward, the question of how an Uchiha has ended up at this random place can be justified and understandable.
The order of events to come, will be;
Uchiha join the Marines with Tamaki
Pirate subjugation and building the UPS Ltd at these islands
Getting ship contract with Water 7
Then finally Alabasta
I'll do my best to get back on schedule.
